Staff is very nice and helpful rooms are comfortable a nice place to stay but I had the worst tea of my life here.

Hotel is good and rooms are worth the price. Only Breakfast is not good and with very limited options. Need to work on it heavily. Other food items are good. Staff is youth.They are decent, friendly and helpful. Location is very much accessible on the main road just adjacent to a small mall called walkaway ( its quite similar to rajpur rd in dehradun ). Also many branded and good shopping outlets are on the same road. Parking is very limited but can be adjusted as roads are broad. Overall its a decent hotel with decent rooms.

1/ Too costly as per the location.2/ Meal is equally costly as if its a very high class hotel. Not only meal even drinking water bottle will cost you Rs 30 per 500 ml bottle.3/ To get the hot water for you need to call reception everytime (most irritating).4/ They dont believe in changing and cleaning your bedsheets and towel everyday citing supporting Eco-system reason.5/ Staff is super rude.6/ You will not get new soap and shampoo if you stay more then a day (better to take your own).7/ You will go in search of peace, but they make sure that you dont get it as they will start some irritating work like carpeting or AC cleaning.Overall one of the worst experience. Better stay at Kathgodam which is hardly 5-6 kms awatly from this money eating hotel. You will regret.

Booked the hotel through MakeMyTrip and the check-in was totally hustle free. Even though I reached the hotel at 12 a.m. at night, the receptionist and the service guy were friendly. The rooms are nice and spacey, and the hotel itself is just a 5 mins. drive from Kathgodam Railway station. Unfortunately the hotel doesnt allow unmarried couples as such cant stay with your loved one. I hope they change that so as to compete with other hotels like North House located nearby. The food quality was good too.

Hotel allows check in to unmarried couples with valid govt. IDs but on various hotel booking apps it mentions otherwise. This allows the hotel to charge more to the customers/clients, without providing bill/receipt for the stay.

Hotel was clean and atmosphere was good for family stay also..Must visit the property..Happy with the services also.

A very good place to stay in the budget range. Not too far from the Kathgodam Railway Station, the hotel has a distinct locational advantage with lots of shops, eateries, and a Mall nearby. The staff is very courteous. The hotel serves decent food.

Very good hotel to stay and refreshing place with beautiful scenery like mountains. Some minor problems are there with the rooms which can be solved. I liked the hotel because of its food. Everything was amazing but please solve the problem with rooms. I also liked about the places location as it is situated in between the markets and the mountains.

Foods preparation was good though the service needs a little improvement. Rest the rooms need to be once checked thoroughly before allotting to someone as there was a problem with washrooms door & windows not getting locked.
