Good place to have India’s diverse flavours.Place is very near to the Delhi Jaipur highway , nearly 100 mts from highway.Safe enough.You should definitely try onion tomato uttapam here , great in taste and healthy in terms of calories.

A good start 7 d ago in this region. Good quality joint was much needed here as one on Sohna road is far away.7Dec2020: It was closed in lockdown and wasn’t reopened till last month. Great place. Good food. Located in a mall on the main road. Parking seems to be a problem when the place gets crowded. Ample place to sit inside the restaurant. The food quality and taste is consistent with the Bikanervala brand. Chinese, north indian and south Indian cuisines are great.The mithai section is right next to the entrance. This restaurant seems to be the only attraction in the mall! 😆

Very good point to have meals when you’re on the way to any of the resorts in Tarudhan valley! Not crowded, good food, good service and all hygienic food.

This place is a little inside in a commercial complex which has not been occupied or active right now. So dont get scared when stopping by.Place is kept neat n tidy, washrooms are accessible of the complex.Coming to the main thing, the FOOD. Honestly, its a let down from Bikanervala quality point of view.Select food items which are common and consumed mostly, because since the place is not that active, i found majority items were not fresh.Apart from all that, a good secluded place to stop by n rest.

Bikanervala-family Restaurant at Guru gram is situated near National Highway 48 and a place to rest , get food and get fresh for journey . Food is tasty , ambience is good and lot of variety of snacks and food .

It’s a small outlet as compared to other bikanerwala...But as usual the place was nice and hygienic...The only outlet or theirs where I have seen them your table service.We ordered Chinese combo - noodles and chilli paneer, choley bhature and aalo tiki.All the products were good, fresh and nicely cooked.We took samosa and dal Kachori as well...Worth for a quick pit stop if you are on NH8...

I had a terrible experience today. I ordered Samosa, Kachori and Bread Pakora and clearly instructed them to send it hot but they sent me stale and cold food. I wanted to cancel the order but the delivery boy refused to take back the order and we were forced to keep it.Anyway, we somehow tried to have it. I must tell you the stuffing they provide for Samosa and Bread Pakora are same, it was full of corrinader powder and graam masala, it never felt like Potatoes are also there in stuffing.Even the Kachories had the same over stuffed spices.The size of Samosas were too small given the price they are charging.Its just that they are selling their name, the taste is far inferior to the local shops.I seriously regret wasting my money on this order. I called Zomato to cancel and issue the refund but they asked me to send the picture on some email id (how could pictures tell them whether or not the items are hot or cold).Dissapointing experience from such a brand.

The restaurant was good and clean.we have order chole bhature @₹50 per plate, rabri 30₹ / bowl and samose 10₹ easy. i dont like chole bhature good enough but rabri was good.

Good snacks, sweets, platters, desserts, good ambience , courteous staff, outside play area for kids (paid), what else does one need.. hosted my kids birthday here and it was good fun overall, with reasonable cost.Overall 4 stars , they lack a dedicated washroom, only one available is a common one for the building.. Otherwise a fabulous family budget friendly place.

The outlet is newly opened and it was good. But service is not impressive. They have just one single person delivering order to your table. Other than that, as usual food is great.

Connectivity is issue. Have sufficient parking but Air Conditioning is not working in full, Behaviour of staff is courtesies and friendly. Need to pay more attention towards cleanliness.

Food preparation is really nice. Sitting layout could hv been better. But overall ambience is good. You surely are going to enjoy with family.

Low customer service

Pathetic Restaurant!! No glasses for water, no spoons, cold dish being served in Chinese, mouth freshner bowl was empty, no lights in the compound from parking till the restaurant gate. First and last time visited this place. Better shut this outlet rather than being losing out your customers forever.

I was going to Jaipur from new Delhi, then I had lunch here. Product quality was good, location is not up to the mark but you will be not disappointed too much. Service was good, washroom was good, variety of food was there at reasonable rates.

My experience was worst because I have ordered fried rice with Manchurian and planner chilly dry both taste horrible to the core its very salty and dry came out liquid and planner was worst. Fried rice I want to tell u the quality of the hotel considered with its rice but the rice came out with low quality and big rices not well cooked and taste is also worst. Dont every try any food in this place if you are coming from any other states of India.

They have opened recently at this location. Not as large as their Sector-29 outlet with curtailed menu for sweets. Will review again once they open their 1st floor dining area as well.

