Rooms are good but service is bit fast but many things are not available

I would like give 5 star rating for Service, Hospitality and staff services.It was a pleasant stay over there and Special Thanks to Mr Lalit Bisht for his excellent cooperation and humbleness 🙏🏼

Worst experience over here.... Service boys were educated and behaved but the manager is really disgusting, we organised a party, they increased our plates per pax by count, and then argued in same issue, when i ask to show me cctv they rejected and misbehaved me, they finally agreed with 2 extra persons in categering which is 750 per plate... And charged me 1500 extra, totally unhappy with management.

Good food when u ask them for the best food nice room everything was fantastic

Right in the middle of Mukhani Chowk and very conveniently placed between all important places at Haldwani. The rooms are really big with best of the amenities. Lalit manages the property very well and really takes care of customers. Barkha is very sweet and very helpful and leaves a very good impression with her eager to please positive attitude. We will definitely stay here again. Loved the 3 days stay. We took 2 executive rooms.

Worst hotel...too small banquet hall.. service so poor .. staff good but here maybe fault of managers...they not able too manage an event...My suggestion if anyone want to book... Instead of it you should book a banquet hall...they are much better ....

Located In The Center Of City Nearby A Railway & Bus Station.Rooms were well clean and tidy with multiple facilities such as tea kettle,wardrobe,writing table,minibar.A Big Thank To Housekeeping Team😊Food was so delicious with multiple varieties.Thank You So Much To All The Chefs and F&B Team 😊The staff was well professional with positive & helpful Nature.Thank You So Much To Mr.Lalit , Mr.Goel.Both Of You Were Amazing And Real Assets Of The Hotel.I stayed in this property and reconditioning to all families & couples visit once And thank me later 😊😊

Very poor hotel there is no newspaper GM is not taken any action in the tcm there is no supplies in the room. There is many cockroach in the bed. Then I will complain to the gm and no action taken by gm . And one mouse die in the room and smell. I am not comfortable for this hotel. Best hotel in haldwaniI am not going to time this hotel

The stay was comfortable, clean and hygienic rooms and of course good service esp. by Lalit n team. He was just a call or message away to fulfill our requests.Great work !!

We had a wedding and service we got is disappointing , door of bathroom not is broken or not well repaired and the main problem is with dining and room service.

What an incredible stay we had . It was our first time in crystal grand to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. All the staff we came across were very courteous, professional and took pride in their roles. Few staff really stood out for us while escorting us to the room.Mr. Lalit was very helpful and Co operative.He was observed to be interacting too with the guests and ensuring all were enjoying like they did with us too . Lalit personally brought us the cake saying “ happy anniversary “ which we found very thoughtful. Dinner Buffet had limited variety but food quality was impressive . The breakfast buffet was awesome right from variety , presentation to the quality of food was awesome. Looking forward to our future stay here .

The hotel have very modern facilities with full amenities and comfortable beading. Bathrooms are spacious with bath tub. Staff well qualified & Very professional. Good space for parking inside the hotel basement. THE GRAND FAMILY RESTAURANT Is the best place to eat.

The stay was very pleasent amd the staff was so polite and hospitable. Even the vibe of the hotel was so warm, and the view from hotel was beautiful and instead of taking a rickshaw just walk towards the mall in the way there are many beautiful things which we can come across. All in all the stay was peaceful and the services were very good.

Its good they have all the amenities you would get in a 3 star hotel like refrigerator , water heater , AC etc.Rooms are clean and spacious

Very unsatisfied from staff and service . Food quality is very bad and quantity is very less they are always making fool to customer . Kitchen staff are fighting with each other .I was there for 5 days in last 2 days they have power cut problem and they are always not start generatorPlease i request dont waste your money .

Hotel was ok.Be cautious while parking as the parking is inappropriate and small.Chances of of damaging the car is high.Hotel staff was not attentive.
