From the month I bought my Lenovo notebook from Jain Computer I had problem with the battery and always got hanged but somehow I managed to use for 2 years now. However there is always problem in between like keypad not active, shutting down by itself to issues with display and mother board. Again last week, i gave it for servicing as my display wasn’t working and they said they would call me but they never did So i went to the store day before yesterday to see what’s going on, again they said they would call me once it’s fixed so I left. They called me today so I went and they weren’t clear as in what’s wrong with my Lenovo notebook however they said that the product to replace isn’t available in Delhi or Calcutta whatever!!!! So I paid them 500 for converting my internal hardware to external hardware. I left the store without even checking the conditions of my laptop . When I open my laptop few minutes back, To my great surprise the screen was broken and the upper lid of the laptop is broken. I have no idea what the heck happened. I actually thought they are better comparing to other service centres in Guwahati but they are more or less the same. Very careless. Soooo not happy with what they did.