Good place for family get-together. If talk about food its average. Few items are very good like dosa and chinese noodles are very bad

The food is okay..we ordered puri subzi...they dont have chole and achar...not that great compared to sector 29 bikanervala and breakfast price also much higher

Food is not at all nice here, I ordered Paneer dosa, the better of dosa itself was too too too salty, also the food quantity given is not worth of what you pay.

The time of serving, the quality of food, the preparations, all were below par. The staff available was not equipped to handle bigger sitting. The preparation time was too long, we had to wait for 30 mins for simple order. The dishes were served scantily, with huge time lapse amongst all. The food prepared was not fully cooked.

This restaurant is not having hot beverages and sweets whenever i come and they just tell to write a complaint. Worst bikanerwala ever. Would not suggest or recommend this.

If you want kesar badam milk and jalebi, then they will definitely never have them and in fact they will not have anything in sweets.

This is a Sweet shop cum Restaurant on Naurangpur Road, Gurgaon. On NH-8. Its a cool place to sit and enjoy the delicacies of Bikanerwala.

You may do some small party or event there as they provide facility for the same. Food is authentic as other bikanerwala outlet I mean not so spicy :).Sweets are as always good as well as staff behavior but location is little bit outer for main gurgaon location.

The food was same as all bikanervala but somehow the quantity was a little more than normal. The staff was polite and helpful

This is as great as usual, but what I like here is that this place is never crowded. I like the place as its secluded.

I ordered Chines platter. The quality was extremely poor. If you compare the same food item from other Bikanerwala Outlets, the difference was 20:80. I could have avoided to write a review if difference was 40:60 but what they served was really pathetic.Gravy of manchurian and chilly paneer was of the same. The Manchurian balls were just half of the size what they serve at their other outlets. And the gravy ( used the same for Chilly paneer and Manchurian) was slightly thicker than the Jaljira. When I called up the Manager (Sandeep), he gave a very indifferent look. He said that this is the new outlet and they would improve the quality in future.

Third class quality of food. Bikanerwala is good at other locations but at here food quality is not good. I tried 4 times and tasted same and other dishes. Trust me everytime it was a same issue. People love quality. This branch neither has variety nor quantity. Learn from Haldiram. Every item is delicious there.

Crossing the toll and looking for north indian food options. Now Bikanerwala is one stop solution for you. Can have north India meals, Chinese and tandoori stuff. Dessert is always there to accomplish.

Its always a delight to go to Bikanervala and grab a quick snack. Its hygienic and there is lots of variety to choose from. My favorites are Amritsari choley kulche combo with sweet lassi.

So, we went for breakfast morning at 11, ordered puri sabji and rava dosa. First of all the premise was too hot, AC was not effective at all or running on low speed.Now, food- Puri was made a while ago, they served Cold puri and cold sabji.Dosa, was cold as well and soggy not crispy at all, looked like roti.They have put a feedback machine system which I wanted to use my experience, it wasnt working. I put all my comments and at last it said, not connected to internet.Imagine we drove 20min in the morning to get a good breakfast and this was experience.

One of the worst Bikanervala franchise I have come across. Almost empty but still the staff was clueless... Half the things on their menu was not available. The kachauri in Raj kachauri was stale and smelly. They served kulhad tea in paper cup and served our tikki (after 3 reminders and 40 minutes) to someone else!!! Green apple mojito was simply mountain dew!A place with great potential being ruined by incompetent management!

Ambiance ia fantastic, cleanliness is top class peaceful place.Food quality is delicious but prises are quite higher.for eg. U will have to pay 100 bucks for one plate of chat. Seating arrangement is there but self service and parking is free of cost.

Very bad experience of Navratri Thali. Paid Rs 300 plus taxes for Navratri Deluxe Thali which is absolutely not worth at all.Was surprised to see Aloo sabji which is way different from what is shown in pictures. It looked to me like a masoor dhuli daal.Veg Raita had only tasteless curd with only one kesar size cabbage in it . On the name of salad only Cucumber was there . Kofta were okay. Definately not worth and tasteless.When asked regarding all this, manager reacted careless and smiled saying photos are from internet and not original and preparation comes from somewhere else. We do not cook it. No apologies nothing.Hand wash area tap not working. No tissues.Definately a minus 5 rather than 1.
