We stayed for a weekend with our families. Staff was friendly and polite. Rooms were nice we were upgraded to a bigger room with kitchenette. Play area was nice for kids. Breakfast was perfect. The only thing that we didnt like was chicken dishes ordered from room service were not good, we ordered 2-3 different dishes and they all tasted the same. Chicken was fried when we ordered chicken tikka. Looks like they used the same fried chicken as base for all different dishes. Thats why 3 stars. Food in dine in was average, not worth visiting again for sure.

Nice and decent hotel. Buffet breakfast was well laid out with good variety. Fruit basket was fresh and Indori poha was tasty. Pooris were a bit oily and can be improved. Bhaji was ok. Uttappam were really good.

I would never recommend LEMON TREE HOTEL, SOHNA ROAD, as they have expertise in misleading their customers.I booked a STUDIO SUITE last week, and during my check-in, I wasnt informed whether they were providing me with a smoking or non-smoking room, and FYI as per norms, the FRONT OFFICE has to share all the details about the room. After 3 hours, when I wanted to smoke, being a vigil guest, I asked at the reception that CAN I SMOKE IN THE ROOM? They denied it by saying its a non-smoking room. I told them to change the room, but they said all their rooms are booked, moreover, instead of apologising the front office person HIMANSHU arrogantly said, IF YOU ARE A SMOKER, YOU WANT TO SMOKE AFTER 3 HOURS OF CHECK-IN? I mean, is it a way to deal with the customer? I booked it; Im paying for it; I can smoke whenever I want. Its their mistake they didnt inform their client before handing over the room keys.I decided to check out there and then. I went up to my room to collect my stuff and check out. While packing my stuff, I made a call at the reception and confirmed what charges would I need to pay; HIMANSHU at the reception said MAM, THERE WILL BE NO CHARGES FOR YOU AS YOU ARE CHECKING OUT BEFORE 4 HOURS. He requested me to check out soon to get the room ready for some other customer.In another 5 minutes, I was at the counter, handed over the keys to HIMANSHU, and he asked me to wait. I did what he said, and in another 5 minutes, he sent their staff boy to check the rooms condition and asked me to pay half of my tariff. I WAS SHOCKED! I asked him that you told me NO CHARGES. He answered, MAM, YOU HAVE FULLY USED THE ROOM HENCE. I AM ASKING FOR HALF OF THE TARIFF AMOUNT.My only concern is that THE STAFF SHOULDNT LIE. Either HIMANSHU was unaware of the HOTELS TERMS OR CONDITIONS, OR MAYBE HE WAS NEW, OR MAYBE HE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH THEIR CUSTOMER!That person at the FRONT OFFICE CLEARLY MISGUIDED AND MISLEAD ME; I was standing there in front of him with all my packed stuff, he could have informed me about the CHARGES beforehand when I called him.Furthermore, instead of accepting his mistake or convincing me to avoid check-out, he was made me run between the reception and room.THIS ISNT THE TONE THAT A PERSON FROM THE HOSPITALITY SECTOR MUST USE.If there could be an option, I would recommend minus or zero reviews to them.

Again it was a home away from home. All protocols were taken care of regarding covid guidelines. They upgraded my stay to suite as in studio suite which was very comfortable and it was again safe for a lady who can live or stay alone. It was soothing experience altogether. Mr Rahul and prayeek were very professional and disciplined as in courteous. bingo i enjoyed all alone during stay.

The experience is really bad as the service and professionalism of the staff of the hotel is really worthless. In terms of covid protocols, almost everyone in the staff including front desk are not wearing proper masks. The food is pathetic (we booked all meals included) and buffet is more of formality than quality/variety. Only one non-veg main course for lunch which is again served for dinner. The sweet dish was lauki ka halwa that too hot. in this sweltering summer. There were no tissues on the tables and staff was clueless to provide them. The cutlery was not clean. The staff was non-responsive to our needs. Overall the experience is really pathetic and we thought that we are going out after a break of 1 year. Really a bad choice. Dont know how showing 5-star property. For me its not more than 2 star. First of all the staff is very rude and gives cold shoulder to your needs like my daughter had a small cut on finger while playing and I asked for a simple Band-aid which they said they dont have. I said there must be a first aid kit? They said they dont have. We had 6 rooms(6 families) and despite most of the rooms empty on our floor the front desk guy said that one room is on another floor which was booked for my friends kids. Just imagine how uncomfortable it became. Then there was no complimentary water bottles in at least 4 rooms and we have to call 5 times to get water for our kids. The staff of room service was rude enough to tell that the bottles were supplied and that if we need more then its chargeable and didnt believe us. There no snacks and when we wanted to serve some chips etc to our kids and asked for empty plates and spoons from room service, we were told that even empty plates were chargeable ( I wonder they can ask for charges even on air conditioner). Even at dinner the sweet dish was Beetroot ka halwa(hot) and we have to raise our voices to get a plain simple ice cream for our kids. Still have so many more issues. just cant type more. In plain simple words. please AVOID this property if you really want to give a break to your family and relax.

TV in the room had no set to box, faulty remote controls, room service was not coordinated, lunch was passable as edible and to top it all breakfast was poorly managed.Requesting Lemon Tree group to focus on service and not ruin any future stays for any visitors

Wow! It was a great experience staying at lemon tree sohna road. The check in was super swift and the ambiance was perfect. And we were given upgrade of the room we chose thanks to Mr Rahul at front desk. Overall the service was prompt and satisfying. Enjoyed a a lot! Will look forward to stay here in future as well.

