This service is very unprofessional. They wont give any jobsheet. They dont react properly. I gave mi poco x3 phone which has touch pbl but told me update software. I visted 3 times here to solve touch issue in my phone but last told me wait for 10-15day as part not avail but when conference them to poco customer case associate. They repaired my phone in 3 hrs. Wat a joke.

First of all its the only service centre in Haldwani available for MI devices ..and their services are good enough ,The Staff is also decent with customers

If the product is not on warranty claimDont even visit for price comparison,just compare prices in the local repair shops instead.Its working as cooperative service centres for jionie and one other brand .And their service is slow too.

The human touch of the people is missing... The lady there respond responded in a very business like manner and hence got the phone repaired elsewhere.

My experience at the service center was good...my mi trimmer was repaired within 2 hrs

#I needed to change battery of MI note 5.#They said ₹1350with 3 months warranty.#Just at Gate there is small Lucky mobile repairing centre.#He offered local battery of ₹600 for 6 months warrenty.#I accepted.#Working good its 3 months now.#If you want cheap solution.try lucky mobile centre once.

Worst experience till date. Worst staff and worst service ever had. They wont help and charge even ur phone is in warranty. And when you visit another center at jail road, they are welcoming and dont charge in warranty.Staff never helps and think costumer as if he is a money making machine.Girls in the staff dont know how to be polite with costumers and even dont know the basics of servicing.

Didnt pay attention properly. For only one charger exchange employees take 2 hours.

Worst experience,Very bad customer service .I approached them regarding speaker of my phone they serviced it but on very next day a new problem errupts my touch pad stop working.When i again visits them they started saying that their is water inside the set and new touch will have to be installed.Water was not their earlier but after servicing i am sure that due to their mishandling the touch goes rogue.😡
