It is one of the most popular restaurant. They serves Sweets,Bakery products, North Indian cuisine, south Indian cuisine, Chinese. The dining is so good and there staff members are also very good. We can go with our family and friends. It is very hygienic place and mainly famous for their sweets. A must visit place. The quality of food is very amazingg and the prices are very pocket friendly.

They cant handel more and bigger order on weekends. Its tried and testedWhen ever you are ordering the food on weekends and in large quantity from OM sweets specially sector 23 restaurant, you will screw up your parties. Quality of food is very bad. Laccha paratha confused with normal thick paratha. No taste on daal makhani. Handi paneer is pthatic. Moreover you can see the basic vinegar onion replaced with cheap thic onion. And packaging is spilling all over. Ordinary nukkad hotel food is much better than this.I have ordered similar food in small quantity over weekdays, it was very good.If you want to ruin your party, order from here and you will regret.

Good ambience and delicious food. Chapatis are made of pure chakki atta that makes its chapati very tasty. I liked everything they served. Waiters are mannered. But it is very expensive. Cost of chapati is very high.

They didnt have any Boondi Ladoos. I was like if they didnt have this basic sweet why are they even opening such a huge shop. Unchi Dukaan Fike Pakwan would have been a perfect definition of this outlet, but they. didnt even have Pakwan

Its a good place to have food with your family as they provide good dining facilities.Also as it is situated in a market you can enjoy many other thing. There a water balls store near it. It would highly recommend you to try that. You can also buy books and clothes and many other things.

Just look at the mismanagement of Om sweets palam vihar food outlet in sector 23 and crowded at 1st floor dining area and pick up people also creating nuisance.OM sweets has goone down in services.

Need to work on their pyaaz ke kachori...there is barely any masalas in their kachori.

Its expensive but if that does not matter then, below items are best in this sweet shopDesi ghee Dodha,white and brown rasbhari (small rasgulla/gulab jamun),pyaz kachori,rasmalai

Sweets quality is good but today we got chilly potato n chaat packed. Chilly potatoes were not crunchy n they were soggy & dahi bhalla chat was way to sweet. Otherwise food is good😊

I went out there with my family for eat out. Its a budget eat out place for family and friends. The food is good. The sweets are also good. We tried masala dosa, dhokla,spring rolls etc and some sweets. Dhodha is specialty of Om Sweets. A must try if you love sweets.

Best food quality .Serves good quality indian and south indian food.Chinese and Italian are not higly recommended.A bit costly as well or more like cant be considered cheap.Good hygiene and service.Chaat are best at this place and all the sweets one should always try these two things .One of the worlds best jalbei. In gurgaon they make finest and tastiest jalebi .

Their products are good but rates are very high. They are fixing arbitrary rates which have no relation to the cost. Every season they hike rates 10% or more

For all the sweets lover. Om sweets serves best sweets in Gurgaon. Recently i tried their idli sambhar and it was too good the idli was soft and sambhar was also tasty.This is a perfect place to enjoy with family. From their starters to main course and desserts, everything is amazing. This is my go to place ❤️. I love their moong dal ka halwa and their ghewar and it’s so amazing.

I had chole kulche and gol gappe. Also bought some boondi laddoo. The food and hygiene conditions are excellent. Recommended

One of the most Pathetic restaurant I have ever been to, I Ordered Chole Nature and Nature had Hair.. Worst is staff is not at all apologetic and When I ask for Manager or Head chef no one was available. Very Clumsy and non serious approach for my complain.
