Pidge is the most irresponsible company. Use their service at your own risk. Firstly they dont share the number of their delivery persons and on top of it, they dont care to update or inform you if your order is running 3 hours late. We used it to deliver some official documents and they promised to deliver in less than 3 hours but took 6 hours to deliver. That too without updating us. There is no one you can reach out to. They are inaccessible after picking your stuff. Thank your stars if your stuff gets delivered safely and on time. Will not use their service again.This was the second time they broke our trust. First time we had sent a cake and the cake was made into a flat pancake on delivery. Destroyed the cake completely.WE DO NOT RECOMMEND PIDGE AT ALL.

Had the most horrible experience with this so called, CITY LOGISTICS EXPERT. I had a pickup for a cake scheduled on Saturday between 6 and 7pm . Started receiving notifications around 6:30pm that my pickup would be done by 7:30pm, then 8pm, then 8:30pm, then 11pm....After calling them up multiple times, the order was assigned to another rider and finally picked up at 9:30pm, more than 2.5hrs later than the scheduled time. 10 mins following that, another rider reached the pickup location, creating confusion regarding who actually picked up the order since nothing was being updated on the app. I understand that it rained for 30 minutes and a delay can be expected , but such a long delay was not justified irrespective. And the worst was that nothing was being updated on the app. Once my order was picked up, I was told that it would be delivered directly. Despite everything that had already happened, my order was finally delivered at 12:30am. Got a call from a senior representative that my order amount would be refunded in the next 24 hours. No amount can compensate for the utter embarrassment that I had to experience due to their pathetic service. Firstly, if you have a shortage of riders, you should not take any new orders. Secondly, you should not lie to your customers. And most importantly, you should definitely know the meaning of a GUARANTEE before you offer your so called PIDGE GUARANTEE. I am not a person who likes to write bad reviews but this is not the first time I have experienced this with Pidge. Maybe they have become too big for individual customers and can only cater to corporates now.

Ive had a horrific experience with pidge . Im a home bake . I booked a pick up from Gurgaon to Delhi at 10 am . The rider arrived at 11:20 . Thereafter no intimation was made to me that the rider had been arrested by the police. So both my cake and the rider were stuck on the road for 2 hours. When I finally manage to get some answers from a customer care executive mr shiv Im told another rider will pick up your order and deliver it . All this happens and its now 1:20 pm . Alternate rider picks up and Im told he will deliver it in 30 mins as the distance to be covered is not much . Now its 2:40 pm .rider has still not reached with my cake in peak heat .15 June 2021 . Mr harsh a senior calls and says it will reach any minute. 3 pm ..its still not reached. Mr harsh offers me a refund for the trip . Yet no delivery has been made . Order Id 789186 . I thought pidge was instant delivery for perishable items. In fact I even called pidge twice to inform them that I was sending a cake as I have been told thats the way to ensure it reaches . What happened to pidge guarantee of 50% refund upto ten times package value given ?? I got nothing.only a promise of 336 rs refund of what I paid for delivery. That too has not yet come . I had to offer the 4500 ra cake to my customer for free only because pidge couldnt do what they promised. NEVER use them .PIDGE GUARANTEES are fake . No refund if the rider reaches late for pick up or delivery. No refund for damages . Basically a cake that was supposed to reach in an hour has still not reached four hours later . And of course the pick up from me didnt happen within the mentioned time frame either. And I scheduled this delivery days ago .The rider calls me at 3:10 saying the cake has melted . Sorry maam . Ask me I have experienced PIDGE FAILURE AND UNTRUE COMMITMENTS first hand . PIDGE GUARANTEE DOES NOT EXIST .

Do not use this service if you want to deliver anything on time and definitely not if its urgent.My order was delayed by 2.5 HOURS without any reason but some glitch that required them to change the rider THRICE!!!And even after changing the rider so many times, the order was not picked up.There is NO COD OPTION so you have to pay in advance and cannot do anything if the order isnt picked up on time.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.The customer care isnt useful at all. Theyll ensure you that theyll make sure the order is delivered but they wont follow up at all with the rider.

The most ill mannered bunch of riders causing harrassment to general public.I have my office in Connaught place and you can find these riders sitting idle in the parking area with their vehicles parked anywhere as per their wish. There being no parking attendants during this lockdown, these Pidge riders crowd around my car leaving scratches on my car and just not enough space to even open the door. After telling them politely 3 times and noticing the same the fourth time, I decided to write here. The company is now requested to take action else, if this behavior continues, I will be forced to make a police complaint.I have pictures having the vehicle numbers to identify the riders for your reference. Drop in the contact details of the concerned person from the company to take up this issue.

