Hotel has had a huge dip. No self parking available in Covid times and much against the brand standards which were amended with self parking options. Hotel upkeep and rooms need to be notched up. This hotel had some glorious days. Very sad to see basics missing.

Excellently appointed rooms, and very kind, cooperative staff. The receptionist who handled our check-in is very sweet and personable. Entire team is well trained. I loved the short stay more than anywhere else that Ive ever stayed. Food at the dinner buffet had good choice but wasnt the best in taste. Good ingredients used nonetheless. Taste can be a matter of personal preference so that can be overlooked. I wish the toilet had a seat warmer though 😄

If I have to break my review in to different categories and rate these accordingly, then I will go like this:-Ambience: For ambience it goes 5 out 5 there are lot of eye catchy points in the hotel. Pool view is the best location here.Food: I will rate 3 out 5, as food is not great. Breakfast buffet is good. Not much options for in room dining.Staff: I will rate 3 out of 5 here. Some of the staff members are very rude where as others are equally polite and nice. In room dining, managers, restaurant staff, front desk staff is very polite and welcoming, where as you will find some rude members in house keeping. You may be lucky enough to not encounter those, but unfortunately I was not.Hygiene: 3 out 5. Common area is very hygienic but rooms are not so.Service: 3 out 5. If you are planning to stay on weekend, then be ready for slow service. You will get this answer from staff also that its weekend so service is slow. Even to get water bottles in the room, you will have to call twice or thrice.So overall, I will rate this property 3 out 5 stars.

The way property seems huge and beautiful, and yes the food menu is massive but the quality of food, management and services is just the opposite. They don’t really bother about whether you are a guest, the staff is rude, room service is poor. It was our wedding anniversary on 2nd October and they couldn’t provide us a cake despite asking for several times. The staff needs to be professional.

Terrible experience. Not following covid appropriate protocol. We had to cancel our appointment at East restaurant. In all other hotels , they are allowing us to self park the car . Spoke to a person Naved at the reception. Was very impolite

Good hotel, in business category. Great services from staff. Check in check out were smooth. Food spread at Seasonal taste was decent. There two swimming pools, one for small kids. There isnt much to do for family outings especially with kids. Hopefully they will improve the kids area which isnt any useful in current state.

The location of property is good. The property has good number of rooms. But it has not been maintained with time. The main lobby etc is still ok. But the rooms Interior, fixtures & furniture is not maintained. The restaurant which is at the main lobby can’t accommodate much guests. The food variety is average, specially if you are vegetarian. You must expect 15 minutes to 30 minutes waiting for breakfast or dinner if you are planning for a weekend.

Pathetic Food and Pathetic Response Time.I had to rush to reception twice a day because the room key stops working after 12 hours & when you call the reception for help from a helpphone. The is a very busy hotel. We were there on a weekend and it was crowded. It has all the luxury and comfort of a good hotel. While i can say they even had a wide spread in the buffet as well. Food was good . But on the room service, they were a lag. I believe it was weekend effect. You can try on other days!

Visited The Westin on 30.09.21 for dinner on birthday of my daughter.Pathetic restaurant service. Restaurant manager Yogesh is extremely rude and was not ready to listen or apologize for the kiosk in restaurant. He was not at all interested in listen any concern. Chat counter was pathetic, both veg starters paneer tikka and vegetables were not even cooked properly. Servers are not trained as per 5star standards. Multiple times dishes went out of stock during 3 hours of dinner. Last but not least we found hair in Vanilla ice cream and complaint to chef who accepted that there is some hair like foreign particle in ice cream whereas Restaurant Manager Yogesh clearly denied. When we were complaining to yogesh about our dinning experience we found that multiple other guests are also complaining about food and services for the dinner. When we asked about complaint register, front desk person said we are not keeping the same in hotel. Hope any senior management team of Westin will look into it on top priority.

Had a great stay at Westin Gurgaon. The staff are all very polite and humble. Restaurant, room service etc are all the best in class. The quality of Chauffeur service is really commendable. Especially the trips they arranged for the city tour. Mr. Mohan Singh who took us for the city tour, was very friendly and experienced. He knows the Dil (Heart ;)) of Delhi in and out. Thank you Westin for the evermemorable and quality stay as promised. 🤗

A sorry lunch!Went to the restaurant Seasonal taste at 3:00 PM for late lunch with family. Upon arrival the server asked if we would like to go for a buffet. We opted for it and ordered a drink before we could head to enjoy our food.Literally 15 min in to our lunch while we were having salad, the restaurant started to wrap up buffet without giving a heads up. No one even cared to refill glass of water. Manager brought me desserts of his choice as they wrapped up the buffet.Could have at least told me that buffet closes in 30 min so I could have made my choices better. Worst experience, all I could hear from manager and staff was their lame sorry!

