Extremely Poor quality. Engine Part failure in less than 31k kms. not covered in warranty/extended warranty. Zero support from the parent company. shrieking noise from day 1 but dealership not able to diagnose. Do a Favour to your self do not buy VOLVO, Icing on the cake, Scandia Motors. (Avoid)

We have recently (FEB’19) purchased a new XC90 from the local VOLVO dealer - Scandia Motorcars.I noticed that the vehicle vibrates when I accelerate the car ( between 20 - 40km speed). Once the vehicle crosses a certain speed , it seems ok.But this vibration experience at low speed is extremely disheartening and frustrating, its like being in a tractor.in last 6 months Scandia Motorcars is unable to resolve the issue.I feel cheated and sorry for buying a VOLVO product.

Do not buy Volvo. Terrible service.The cars are not ready for Indian roads. Only one service station in entire NCR region and every time the car goes to get something fixed, they damage something else. The cars are unsafe and unreliable. Avoid Volvo and Save Your Money!The service station people has terrible staff and they are clueless about the cars. Volvo is wasting everyones time and money with a poor after sales service and incompetent repair works.Avoid Volvo cars.

Very poor service by your Swede dealer Gurugram. They are impossible people who doesnt know how to repair cars and know features.I am the owner Land cruiser V8, Merc GLS, Porsche Cayenne, BMW and XC90 but VOLVO mechanic are not able to identify problems nor they can rectify problems. Their people only know how to talk nicely and sweetly.Volvo need to strengthen the after sale service rather than expanding their network. By building technology doesnt not bring customer. You need to focus on after sales also.I have sent the car to rectify the problem but even after 3 visits they are not able to rectify and the problem is reading light is loose. They could not remove the noise. Its only one example. I hope Volvo will improve so that other future customers will not suffer

I have Volvo S60 I bought new car but company people gave me problamatic wheels. I have problem with my car wheels from the first day.they said no warranty u have to change paid basis. Is this Volvo ? See how these people Worrest car. My friends said all Volvo s 60 are having wheel and break pad problems. Friends plz careful.

Price list is fraud.Ex-showroom price is hiked by 5-6 lakh also known as dealers margin.Unbearable customer service.Please dont buy from this Volvo dealer for your own benefit.You are Welcome.
