Amazing place! All staff members are friendly and helpfull, they make you feel like a very special guest. Beautiful spacious architecture reminds of travels through Italy. The concept of garden standing in water right outside of your window brings memories of Venice. One may sit and watch the view change throughout the day and its enchanting. There is lots of space to walk and relax, gym is also excellent!!! Food is excellent as well! Look forward to visiting more of these hotels in other parts of India.

Impeccable ExperienceTrident Gurgaon is nothing but a balance of Luxury, Prompt Sevice, and Hospitality. It was the most comfortable stay experience ever. From Check-in to Checkout, the experience was hassle-free and seamless; all the information given is complete. Always a prompt response to in-room services such as housekeeping, dining, etc. The room is also very well maintained, spotlessly clean bathroom and bed-also complimentary fruits to munch on, which is really thoughtful. Safety protocols are being adhered to with so much precision and accuracy. All the staff at all times are wearing masks, face shields & gloves and maintaining social distance. Proper temperature checks at the entrance for all every time, common areas are also sanitized at regular intervals. There are sanitizers placement at all possible common areas right from the restaurant entrance, multiple spots in the restaurant, washrooms, and elevators section on all floors. The tables allotted to the guests are sanitized before they are allowed to the next guest. This is by far the best demonstration of safety & hygiene protocols at any hotel. Coming to the food, the spread has many options in both vegetarian and non vegetarian; the live counter also has a bunch of options that could be requested and were made to the right specification. The food was scrumptious in terms of taste and quality. Trident Gurgaon definitely revamps the definition of HOSPITALITY! It is definitely a WOW experience for everyone who is staying with them, and I can say this without a doubt. The employees are trained so well that their actions reflect concern and care for the guests at all times. Such a warm bunch of enthusiastic people always on their toes to feel the guests feel very, very comfortable. Always smiling behind the masks & shields and promptly helping all the guests. The experience of any product or service is defined by the PEOPLE who take care of it and the employees. The trident Gurgaon is right next door to the Oberoi and caters mainly to businesses travellers . Location is near all business and shopping areas. Breakfast buffet is excellent and service is impeccable.

This is a very beautiful property with a very hospitable and caring staff. The hotel will take care your requirements very diligently. I went there to celebrate my moms birthday and we requested for a surprise gesture, hotel staff amazed us by balloon and flower decoration, 2 surprise cakes (though we asked for one) a chocolate platter.The pool area, gym is just wow ! Food is also good. Our stay was delightful and we had all the ticks checked with Trident Hotel

We stayed at the Trident for 2 nights. The experience was good. The property is amazing. The room was good. Service was ok. Room service could have been better in terms of speed.The morning breakfast buffet was ordinary. Desserts, quality of food was not the best. Specially the desserts were not very fresh and hard. Other menu items were also ok.With Trident, we expected better quality and more options for breakfast buffet.Staff was courteous and welcoming !!

Space is big but the rooms, lobby, halls are designed not good and small in size.. I aint no feel like a 5 star property.. though the staff is good so far the experience I have.

Trident hotels are known for luxury and hospitality. This hotel is located in Gurgaon on the Jaipur national highway. It has beautiful entrance and lovely ambience. There are three restraunts one of which serves Indian cuisines. The best thing about this hotel is its lovely lightings. Staff is courteous and professional. Food is delicious and presentation is unique. You can try Lal Maas, Bhindi ki subzi and many more. Those who love Italian food may like it.

First what is good: the architecture, the ambience, the grandeur of it all.Then, what is not that good and could be better: the food. This is not what 5 star hotel food tastes like. You should fire your chef, their whole team and hire competent ones. Almost everything tasted bad: bhindi, hara bhara kabab, aaloo gobhi, ras malai, wallnut banana cake. The room service is also sub-par. You left a food trolley in our room. But did not come to pick it up on your own. Which you should have. This is hotel management 101.All in all, a mixed bag. Certainly could have been better. Probably wont visit again unless I hear things have improved dramatically.

Very good hospitality. Best part was the Vegan food that they prepared for us. They were on it, as soon as we asked them. Thereafter, on all meals, they took care and prepared the Vegan food especially for us. That was really awesome. All the staff is also very well behaved and helpful.

Edit (29/08/2021)Couldnt believe the classist and discriminatory behaviour I experienced today.They wouldnt allow motorcyclists to enter the main gate.I mean why would you even do that?Why would you give preferential treatment to light motor vehicles ?Please dont reply with an answer stating that one of your policies.Its clearly an image issue for you folks.But dont worry, I assure you that youve lost support of the entire motorcycling community.CheersWould highly recommend this place. Extremely friendly staff and great service. Hats off to Mr Jagjit at the reception for making it a seamless experience. Try booking it directly from their website as it gives you a better deal compared to other booking portals.Ps - I think this is one if the only hotels in Gurgaon which doesnt have a box-like architecture.Its spread over a couple of acres of land and has a killer pool.

We came to Saffron at the Trident for a family dinner. This is a very well maintained property with elegant interiors. The staff is very courteous and the food at the Saffron was good, a shade expensive though. Enjoyed the visit, thanks to the warm and courteous staff.. Cheers!

