Nice staff nd all good

Most pathetic experience one could expect from this hotel and from Oyo. They should be banned. Oyo took my money for booking and when guess reached at hotel at 10 pm, the hotel refused to provide room as it required only cash payment,,not via Oyo. The guest had to go back to AIIMS and spent night in waiting area. I am certainly going to sue them in consumer court.
