Very conviniently located on the nh8 highway coming towards delhi. The suite room is very spacious with a king size bed and a luxurious sofa set. The bathroom is also verg big and feels like royalness. The deal that we got online for this hotel for very good. The breakfast buffet can be better. The service and hospitality is upto the mark. This place also has spa services available and its pretty decent.

They are not good no resolution on booking when it went wrong.... It was booked through oyo however they did not give me the room at night about 11.30 because it was booked on discounted price and they were willing to give me the room in extra charge.... And I had to go somewhere else... That was really frustrating.... Not good place if you are looking good service

I visited here in last month with my friends here, it is very good hotel located at NH-8 and also in main area of Gurugram. I can really say this hotel fulfill tag of luxury hotel. Very near to NH-8, Bus stand, Railway station and approx. 25 - 30 minute drive from airport. It is accessible from Iffco Chowk and Rajiv Chowk as well. You can enjoy here a lot along with pleasure stay. Rooms are too good in size and amenities which need to make your stay joyful.

The hotel is perfectly located with access to everything, i.e. highway, smokes, food places etc. The roms are big and the staff is polite. You can majority of times witness some Indian custom in there banquet and have fun there. The hotel has its own gym and swimming area. You will like the place if you stay there.

Galaxy was one of the best hotel in its time.. But now its overtook by We work for office space..But yes one can visit the Galaxy restaurants as they are still operational.. And provide delicious meals as well.. Like The Monk!

Nice place. It has an awesome bakery & coffee shop, much recommended for cakes & pastries. The Chinese restaurant The Monk is a must visit for every one who loves to eat Chinese. The shopping arcade is good and offers nice collection of Indian handicrafts. Location & access from highway is very convenient.

Im biased towards this place for the nostalgic feeling attached to this place for me, but unfortunately this little gem is loosing out to sec-29/cyberhub. This place house the first microbrewery in Gurgaon, one the finest oriental cuisine restaurant (monk) and the best bakery in town. You should definitely check this place out if you dont want maddening rush of other place and still want to go to a decent place. Ive taken one star of for the reason that things have not be maintained the way they were (possibly due to low footfall)

You sure can turn to this place if you are looking for high-end upscale kind of place to arrange a wedding well within your budget. The banquets are beautiful with eye pleasing decor, vibrant combination of colors, chandeliers and strategic lay out of the sitting arrangement. Music is also good. Did not face challenge with staff as they were cordial

Absolutely pathetic. It should be shameful for these guys to call themselves a 5 star.You are welcomed with half left drinks from the past waiting guests on the table.The rooms were dirty and were scented with cheap cigarettes they bought from a panwaadi right besides the hotel.I requested for an early check in and were graciously given a room one hour late than the standard check in time.The bathroom has a huge window for the pedestrian to stare at you while you enjoy there bath tub.The beds and pillows are so comfortable that you might want to rip your spinal cord off of your body.After all these disappointments you’d expect a fast check out.It took me around half hour to check out, i guess they had there fastest person at the counter. Definitely would recommend if you want to hate your absolute existence.

Stayed here for 10 days a stretch. Thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Very nice staff and very cosy ambience.Breakfast items are delicious, rest meal for dinner is also very nice.Very neat and clean rooms.Would advise all to consider this place for stay at Gurgaon.

Bang on NH8. Has a wonderful shopping arcade and if u are wanting good ethnic stuff then it is the place to go. Never mind the slight mark up in prices. If u are lucky then you may find some good artists at work. The restaurants here are very good and if you are keen on freshly brewed beer then head to Galaxy.

Despite having the status of luxury hotel.. the hotel didnt quite seem to justify it.. after a long series of argument the manager gave a room with a bathtub but the room was extremely dirty.. the curtains were falling off its place .. but since we got late we had to settle for it.. the breakfast buffet lasts only till 10 Am.. like what!!! after that you cant even order from al la carte .. food was pretty average.. and the pool was also not clean.. overall.. not value for money.. and poor service...

Great place to hang out as in a single roof u will get hotel, restaurant, spa & shopping shops. Also have conference room for official get together. Location is also good nd near to 32 milestone near to the highway. Many foreign tourist stay here nd enjoyed alot.

Prime location in Gurgaon area. Unfortunately getting a change from shopping centre to a hotel. Japanese restaurant Ichizen has occupied the first floor. Japanese food lovers must visit Ichizen restaurant.

Visited Howzzat brewery. I have been going there for the last 9 years but since the new management took over, their beer quality as well as service quality has taken a nose dive. Unprofessional staff with a bad attitude. Not recommended to visit if you want to have craft beer. Sector 29 has better options.

Most recommended for business meetings. There conference rooms are perfect. Nice room and service too. Our company uses this place for all the conferences. The mall attached to it is also fun. Check out for a nice Bar in the mall and few restaurants.

Overall a good place to stay. A bit pricey for the value they provide. Multiple options for food.House keeping needs to improve room fittings which are aged and need attention. Front desk should be more responsive, fast and customer friendly. They have a laid back attitude and are slow in attending.

Nice place. Enjoyed Anniversary Night with family. Tasty food and Excellent Service. Better to book table over phone and order a cake with message before going and get it on table at end of dinner.

A decent hotel. The room was kinda weird. No windows. Felt claustrophobic. The staff was sweet and courtious but the room we got did not do justice to the price. It may be bad luck but still.The location though is amazing. Close to cyber city and all amenities that are round attached to a kind of a mall that has great food.

Went to this place recently and I liked the concept and the beeeer. It is one of typical sports bar based out of cricket theme. The dishes and the beer is also named based on cricket like googly and bouncer. Big screens with cricket matches. Its wheat beer is too good. Food is something not its cup of tea.