Trident Gurgaon: Such an amazing hospitality and the staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. It was my friend’s birthday and we went to Cilantro for a dinner. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. The staff was so polite and the way they carried the dinner, oh my god…can’t get over with their kind gestures and unmatchable hospitality. Specially the staff “Anshul and Luv”, you guys made the birthday dinner worth coming to your restaurant. The food was really good. These guys were so welcoming that we were 5 who went for dinner and thé appetizers which we order had potion for 4 people to which they made potions for 5 and with no extra charges. Such a delight it was.It was a lovely suprise when they arranged a birthday cake post our meal. We will definetely come back with friends and I would highly recommend this restaurant at Trident hotel.

This is the level of trident. Small beds, broken extensions, ignorant staff and waste of money.

The hotel is very nice.The banquet hall and the lawn for the marriage are perfect.Best for reception kind of celebration.Service,Hygiene and facilities are very good.But my experience is little bit different. When I stayed there for sister maariage, we got a problem of power cut for around 15 Minutes due to some problem in generator.But its okay.This type of things got happened in any case..Overall its a good, nice and quality hotel.It also provide internship to the hotel Management students . Its very good for these type of students.I met one there.and it was a great experience 😀👍

And a 5 star property which is lush green and give you a semi resort type feel which you usually do not see near a metropolitan city. Me and my wifey have visited and stayed in a couple of 5 star property and trust me stay here was good. Although rooms were a little small but never felt claustrophobic.Kudos to the staff members, their hospitality have earned a good name.Breakfast was very good.I am going again someday to this property. :)

Its an amazing place with state of art design, great vibes while going around in hotel and particularly, they are taking all the precautions and safety measures.I tried their Fresh & Healthy Salads , burgers , pizza , Paneer Tikka , White Sauce spaghetti and Desserts.Food was tasty , freshly cooked & well presented. Worst experience. Today is 29th July 21 and I am calling the reservation office from last 3 days to e-mail me the final quotation for our stay, but havent received yet. Had a talk with 3 diff girls for the quotation but not received. One was Rhydhima and I dont remember the names of the other two girls.

Makes you feel absolutely opposite from the buzz and noise of delhi.... excellent pool ... the long walk from the entrance to the room takes you to another journey.... and yes oberoi you cant beat the food ... and the resort type feel is excellent... only the rooms could be a little bigger

Team Radico had scheduled their Annual Budget Meeting 2021 at Trident Hotel, Gurgaon. We had a very comfortable stay and an exceptional service by the Hotel Staff. The Business Meeting arrangements were just apt and the food served was really sumptuous. Would like to particularly mention the courteous service of Mr. Sudarshan from F & B.

Ambience wise beautiful place to stay. Even the staff is good... prompt to your requests and smiling. Food wise i would rate them average. Though they had considerable spread of breakfast but nothing special about the taste (it was not at all bad but doesn t stand out).... I tried few indian recipes in my 4 day stay there and all were considerably ok. But the hospitality covers for everything. Must stay there if you are looking for calm and comfortable stay

Had a tough time around the billing with the hotel staff- in room dining and front desk.The property is great, but the hotel wasn’t transparent on the charges on the room that had breakfast included . There were two separate packages on which we had booked the two rooms. The billing was mixed up b/w the two rooms in the end and I had to spend an hour or so on the phone to get the same addressed. They ended up charging extra for the breakfasts for the room that already had breakfast and didn’t disclose at that time. It wasn’t transparent since the in room delivery person kept assuring me that I won’t be charged and yet I was charged. Not a great service experience and entirely avoidable

Had a staycation on Holi with family. Wonderful property and strategically located for Delihites. Got upgraded to Presidential Suite for the delay and non availability of our preferred rooms. All rooms be it Presidential, Executive and Garden view are nice and clean. Staff is very hardworking and give their best for Oberoi brand. As a suggestion, if in house restaurants and mini bar menu is priced in a way so that guests are encouraged to utilize them more instead from outside. Gym is weldone with decent pool. Garden area was not accessible. Overall a comfortable stay and will be open to revisit. Keep it up.

I cannot begin to list the reasons this hotel is amazing. Well, I believe the first would be the staff. After our tour through India, which included stays at 4 Oberoi hotels, I can say without hesitation that the staff at the Trident Gurgaon were collectively the best.Second, the food was ... impeccable. I dare say I may have the best stir fry dish I have EVER had at their buffet.The hotel itself is impeccable with the pool area stunning. While the bathrooms do not have separate tub and shower, they are well appointed.It’s well located near the airport and the Ambience Mall.So, so worth staying there.

Good service by the staff. However , the bar snacks were as poor as road side theka. Imagine you are at a 5 star facility in Gurgaon and what you get at the bar is soya katori and cheap chip wafers as complementary when you order alcohol for a group of 20 people. We had been multiple places in aerocity and it was much much much better.Secondly, the portion size was small even for a kids starter plate for all the starters that we ordered later.The main course at the saffron was good though.Overall, a zero value for money place. Would not recommend.

I loved they serving Kehwa as a welcome drink.Service:Very personal and forthcoming. At the same time not intrusive.VFM:Absolutely. We were there for the weekend and spent less than I would while binge shoppingFood:Elaborate spread at the buffets. However, I am against food waste and glad they’ve settled for smaller portions.Ambience:My office is in the vicinity and it seems like a miracle to find such a tranquil place.Green index:While I see them making good attempts, I hated the idea of using 500ml water bottles in the room. They could have settled for an option for us to choose between throw-away bottles or water served on steel bottles / jugs. Those simple options mean a lot to a person like me.
