Worst service if your nearest showroom is haldwani then service will be a problem skip buying ktm bike I was also advised to not buy ktm because of this dealer but I bought one ( ktm duke 390) my bike had starting problems which they were not intrested in rectifying the bikes are good there are minor problems in every brand but the problem is dealer the experience from booking (they kept on fooling after taking booking amount regarding delivery date) till today is very bad but thankfully there is a dealer in rudrapur .

Place is definately good and services are much faster then any other two wheeler brand