Great property and an equally hospitable staff.Rooms are fabulous for singles, couples as well as family travelers.Galaxy mall is the next building.. lots of options for good food, shopping, booze and fun.Value for money.

The hotel is little far from the airport but I like it there very much. Easy check-in checkout. Staff was very good and good was delicious. They have very big rooms and bathrooms. Every room have special bath tubs. You can listen TV in the bathroom. There is a small mall in the hotel and a pub, which is awesome. You should try it.

Good hotel in Gurgaon. Check in took a bit time. Bathroom fixtures are old...... Maintenance required specially for water tabs in bath tub..... Although it was a short stay for us... But next time would like to try your spa rather then rooms.....

Centrally located, this luxury hotel has been a delight. The only letdown is the lack of complementary breakfast, however the in-room dining is simply delicious. The staff is courteous, helpful and very prompt.

This hotel looks like needs to be refurnished. Air bubbles in the paint on the wall and humidity marks around. The bed is comfortable and overall room and bathroom look well cleaned up. Should be renewed to reach a better level.

Had dinner at Monk, great fresh beer from Howzzat and sumptuous food at Monk. Amit from Howzzat explained how they brew fresh beer... It takes upto a month to mature beer, that was something new I learnt today. The live music on piano was also wonderful.

Galaxy hotel has a mall too,which I visit often. Anokhi & the framing shop, the coffee shop with its classic pastries is divine, Monk is always nice anyway, Mora taaraa is good for house stuff...so a nice place. But I was horrified to find that the washrooms were overflowing with garbage, no toilet paper etc. The cleaning lady had not come,so no service!! Seriously??????? Terrible. Thanks

The location of Galaxy hotel is quite accessible, situated right on National Highway 8. The underground parking area is not well maintained with water puddles all around along with a stingy smell. The hall where the function was arranged was not very spacious although it was able to accommodate the gathering. During the break for refreshment, the snacks got exhausted within 5 minutes and it took some time to be replenished. Overall it was an average experience.

Excellent exteriors and interiors. The services are incredible and staff is very supportive. The water fountains in front of the hotel gives it a very elegant exterior architecture. Excellent place stay.

Never Again the Filthy FilthiestThe Room is very filthy and maintenance is very poor. The bed linen old and worn out.Staff is not service oriented and missing basic behaviors like Welcome or Good EveningManagement Matters.The Hotel Concept seems to be nice but presently there is nothing good and they have to work on the cleaning and maintenance as well as on the Service and behavior.2Stars because its near to our Customers.There are much better hotels around.

Hotel is easily noticable from moving vehicle . Rooms are good . (But room alloted to us was pathetic as AC was making too much noice . It needs maintenance. On request for change of room , management responded that hotel is fully occupied and room changing is not possible for that day) Service is very slow .( U need to have patience .i.e very slow service ).

Parking guys harass a lot. They never let you park the car inside the premises.Causing us theft intentions all the time

Just a bit of a grimy hotel. Everything was old and there were stains and water marks all around the edges of the furniture. Fine for a quick overnight stay like mine but if Id had to stay any longer I would have been very disappointed.

Good but high end shops and the monk Chinese restaurant. Going here after almost four years, was looking forward to the food but it turned out to be a disappointment. Looks like there are quite a few good alternatives that have come up in the interim

Even though it was a close family function, food was below average, so was the ambience and feel of the hall. Staff was ok and the whole experience was not heart warming. If given an option to visit this place again, i will skip it 100 out of 100 times.

Had a conference there in their conference room. Was a bit too sturdy and has archaic systems of ventilation. Good food options available

Its actually a lesser booked hotel, it seems but its having an excellent location right on National Highway 8.

If you are fimiliar with policy and discipline than hotel is the best and comfortable one, they not asking guest , guests should should ask for services. Service is really good.

Staff could improve their corporation part. Bathrooms are really nice. I recommend going for room with jacuzzi. Giving 2 star because of bad behaviour of hotel staff at reception.

Their restaurant and food is good, Room is also well furnished but corridor is very dirty. Too Much Dust and stain on Mat of Corridor not to be considered as 5 Star Hotel. I asked there for average size pillow and they refused to gave it to me 🙄

Everything, during my stay here, was nice and great, but the fittings in the Loo, were kinda broken, and there was no rug out of the Loo, to wipe your feet upon, and bot let your room go mess! Really big problem

This wasnt same Galaxy I have visited earlier. Lobby carpet is so dirty and smelled badly. Lobby walls are full of damp patches and same is the story with room but slightly better.Hotel staff is lacking enthusiasm and energy.Always liked thier large rooms and large washrooms however oelverall feel was bad due to not maintaining the hotel properly. Now regretting why I didnt choose Pallazio or Ramada.

Summers are back again and so is the problem of air conditioning in Monk and coffee shop. One cannot sit more than 5 minutes in such a suffocating environment. I do not know how can Management be so insensitive to this. Probably the GM rooms are at 20 degrees.So they care less about customers convenience and are busy changing routes to manage Supreme court ruling.Pathetic.

Dont know much about the hotel but the mall with it is dead.Half the ships have closed quite a few ate closing.Only saving grace is Monk restaurant and Anokhi shop.

Its more of a business mall where conferences and meetings are held. On the 1st floor there are restaurants and bars which looks quite decent as well. Crowd is decent and more office crowd exists.

This palace is opposite side of premmotors ltd jmdp . This is mall cum hotel.Here is free parking . Clean toilet and very clean palace for untique piece product and art galary . U can see here art galary and lost of other kind of chiness resturent and big space here. Must vist in ur free time
