Nainital TVS is good showroom for bike and scooty. They offer all models of TVS. Their services are also decent.I have given them only 3 or less than 3 because if you go to showroom in summer time they neither have AC nor fan in sufficient quantity. Overall it is a good place for TVS

Worst workshop to waste your time in honda workshop it takes 3-4hrs for 80+ number and here it takes 3-4hours for below 10 number. Staff not very helpful and so lazy not a place to vist if you are a working person. Manager very rude not well behaved i recommend going to some other workshop.

Nice front office staff!.. They were nice in explaining the details about the concerned bikes, although they didnt greet us but still there behaviour was good. The staff cleared all our queries related to bike and finance. The staff told us about the ongoing and upcoming offers and discounts. I highly recommend going to this showroom for the good services and bikes of the tvs motors.

I bought apche rtr 200 4v bs 6 on 31 dec 2020, they have taken Rs 1000 for booking in advance and Rs 1500 for other district residence charge and total amount I paid them Rs 171500 ₹ and the gave me invoice 168500 ₹ today is 01/02/2021 till date. Havent sent my number plate and RC to my home district yet as they promised and do not reply when I call ... no special service was given even while taking the bike..I was disappointed with the tvs employ, otherwise TVS is awesome, I like it.

Worst customer service ever. If there was a negative rating available then thats what I wouldve gone for. I really dont understand how theyre even running this showroom, absolutely disgraceful. A 10 year old can run it better than the current owner.

I went first time in Long ride after purchasing this bike after completing 50 km my break were down and just because of mahadev kripa we were saved ...When we reported our complaint in Service centre no one take it seriously .After long discussion with service manager the matter was taken into concern.And also they said that ABS system is not made for Hillsides......When we asked them to give same thing in written they suddenly change their words...No courtesy no manner ...Service forman and service manager is very rudeThank God we are save ...Jay mahadeva

0 star given for their worst service. Manager was not well behaved. Just Say come tomorrow and tomorrow for just a piece of paper. Invoice was not given by manager.

I have visited service centre for bike servicing ..they took very high charge for servicing but the problem with bike is remain Same i havent got any review call since four day..i suggest dont go for paid service here

Said to me that these are all booked if u want to buy it u also have to book it apart from this I also visited this showroom many times to buy ntorq race edition in call they says that yes they have it but when I actually visited the showroom they didnt have it and force me to buy another vehicle they wasted my precious time many times like this

Well , what can I say. TVS has hired a bunch of idiots in the showroom who dont even have basic decency to talk with customers. Their showroom and on road price is much more than whats given in official website. Other than that I think their showroom personnel make a living out of cheating and looting customers. Was planning to buy TVS but will now go for some other brand. People dont waste your hard earned money here.

I went to buy a Ntorq. First of all they said they have 3 colours available ( blue, yellow & grey), and the guy forced me to buy yellow colour. But on inspection I found it had several scratches (at first he denied then lately he accepted). Then when I asked for grey colour, he said it has been booked. If no other piece was available then I dont know why he told me in the beginning that 3 colours are available.Stupid customer service.

Very bad the staff was not very helping instead of helping they was ignoring our problem and gave the number of higher post associate Mr. Ajay Singh which was not helping either.. our problem was that the back break light was not working and self start was also not working they said that some moudule wires was cut off and that need to be replace..which was costing 2500 INR but as our TVS INTORQ was under warranty period so it should have replace for free.. but they kept us waiting for like 3 hours very bad after product delivery service 😡😡😞👎🏻👎🏻

Its the only TVS service centre in haldwani. Its good to go over there. Its closed on saturadays.

Staff should be active... I and many customers waited for half an hour just because electricity cut down and none of them tried to start generator

Showroom have its own monopoly. I went there to buy TVS Jupiter and the Ex-showroom price was Rs. 2000 more than the price mentioned in TVS website.The accessories are costly than the market price and even if you dont want to buy accessories from showroom, they have made it necessary to buy Side stand and ladies foot rest from showroom only for Rs. 1000, which costs around 300 in market.They take too much extra money for insurance and RTO work too.I ended up buying Honda Activa.