I ACTUALLY SAW THIS FOR THE FIRST TIME .MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED ON TIME. LASTLY , BECAUSE OF PIDGE I WAS ABLE TO MEET MY DAD AND WISH HIM WITH A GIFT NOT PERSONALLY BUT MENTALLY. Im not really someone that rates services, but today I received a package from a bakery in town which was delivered by Pidge. Honestly the delivery executive was extremely polite and it is by far the best experience Ive had with a delivery service.

Employee satisfaction % is below ZERO. Employees are forced to work all 7 days a week & EACH DAY for AT-LEAST 11-13 hr under severe pressure & humiliation. TBH many people working in this company are on the verge of DEPRESSION.**I hope they know it is ILLEGAL to make people work for more than 48 hours in a week and not more than 9 hours. Also not more than 6 days a week** They dont have employee centric policies...forget policies they keep shouting & humiliating even if you are not wrong because they feel it makes the team work harder. This is what I faced in this organisation during my almost 1 year tenure & as soon as I got the opportunity to move to a new company I resigned & grabbed it with the same salary because my mental health was taking a toll & this thing is with everyone in the company. Dont believe me? connect with anyone from the company on Linkedin & they will share the same story. Also they never allowed work from home & this was also during the month of March -April 2020 when everyone was scared to commune.With such intellectual & intelligent people as the TOP management its shocking how this company treat their employees. Please stay away from this company if you care even 1% about your mental health.An advice to the management :Stop humiliating & insulting your employees in front of all No good company do that anymore. Please start respecting your Employees - also their time & effort.No ONE not happily working at Pidge, I know because I worked there for a good time.Be the boss & not the leader - Instead of insulting people of small mistakes understand why it happened...where is the gap & guide the person in the right way. Absolutely very bad service. They have 0 customer centricity. They should actually first hire a good CX person to sort the customer user journey. You cannot call the customer support only wait for them to call you back. You can have no visibility to when the order will be delivered. Their delivery executives are untrained and are unhappy as well. Their app is a nightmare. Do not order for them you will feel as if you are participating in some beta test launch.Better to go for wefast. Similarly priced, tons better service. Even porter is better.

Pidge has done a great job my giving the quality and assurance that most delivery companies failed to do so. Today was my first experience and tbh it was great!

They approached us, tied up with our company and then on the first day of business hiked their price, asked us for additional supposed with every delivery and we obviously had to let them go.Do not recommend for partnership at all.100% unreliable

I used this app to get cake delivered which was really expensive & although the delivery boy knew it was a cake, he didn’t handle it carefully as a result the cake reached all messed up. They totally ruined the surprise planned by me & when I complained about it, I was asked to not use this app for delivering any valuable or perishable item. Why would someone get something invaluable delivered & if you can’t handle something properly, what is the purpose of this app? Also, they said the delivery executive had multiple orders with him. Why do you have to stock up so many orders when you can’t deliver one properly. So disappointed with them & their customer service.

The delivery process is extremely slow and it took them more than 5 hours to deliver the product from Saket to Faridabad. Thanks to Pidge I have lost a very important customer.There is no contact no. Of the delivery person and the HelpLine person keeps giving false estimated time of delivery.Really disappointed.

I was cut extra - the amount showing was 112 but 396 was deducted. On speaking to customer service they very politely said it will be refunded in 2 days .. it was refunded . I called bak again n again was told the same and still was refunded , it has been 15 days . However The delivery boy was very good .

I have good experience. Got dress delivered from Faridabad to noida.

They had taken up a cake to deliver which was an extremely expensive one . It was a complete mess by the time it got delivered BROKEN . It was such a horror and embarassing. The function we had got for was just run without the cake. Still, I contacted the customer help..after repeated calls Me.Siv texted and its been 2 months now and he is still working on it. Since they only respond to good reviews which is probably given to them by their own team.Beware!!!

My delivery was of cupcakes which was communicated to the company before booking.The rider was also shown the aboveThe cakes were all squished and the customer care guy Mr Harsh blames it on the packaging. Really sad that they say that they do not take any responsibility.Very poor image . Will never book them again.
