This is my car 3rd service in nexa motor nainital. I have done compliant for the our car ac pipes but that is not change during last three service.I was many requests for this pipe then the pipe has been changed in 4 th service on the chargeable bases.My pipes was demag from the day of the purchase.i will never suggest this service centre.

It is the only Maruti Suzuki Nexa showroom in Haldwani. The services are good and an excellent hospitality. The quality of Maruti has improved a lot and the dealers welcoming is warm. The salesmen are well trained and lower staff are also well trained. The delivery service is also fast and prompt. I got Ciaz and had no complaints. They are ready to go an extra step to help and satisfy you as a customer. The training is much appreciable.

Staff is professional. Overall experience from enquiry of baleno till its delivery is excellent. My RM Mr. Jeevan Samant is very supportive.

Not satisfied with nexa worker .We visited the for 2 servicing in nexa I was just taking the image of my car just for uploading my status of WhatsApp they literally said me bhar nikl.Ye log tab Tk hi respect se baat karte hai jab tak in logo ko car chipkani Hoti hai.Their are two workers one who is telling himself as a supervisor of nexa second managerLiterally they are lying I think manager cant speak this much rudely to costumer 😂He is a worker nd telling himself as a manager.Not my other reason to give 1 star

Good experience meeting Mr Rahul. He explained all that was required to be done in Second Service and how long it will take. The workshop stuck to the time schedule and service of the car was good. On the whole Well done NEXA.
