Hotel is good and located on main road. The staff is also very good and ready to help. The only issue is the Morning tea is not served before 7:30 am. The second is washrooms are too small. Rest is good.

Dont go to this hotel. If you show any concern related to hotel, they can say you to leave hotel and look for another one.I showed concern about safety of my family as I saw there was not other family in the hotel and other rooms were booked by Boys groups. Rather to ensure the safety, receptionist said me to book other hotel.- Rude behaviour of receptionist- No gaurd available for car parking direction- Basement parking is like ghost house, no lights, no lift and no staircase to reach reception. You have to take vehicle track to reach the receptionDONT BOOK THIS HOTEL WITH YOUR FAMILY

This is a pathetic hotel.. so much that I want it give it negative rating. one should be compensated to stay in a shabby place like this. the linen is so dirty, lifts dont work properly, there is no lift from basement parking, dirty bathrooms, dirty corridors, no porters, they dont have ppl to even serve water in the room.. We had to wait for complete 40 minutes, make umpteen calls, go down to the reception and then restaurent ourselves, before water was served to us! We felt harassed and humiliated even after paying so much for the room and the service!!! They dont have enough ppl to maintain the property, serve the guests, do the cleaning, still theyre shamelessly taking bookings at such high tariffs!! Ive never had an experience like this even in hotels which cost 1/4th of what theyre charging. Please avoid at any cost!!

Dont ever go in this barn and specially the card users😂 because its just using the name of clarksinn and everything inside it is just like a normal dhaba... In a good hotel we pay for service but in this we pay for just sitting out there for bad service, below avg. quality food, except the swimming pool bcz its the only thing which is paisawasool.

Wish I could give zero. I have stayed in all the good hotels throughout the country like mariott,aloft, trident,taj Novotel etc. This property is the most pathetic property in terms of service and amenities. They made me wait 45 minutes for a bottle of water. They asked me to park my Car in the basement which was stinking like anything with no lift to come up. You have to trek to come back to reception. The washrooms were dirty and surprisingly it was normal for the housekeeping people.All the good reviews seems to be of the times when this property was with Clarks.It is highly recommended to avoid this waste of a hotel!You can get better hotels at half the rate. I checked into another hotel next day and it was sooo good with snow white linens, soft towels and good food.

Located on nainital , bhimtal highway , Saurabh candy is decent , pleasing place to stay in Haldwani , rooms are decent but bath needs urgent upgrade , service is quick and responsive , Mr.Ajay at front desk is efficient, charming gentleman having quality to process check in and check out quickly , dining options are good with swift room service , they have a decent lawns within the property , overall reasonable no fuss hotel

This is a good hotel, albeit a little outside of the city center. The staff here is very courteous and friendly and will entertain most, if not all of your requests.As with most places, there are a few issues. I will write them out:-The covered parking is located in the basement that is inaccessible via the elevator. Should you choose to park there, be advised that it a considerable distance. However, uncovered parking is also available right outside the hotel.-One has to take a really tight corner for the (covered) parking entry and exit, and there is a significant risk of scratching your vehicle.-The rooms are slightly smaller. They are not inadequate by any means though.-Water heating is centralized and is not available 24 hours. If one needs to freshen up at odd hours due to their schedule, theyll have to call the reception/room service around 30-45 minutes in advance. Otherwise it is available from 4am-10am and 6pm-10pm.If none of these concerns apply to you, I would highly recommend this hotel. It does exceed expectations. I enjoyed my stay here.

I must say the staffs are so welcoming and so warm that they make u feel at home. My stay for 3 nights was just awesome and every day was just an amazing stay.

Hotel is situated at Rampur road, near famous sushila tiwari government hospital in the city of haldwani in Nainital district of Uttarakhand. It is a business hotel apt for coperate stays and even meetings. They have a beautiful banquet holding a capacity if more than 100 people. The hotel has a very comfortable rooms having all basic facilities, good rooms, comfortable stay, services etc. If any of you wandering to hold any business meetings than they can offer a good package.This hotel has a good restaurant serving alot of delicacies. They have a lounge and bar inside the hotel. They do have a selfie corner with a vintage style scooter which attract alot of their visitors. So you can think of this place as your next place to stay.

