I had the worst experience ever coming here. When I gave them my vehicle for some body shop they just ruined everything from finishing work to car wash. And seriously the car wash 2nd class even the road car wash could wash better than them.Without the most pathetic service experience.Never recommend this Maruti service centre.

Very bad experience.Handed over my car with full fuel tank, got it back with near empty tank.Still have to check what else they have cheated on and what they could have stolen.It further pains me thinking that I awarded them a tip of Rs. 200.

Very worst experienceI have handover my car for repair, because due to bit of accident, they promise me that we will handover your car in 1 months, insurance claims will take 5-10 days to give approval, but i have not received my car in time, They handover my car in 3 months and I have look too many parts changed in my car and fitting had not done properly and they scratched my car in Rear Bumpur, front bumper and tank lid, they damaged my speaker and amplifire, they changed my original parts into duplicate parts and at the time of delivery they did not clean my car. very very shame on you Maruti Suzuki Haldwani.

Very poor service experienced here.. few days back my friend went to repair and service his Alto 800 of door dent left side..Firstly it took over a week period while doing this and once he gets back his car it seems that other faults were there like center lock, speakers, front door glass alignment and petrol tank cover were not working properly.. also one of the side mirror was intentionally changed which was working fine and instead used wrong mirror..

A necessary place if needed

Poor customer service. My family has a small car from this place since long time was also planning to buy 2 other new car from this place but recently what happened was my father kept the car for service at the workstation at nainital motars after some day they went to pick up the car what worse happened there was car was not washed my father ( he is senior person) he asked washing person to was the car, he instead of talking well started abusing my father and showing ego my father argued to him how he can talk like that he thought of raising hands. Meanwhile seeing it his son cant take it that someone is abusing and raising his hands to his father they lost their temper and raised hands to that washing person. Though there we came at fault but that was self defence for our sake and our father sake. And they file a case against us. This is what this brand is. Instead of teaching their staff how to treat client and loyal customers they created a fuss against us. Still we are suffering from that. But we have a worst experience from this company. Guys be aware of customer service over their. That is worse. Car buying not only the thing but its all after service. Its not one tym buying we have to linked to the brand for long. And this brand broke out trust badly. Never ever will buy from this brand and will never suggest the same! Worse company service!

The staff seems to be experienced in their respective job. I visited here for enquiry regarding purchase of new car. Very soft spoken employee. The front staff forcing unnecessarily to buy various accessories from the showroom on the name of orginal parts. I brought new car but unfortunately they have fitted the car with seat cover, mat, door visor etc even after dying several times. The car has been found with dust in many areas. Just polished before delivery. Average satisfaction.

Try to loot customer as much as possible, I went with my colleague to service his maruti alto at 50000 kms. Service cost without changing any part of the car rs 11000. Who the hell in this world charge rs 11000 for servicing alto car without changing any parts. I got serviced my nexon diesel at 15000 kms in just rs 4500/- only. Moreover u cant take photographs there. Good job maruti suzuki.

If there was a zero star policy, I would have given that only the worst customer service I have ever seen. As the name of the brand they dont live up to. I have asked for SBI card loan they were pushing me HDFC car loan. Are your sales people work for the dealership or for the bank. @Maruti_Corp please look into it. As well as no proper attention to customer, bcoz of the brand name. Casual attitude like Gaadi bik hi jaayegi hamara naam chalta hai. @Maruti_Corp there are competitors too in this world, think that too.

The place is very shabby and Dirty.However the staff is good. It takes three to four hours in servicing.But there is no eating place in the premises.One has to be dependent on underrated food vendors outside. Wash rooms not maintained.Maruti needs to revamp the place.
