For number plate, seat cover and chrome garnish fitting they charge me 2700 Rs without bill by sales person . I paid 2500 rs cash and 200 as google pay in his number. I asked multiple time for break up details of fitting but he is not replying.Really very bad experience with Gola Ganpati.

Being an outlet of one of Indias prime passenger vehicle company, store needs to improve and add a little bit hospitality factor to attract customers.Rest, all okay, tata motors and its dealership is now witnessing a change in service quality and customer assistance.Tata at present is providing Indias safest cars along with a prime look and quality.

Just one suggestion if someone comes to your store atleast offer them a glass of water like Kias people do. I hope you will consider this.

Dont want to rate.I was not willing to go there for any kind of service or repair or my car, Gola Ganpati did the thing more worse in repair and such a huge bill the have created and car condition is still same they did the paint and without covering the Mirrors and windshield of the car and even the car is in insurance the they didnt did the proper work side are still damage.Side which they have shown in insurance is still damage.and same after the care is repaired.Behaviour of Staff is such Rude the dont do the work they only argue and are ready to fight, instead of doing work and providing proper solution.I dont Know why company is paying them.They are only polite during selling the car, after that there will be only fight.

Pathetic .......response from the dealer.. They told me that they will deliver my car within 2 month, but now 4 month has been passed..stil they couldnt deliver my car.. They r not picking up my call, finally i cancel my booking..i book my car from other state..and i will get my car within 3 days...so plz dont book car from gola ganpati..i hv given 1 star ..because i hv no other option..actually they deserve 0......

Worst service by the showroom body shop. I gave my vehicle for dent and paint which include 5 place (doors, bumper etc). not even a single part is painted correctly. there were bubbles and scratches after the new paint and for this ridiculous work they took 8 working days. and this is not first time this is happening even 1 year back same thing happened i had take my ride twice after the work to get it repaint. very unsatisfactory work from these guys

Bokking Tata nexon in Oct 2020..Tired to contact..Till date no call from Tata showroom..Every 15 days I call him.. But they always said after 2 days I contacted u.. But no response with his side... Very sad situation..

After Waiting more than an hour and a half and there was no service advisor available.Lady at front desk informed that I will have to wait as I have no appointment.If u are visiting get an appointment first.More than an hour and a half wait if no appointment looks like a jokePoor service

My only request to the company is to kindly verify the address proof required by RTO for registration. Aadhar card is not a mandatory address proof as per Supreme Court ruling.