I am having a very bad experience with Westin today. The hotel is short of every available service or facility which should be provided to customers. Even, if you will keep on calling them, they will not respond you back. They dont have any extra bed or mattress even for the family who have kids along with them. I requested them and kept on calling them, but they didnt respond and ignore us completely.Is it what we are looking for ?I feel I have done a mistake by coming here specially with Kids. As it is going to be a very uncomfortable night for us. I strongly recommend to please do visit here at your own risk.

The rooms are great size. Breakfast buffet is also great.But the major issue are the pillows, really bad pillows. The sheets and pillow cases have lint and they are extremely uncomfortable, which ruined the entire stay as I woke up with neck pain.The cleanliness is not as expected, the property, windows etc are pretty dirty.

Its a good place for a change, if u r coffee lover try their normal hot coffee in the lobby area.The place is beautifully calm even in the midst of city traffic.Even though I like the place already, I got a chance to click Mr. kapil dev their and now it has become one of my favourite place.

Had Sunday lunch buffet here.. they had a wide variety of food and cuisines, which was quite exciting to begin with. But very quickly we realized that none of them were authentic or worth repeating. Was quite disappointed overall. The only good part was the salad bar, which quite interesting and tasty. But sadly the whole experience fell really short for the price, I am definitely never going back there !Ps - They did not even have juice section, ice cream for dessert and their Indian section meant 3 dishes with roti and steamed rice.

Not the 5 star experience we were expecting. Things described on their website were not provided in the rooms, like certain toiletries, tissues and bathrobe, bathroom slippers. When they did bring it, it was extremely slippery and caused my roommate to fall too. Room had a Bluetooth speaker with an alarm set to 6AM everyday unnecessarily and couldnt switch it off. Housekeeping wasnt done even on repeated requests. Guests are not informed if theyll be put in water-enabled washroom or not. Lifts were a hassle to operate, as only two out of 4 were working even with correct access cards. 3 stars only for existing infrastructure and courteous staff.

Nice Property with big and clean rooms. Dinner and breakfast is full of varities. Staff is well behaved and very cooperative. But toiletries were not proper. Toilets here are not water friendly as they expect foreign guests only😊. Room service is disappointing. I have to call numerous times for a glass of milk. Hopefully I will get a better experience next time.

Westin is a nice place, though we stayed for very short span and didnt try food over there , so I cant comment on the food quality but the room was clean and having good room service staff. The size of room and amenities inside are also satisfactory. I can conclude that you can go and stay at westin.

It was great and different experience. Moreover staff especially manager miss priya was very cooperative and full of etiquette. i had home away from home and there was protocol maintained due to corona. so altogether it was an amazing experience and safety of lady is very much taken care of, so you can stay and enjoy all alone too in a safe manner in there.

During Christmas and New Year’s eve, Cyber Hub where most of the people can be seen partying.

Great rooms to stay in. So really good if youre 3-4 people sharing the cost and want big rooms to sleep in. Good for chilling inside the rooms and really living it.However, the service was super slow (assuming, due to covid cutbacks) and the food was okay (not the most amazing, not bad).So if youre looking for luxury in terms of space, then this is the place to be. Else, service isnt their strongest point right now.Pro tip: If youre able to befriend the housekeeping staff then they can then assist you really well! We learnt this only too late!

Don’t know if they were under staffed owing to COVID or it’s just how they manage the property, but they definitely are a business hotel. They’re quite incapable of handling families, especially over sold-out weekends. The whole hotel was so mismanaged and seemed to be crumbling under work pressure. From housekeeping to in-room dining to reception and restaurant, each staff had an over tired demeanour, bordering rudeness. Food for a one year old took over an hour and even then got uncooked rice. Dinner for kids was so delayed that we ended up ordering from Zomato. Even to get plates to the room, we had to ourselves go to the restaurant as we were told the plates can’t be sent earlier than 30 minutes! We were so disgruntled. Definitely not going back here. Not with family.

I ordered Blue Lagoon. 5 minutes later they say its not available. I say tropical sunrise, they say thats not available either. I end up drink Pepsi. Underwhelming

The property is very specious and interiors are eye catching. The waterfall is one of the major attraction at Westin. They have a nice swimming pool. The rooms are specious and well decorated. The hospitality was very nice.

