The store is spacious (no crowding). They maintain social distancing.Team was helpful and I completed my tasks in less then ten minutes.Finally parking is available right in front of the store.
The store has been completely renovated and has a beautiful new look with state of the art facilities. The number of counters have been increased and the service is super fast and amazing. Executives roam all around the store to help the customers. Take a token from the koisk on the right and wait for your turn.

The staff was helpful. Even though I had to wait 15-20 min they were following CoViD safety guideline. They helped me with additional tips related to international roaming which was quite good.

I visited this office twice. The customer care executives were not helpful at all. They were giving me conflicting information about Airtel plans that what was provided to me on phone by another Airtel executive.In stead of saying they dont have full knowledge of all the plans, they said they dont have any such plans.Eventually I was able to get same plan from their executive that called me.Wont recommend anyone to use this location for any of their customer queries. Rather call the online customer center and save your time.

AIRTEL IS CHEATING ITS OLD AND PRIVILEGED CUSTOMERS BY DENYING SPECIAL RECHARGESFor Kind information for old and privileged Airtel Customers!!!I have recently switched my postpaid plan to prepaid connection because Airtel is giving many benefits to its new prepaid customers while the old postpaid customers are being billed exorbitantly with expensive old plans involving high call rates and minimal data per month. Under such circumstances, it is imperative that old customers like me felt cheated and get frustrated. As soon as I opted for a prepaid plan, the customers care person told me that my number is not eligible to avail the special plans; moreover, number cannot be ported for next six months. The customer care center intentionally issued me micro sim (without nano cutting) so that I could not been able to put this in slot -2. How insane, I feel cheated and helpless!My prepaid number is intentionally being debarred from availing the special offers that are visible on Airtel app. I have attached the error message which came while I tried to activate these offers.Airtel is intentionally harassing its old customers by adopting a policy of pick and choose. I was paying an average monthly rent of Rs 549 to 600, getting only 4 GB data/month. I have been denied the recently launched a scheme of Rs. 448 with GB data/day and unlimited calling on my prepaid number.
Very bad services provide by this store, I have visited 4 time for same service request but not resolved. They are saying under process under process.
I was at this store to get my 3G sim upgraded to 4G. Mr. Anil assisted me. The work was done under 10 mins and as he had said, my 4G sim got activated within 2hrs.