Though the hotel is nice. But in the pandemic time. There was no sanitisation happened when we stay there and in left also they should have kept sanitizer. And the dinning area was also not sanitize everyone was coming and changing the tables

One of the best hotel in haldwani especially its swimming pool which is on the the roof.Last year I did swimming there which cost me 2500 per month pretty expensive but worth it.The food there is also amazing especially the chilly chicken (my favorite) and shahi paneer (my moms favorite).Staff is friendly except that security guard who always pretend to his job but never do it properly.Receptionist is also very pretty and friendly and cleanliness is everywhere.I have not satyed in this hotel all these things which I am telling is based on my visits to hotel .

Certainly the best hotel in Haldwani!!! Rooms were comfortable with centrally air conditioning system, washroom was descent and clean with hot water facility round the clock. Roof top Swimming pool was nice, probably the only one in town. Restaurant serves good food with very reasonable options like buffet (Rs.299/- veg Rs.499/- non-veg) and also Thali option for in-house guests, which is very reasonable right, plus outside seating was just perfect esp when weather is nice. Bar was really cheap plus snacks options were optimal. Overall it’s a great package!!

Good hotel for stopover to Nainital/MukteshwarGood Hotel for stopover to hills (Nainital – 43 kms / 1 hour 30 minutes drive, Mukteshwar – 75 kms / 2 hours 45 minutes drive) as mountain region starts after Haldwani. Roads are good and Haldwani is a nice place for shopping with almost every big brand showroom. Serves both Veg and Non-Veg food, drinks available. Tried vegetarian food, it was good but service is bit slow. Hotel has sufficient basement parking but parking is stinky and needs cleaning and repair. Swimming pool also needs attention of maintenance staff.Hotel staff was courteous and accommodating. For booking check online deals with meals.

Located in Haldwani in uttarakhan this hotel is a perfect place roam around. 30 km Jim corbate nation all park bhimtal 45 km nainital near by. Hotel reception is very impressive. Food quality is best and served hot always on the dinner table. Breakfast is full with fruits and healthy foods. Swimming pool at the rooftop is quit attractive. Overall very nice experience. Conference hall for business meetings is good. They have a small hall with projector and a large hall as well. The chairs and yables are plush and in good condition. Dmall hall can be used for business meeting with up to 15 attendees. Large one may be used for training purpose for up to 100. Restaurant and bar on ground floor are okay. Breakfast was not too good and they struggle when rush is high. Rooms have decent ambience but only good for a night or twos stay. Overall a decent experience.

Very quiet but popular hotel in haldwani. Rooms are good and well equipped with safe in cupboard, electric kettle etc. Very scenic view of the himalayas from the windows. Has a separate balcony in each room with French doors. breakfast is tasty and spread is quite varied.

Good place nice food

The hotel needs maintenance in its rooms. We stayed here for 2 nights and noticed a few things that were missing here which most other budget hotels provide. There was only one hand towel in the bathroom, no towel to spread on the floor outside shower area, no tissue paper, same handsoap and same type of soap for shower also. The restaurant had same breakfast spread on both the days and the staff doesnt seem well trained to cater to even the basic requests. Very slow service. Also, while checking out of the hotel,the staff did not help us with our luggage.

We stayed at this hotel for 28 days. This hotel provides a comfortable stay with good quality food. The staff is courteous and friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The property is clean and well maintained. Swimming available on the terrace. There is a banquet hall at the basement and terrace, where functions take place almost everyday, loud music from the banquet hall and terrace can be disturbing sometimes. Adequate parking is available. Hotel security is available. Overall a decent hotel with good amenities. One of the best hotels in Haldwani.

Its a neat and clean business hotel.They arrange a pick up from Haldwani station if you like @ 300/-Breakfast spread is decent with live counter for eggs.Has a swimming pool.Nothing much nearby so you might have to rely on hotel food or your own vehicle. However they arrange transport for you at a reasonable cost.

However hot water was not available for bath in my room during my entire stay. last day hotel staff drained almost 200 liters of water from line holdup, finally I could get slightly warm water for bath. If you are booking your stay in this hotel, you may have to take a bath by cold water and put your health at risk😃