I visited for buffet lunch. For menu, you cant say it was enough. It was not upto the expectations. You usuaally get pizza and other stuff but it was not there.Coming to the taste, I can say tandoori mushroom, noodles and mango ice cream were the tastiest. otherwise it was not that good

The hotel is a five star hotel in Gurgaon and located at a central place where one side is iffco chowk metro station of Delhi metro yellow line and other side is national highway connecting Jaipur to Delhi. The rooms in the hotel are spacious and good with really nice breakfast.

Pandemic has turned this once excellent hotel into a very ordinary one. Food quality, taste and presentation is down. Service has suffered too.

Westin is amazing, we organised our engagement function there and food was really nice. The staff cooperated well and it was nothing short of perfection, except the fact that a pizza corner was missed by management in our function’s menu, which they are to compensate yet!

My stay at Westin Gurgoan was a disaster , rooms weren’t clean … the bed linen was stained , they were used coke cans in the fridge inspite of asking them to keep it sanitised, clean and check everything … nothing was done. Horrible experience … the dinner was horrible , no COVID protocol was followed , people were roaming without masks, the buffet table was in a mess , seemed like they were over booked , so many people in one Resturant !! Was so scared to even sit there to eat , it’s shocking how irresponsible a five star Property can be !! Please don’t visit specially till covid has settled !! Shocked at the staff also , they themselves don’t wear mask. The restaurant manager also didn’t bother telling people to wear mask after me telling him repeatedly !! Air conditioners weren’t working …. Swimming pools were over full !! There is no safety no hygiene and no covid protocol followed. Extremely disappointed in a five star hotel … never coming back.

We tried the EEST restaurant at Westin. The waiter went an extra mile to help take care of us. Nitu recommed amazing dishes right from appetizers to main course. Jasmine fried rice was delicious and when paired with excotic seasonal vegetables in garlic sauce, it was phenomenal! Do not miss the chocolate dessert.They also accommodated our request for a table with a view and also a chair for our toddler.

The rooms are very average..curtains, chairs, rest of the linen seems like it hasnt been changed since long. The staff is not very friendly too specially the front office staff. I got room number 420 , please try and not take that atleast. The bed is nice , pretty comfortable but the room is not very neat and clean. there are much better options available near by with a better price.

I checked in 24 June and stayed for 3 nights in the hotel.....but the services and the hospitality for the customer was very very poor.....no co-operative staff, house keeping and the whole system was failed......totally disappointed 😞😞I advise not to stay in this hotel for the comfort

All was good except breakfast area. Breakfast was little bit late if opening time is 7am.Dosa was not ready on time. It took 15 mins to deliver after given order.Rest service was great.

Pros: - Room size and decor is very good.- Swimming & Gym area is amazing.- Water bodies were beautiful. Cons:- Lobbys not properly ventilated - had a lot of cigarette smell. - Maintenance Issues: Lifts not working properly. Lift to our floor had maintenance issue as our floor button was not working. In our room we experienced water logging in washbasin. - Poor Staff management - Breakfast service was very poor. We kept calling for service but no one was bothered. They kept telling each other to service but ulimately no one serviced. Everyone was rushing here and there for their food. - There was No indoor play area as mentioned in hotel amenities.

An amazing property from Marriott Bonvoy near Iffco Chowk and MG Road metro in Gurgaon. The classy city look of NH8 through the wide windows of the rooms is a real magic. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well designed. I personally did not like the architecture of the wash room. The wash basin, tub, shower and toilet could have been more ergonomic. The buffet breakfast needs a special mention. You should spend atleast 30..40 mins for your breakfast to enjoy different cuisines being served. One can have north Indian, south Indian, Chinese and other cuisines here. The beverage and desert section are also impressive. It has a nice seating arrangements and customers are promptly served with whatever they ask for in this buffet. Covid protocols are also mostly followed in the entire hotel. The in room dining is exorbitantly high (atleast 800-1000/- a dish) compared to the quantity or quality of good being served and which should be instantly paid as well if you are not keeping any prior deposit to the hotel. the swimming pool, garden area is also beautiful and you can destress yourself walking down the tender grassy areas there. Its a good choice for the business travellers who wants to connect to Gurgaon Manesar Industrial areas.

One of the worst five star experiences I have ever had.The rooms were dirty, no glasses, poorly provided.The doors were jammed....had to struggle with them everytime i wanted to open the room.55 mins for any king of in room dining, even if it was just 2 cups of tea and that is....if they answered the phone.Nobody answered the phone at the front desk/ in room dining/ housekeeping.We finally decided to make tea in the room only to realise that there were no ingredients provided in the room.I have never had such a disappointing stay before.This was my fourth visit but definitely the last visit to Westin.Not recommended at all !
