I had a terrible experience. The doctors were in a hurry and prescribed a stronger number for my glasses. The in-house optical shop is a fraud! They charged almost double the market price for making glasses which are non refundable and when reported they did not accept their fault. He charged Rs 5,000 for glasses which were of Rs 3,000. I am in extreme pain bcz of this hospital please save your money and eyes and never visit this hospital.

I liked the friendly and supporting nature of Doctor Bansal and all EYE Q staff.

Do not get your lens/glasses from inhouse lens store, I got mine recently and was delivered defective chipped off lense piece which I forgot to notice at the time of delivery. Youll not get replacement lens, they can only fix it in some way and moreover might blame you that you have broken it yourself and now I doubt if I was delivered authentic lens or not as I paid a decent amount for lenses.

Good behaviour supportive nature

Doctors are good but avoid opticals shop in there, overprice and bad quality frames and lenses. I paid almost 5000 for two glasses for my mother, one of them broke. I reported them about the material quality but they didnt acknowledge but somehow I managed to convince them to take the frame for quality inspection and asked them to give me lens and take broken frame.While taking lens out from the frame the staff broke lens too.I was convinced that I was tricked therefore left that place immedieatly.Later on I went to another shop and he told me that a lens was glued to frame which is not a good practice and might be reason for frame damage.And for that frame they charged me 700 which was about 400 at that shop 🤦 .Hope they will someday value their customer and customer feedback too. But I will never pay for such experiece again

#Worst treatment ever got....please dont go to this hospital ever!!!#Proof attached (my eyes pic)1. I reported my problem day before my eye flu stared but the inexperienced doctor gave me just eye drops.2. My eyes condition further deteriorated and I again went to them but to no relief.3. Lastly I consulted another doctor who saved my eye.4. These hospitals are just charging customers a huge amount of money only to fill the doctors pocket who barely cares for patients.5. #horrorhospitals
