It feels like a family.Cons: Only transportation issue but company is working on it, where it will be eradicating all the key issues for the transportation.

Fake Factory Cheating people by holding their salary,bonus and your notice period buyout amount once employee left the organisation.Also Ill make you confirm you all Please ask them for relocation and other expenses in advance else they will deduct from your salary only and you will not be able to do anything that time.And if you are choosing notice period buyout please make sure you ask all amount to be paid by SMD in first month of salary else they eat all you money and once you leave before an year they will deduct that much amount from your FnF.So we care full before joining this Factory.

I got placed by SMD consultants to a well known company (E-commerce domain). They helped me to get a good hike on my last CTC. The recruiter was very informative, learned and friendly. She guided me through out the process. I wish them good luck for all their future ventures.

Totally agree with Raghav , they need to work on BD . They dint have much requirement. Worst policy for incentive .Owner is not aware about the IT Staffing , HR policies still thanks SMD for worst days of my career and other reviews are fake and done by the Owner only .

Do not apply jobs through this fake consultancy, they tell you that you are hired for so and so company, and then make you wait for 2-3 months for project and not give them after that as well, do not give salaries as well

Not at all good, low skilled employee, biased management, school like culture.no hike, worst incentive structure, unskilled employees and boss.They should encourage employees as well as work on B.D. part, ill highly not recommend this organization for IT Recruitment.Other two reviews are fake I believe.
