The authentic taste, though service was a tad down due to Covid restrictions!

Very slow process on online ordered from this restaurant.I never suggest anyone to place the order for hot biryani, because they are not fulfill the order as per timeline which is promised by this restaurant.After ordering, you have call in restaurant and confirmed them for dispatch my food then they are preparing the food for dispatch.And always they are saying lie on call.Over all food quality is average.Rude behaviour from customer service.Late order dispatch on online.Bad packaging quality of product.

I can only speak of biryani. As i am a Biryani lover , Hyderabad is one of the places in the world that provides the best Biyani. Since i have shifted to Delhi , i couldnt find a Biryani that can satiate my hunger and satisfy my taste buds. The Hyderabad Biryani thah is being served here is almost authentic, hence its just delicious. But the only downside is that, it is expensive. But cant help it, if it is that good, right?

This guys mainly specialize on south flavoured biriyani. For me it was little bit spicy but if you can handle that then go on.Service was prompt and order didnt took much time to prepare. We ordered the family size biriyani. Chicken pieces were juicy and adequate for 6 of us.Do try their kebabs and ask for any offers.

Ordered via swiggy on 30-Nov-20, the delivered item did not have the food properly sealed and half of the biryani cover open. That would have still been fine had they not sent chicken biryani instead of the mutton biryani ordered. Very disappointing. Further the Chicken 65 had curry leaves and tasted like a hybrid between 65 and Chettinad chicken

My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner at this restaurant. Ist time here, but assuredly will return. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and the food, The food was marvelous, delicious and plentiful.Looking forward to return to explore other items

Bikkgane Biryani mainly serves non - vegetarian foods. Its bit expensive than the other shop which is just opposite to it, but their taste and quality of the food is too awesome. If you have their food you will not regret paying the money to them for your food. Its situated at the main market of sector - 23 of Gurugram. The staff is too helpful and polite. The restaurant is very clean and serves hot food.

Pathetic experience.They cheat the customer by putting small and large size and deliver only one size. I ordered one small Biryani and one large size by adding 120 rs extra however received the small size for both portions.For the second item, I specially requested for very less spicy and they did absolutely opposite. My son wanted to eat the curry however he could not take a bite due to aweful spice levels.I called up the customer care to discuss the issue before writing the review howler the number was switched off.Not happy really and will not recommend. Biryani by Kilo is a good option

Biryanis are yummy but when you sit and eat there itself. Personally we dont like to order anymore from here else we keep grumbling about small potions and not so great chicken pieces... Hence this 1* less.If you are craving for a Biryani, just visit and eat over here.

I love their biryani a tad too much. No other restaurant has EVER come even remotely close to their taste. Their menu is unique. You wont find that stuff anywhere else.

In Delhi NCR from last 4 yrs I had lost the taste of Biryani. Biryani here means fried rice, thats what all restaurants do here. But this one is by far the best. Its extremely tasty hygenic and worth every penny. You can order online, take away or have a dine in also. decent place and easily approachable. Parking is available in sec 23 market space.

Food is fine. I believe its good for non veg but for vegetarion options are very limited.

The food and the ambience is fine. But the service to the customers can be improved and it would be not a comfortable experience if the management behaves recklessly with the customers, we pay you for the professional service as well.

After enjoying for last two years...this restaurant is falling flat... In last two occasions I had very bad experience especially in chicken biryani... The recent one was too bad.. First loads of problems in order booking than finally the Chicken was not at all fresh and very soggy....Wish you guys could have checked it... But Ill look for other better options around.....

Go there only if you love CHICKEN biryani. Else nothing is good. They make one of the best chicken biryanis. Mutton served is of inferior quality.

The bikkagane biryani sector 23 is the most pathetic, greedy and unhelpful restaurant who is only there to loot people and not listen to their requests. All they want is just the money. The staff is rude, unprofessional and their food taste very bad. They have no shame and courtesy to talk to people with respect and their rude behavior only will make their customers run away from them. They dont listen to the feedback and all they care about it the money..0 stars and dont visit this sector 23 restaurant. Dont waste your time and money.

Biryani Paradise is by far the WORST restaurant on Food Panda. I placed an order with Biryani Paradise and after receiving confirmation from Food Panda that my order has been placed, I called Biryani Paradise to reconfirm just to ensure that everything was fine. They assured me that my order will be delivered within 45 minutes.1 hour, 15 minutes passed, There was no delivery. I called Biryani paradise and they said Delivery boy has left and he will reach any minute. I waited for 30 minutes more (total time 1 hour 45 minutes) and still no delivery. I called them up again as I was a bit angry this time. Biryani paradise said they are checking with the boy and they will call me back in 2 minutes. I waited another 15 minutes and there was no phone call.After this, I called Biryani Paradise 17 times (YES 17 TIMES) and they didn’t pickup my call. 1 hour more passed like this ( 3 HOURS TOTAL TIME) and still there was NO DELIVERY.After 3 HOURS AND 20 MINUTES, the delivery boy came. I asked what took him so long and the boy honestly replied that he was given the food for delivery only 10 minutes ago.Now comes the worst part - the food. Chicken Malai Tikka was raw and only boiled. It didn’t had anything. It was plain and boiled white coloured chicken with no marination and no taste at all. Lamb was EXTREMELY spicy. It was impossible to take a bite of the lamb. It was not in edible condition.I would NEVER RECOMMEND Biryani Paradise to anyone. It was the worst experience of my life.

The quality has decreased over the period. The ambience is also not well maintained. The sector 23 outlet used to serve better biryanis but now its not. They need major improvement.

Best biryani tasted in Gurgaon is of Bikkgane Biryani. Biryani lovers give it a try. Its quite on expensive side but worth it. Staff is bit rude and I was unattended for about 15 mins. I have to call them to take order. Rest taste of for sure great.

This restaurant is I think running in losses, their app would accept order even when the restaurant is closed, then when you ask for refund because the tood was never delivered, they will not refund it. Bloody beggars. Donation chahiye to waise bol do, why doing fraud??

3 stars for food only. Restaurant is not at all clean. All tables were sticky. They mainly dependent on Swiggy or Zomato. Hence I prefer ordering food from them. Specifically try Andhra Chicken fry. Sweet dishes are typically south Indian and O love it.

This place is heaven for biryanis lover. They really serve some of best biryanis. Prices are little higher and ambience is just an average. Service staff are little lazy in getting order. But you can have great biryani over such add things.

They are so slow in delivering your biryani that you may die of waiting. 2hours of waiting time is not a joke. I wish I could give anything below 1star. Disgusting! Better to order from Biryani Blues.(Costly but worth and great customer support also)

Bikgane Biryani is a new name for some people but please note this is the same biryani store earlier know as Biryani Paradise. I really love their Chicken Biryani and Hyderabadi biryani far better than Biryani Blues. One branch of this Bikgane Biryani is located in Sector 23 Gurgaon Market.

Average taste but good price

Biryani paradise has been the go to place for me in case I want to eat spicy Andhra food. It has good dal and Biryanis to select from, and the chicken tastes good as well. Although a lot of times I have faced issues regarding uncooked chicken, the taste is quite good. Loses the star because of 2 things. Firstly, it is way too costly. You can get even better food at that cost. Secondly, the chicken is sometimes uncooked.

As indicated from its name it is famous for biryani. i had tried andhra and chicken biryani here. both were tasty but not the best one i had tried.

I have ordered through food panda from this restaurant 1st it delivered after 1h and food quality is veru much poor and cooled and pannerr is duplicate look like rubber too much hard they deliver very bad quality food please aware dont try too buy anything else from this restaurant if you want to waste your money and your health then go through choice is yours.