This is the place you should consider at last if you are about die without a room.Hotel is pathetic, rooms and services are very poor. don’t go on the good reviews they are almost fake or old reviews. If you are planning any trip with friends or family you better avoid this place so that you don’t spoil your weekend. Mind it there is no buffet at all for bf or dinner and ANUPAM KUMAR F&B manager’s behavior is so rude he had no sense how to speak with a guest.

It was a great experience, everything was sanitized and services were top class. There were very few people and the gym and swimming pool was closed even now post covid. However food was delicious but had limited variety. Overall Id say it was an amazing stay at the price.

Lemon Tree, Gurgaon is the first five start hotel with the worst service I have ever seen in my life. The manager gave the key to the room in which someone was already there. After that they did not even apologize. I would suggest that no one should make their booking for their money in this hotel or in any branch of Lemon Tree. The amount of money you book online, at the time of check-in at the hotel, you ask for more money in the name of different taxes.Do not waste your time n money in such kind of hotels “jo five-star k nam par lut te hai….”

The staff on duty was very helpful and courteous...They were quite adjustable with our demands ...as we were in a group of 20 including kids....Reception manager Mr himanshu is exceptionally well in assisting the guests and so as Mr satyender who gave us the deal to the property...all in ,it was a good stay

Gorgeous, large rooms. Each room is like a studio apartment with a walk in closet, living area, bedroom, bath tub, shower area and another separate toilet!! Rooms are extremely luxurious with a panoramic view of the city. The food is much better than a lot of other competitive brands. The hospitality of the staff and quick service is very admirable. The banquet manager Anupam and server Ashish did a wonderful job of ensuring everything at our 3 day conference went smooth. The hotel was clean but struggling with a mosquito problem. Plus with limited staff, owing to Covid19, my calls to housekeeping went unanswered. But considering the overall experience these things can be overlooked. Overall, good experience.

Our stay was just awesome for two days. due to the pandemic the staff was very less but still they managed it so well. food was just fantastic.Mr Navin and Mr Anupam Kumar was in food department they also made us feel comfortable. even everyone was very well behaved in this hotel. swimming pool was not operational. we will definitely go again in this hotel and will recommend people to visit.

Although a bit outside the city but I totally loved the place. The hotel upgraded our basic rooms to the studio rooms, without any additional charges. The stay was pleasant and warm. The staff is very helpful.

The hotel is perfect for weekend gateway.This is not my first visit, their Citrus cafe never disappointed me.The place feels clean and sanitized.Currently out of 8 only 2 floors are operational.You can get free upgrade to a next category room or sometime they charge 500rs (only during this covid situation) ,normally the suites are expensive.The best is to get all meals included during booking, now a days the cost including taxes and all meals is around 4600.

I ordered some food to be served in my room with 1 extra empty plate, for that extra empty plate hotel charged me Rs 102/-, it was really shocking for me.5. I asked hotel staff to serve french fries with liquor but surprisingly he told me that as per our hotel policy french fries is available only for kids so we cannot offer it to you.6. Hotel will charge you rupees 123/- for a single water bottle while MRP printed on that water bottle is rupees 20 only, this is a totally illegal practice which this hotel is following, when I complaint about it with hotel staff they formally told me that it is our hotel policy we dont follow any government rules.7. I visited in this hotel in the winter time in the month of January and during that so much cold weather hotel centralised AC was chilling the room, when I complaint with hotel manager about it he told that our guests demand for cooling thats while we are providing cooling in the centralised AC, also he told me that if you need we can provide you extra heaters which will be chargeable 2000 rupees per day per heater.And the main thing is that when you complaint with the hotel manager about anything he will give you only one excuse that due to covid-19 we have these issues.The only one thing which is good about this hotel is that rooms are good which you will not get anywhere in that low prices.

Over rated. Been there twice post Covid. Not allowing visitors to meet guests. Is it what hospitality industry is about ? Harassing people in the name of norms set to counter COVID19 is so not cool. It was better when they were rendered close. Not happening for me again. Felt embarrassed when I had to let a close associate of mine go back without offering a drink. Also who charges for a proper glass to drink whiskey or cutlery to eat food. I can go on n on but thats it.

I was here for a week and loved my stay here. The suites are very comfortable with almost all the amenities.They have a small lawn along with a play area for kids. This place is located in outskirts of the city and it takes about good 30 minutes to reach the nearest metro station by car.I also loved their wide breakfast spread. Also enjoyed the dinner with variety of options.

Located on Gurugram-Sohna highway main road away from traffic and noise of gurugram. The entire hotel area is neat and clean. The food is good and the main chef keeps on observing and take care of every dishes. The swimming pool is beautiful with clean water. I had the utter worst experience staying at this particular lemon tree, I was celebrating my birthday just trying to have a good time for which i had booked 3 rooms. For 5 people. As soon as I checked into the hotel the first thing I noticed was the ac was not working I had complained 3 times but I got no reply back , moreover I believe oyo has better service than lemon tree , they took 45 min and multiple reminders to get a couple of glasses and this is not even where my bad experience starts. There was a complete negligence towards most of my basic needs which anyone would expect from the hotel room amongst which was the ac not working the entire night . If this does not feel like an issue to you beware you might find random 40 year old drunk uncles in towels roaming the corridors and trying to harass you . This property is one of the most unsafe hotels iv visited, with no regard for guests basic needs . When complained to the manager I was assured with a warm heart I would be compensated for the extra room I was forced in to paying for and would receive a call from the manager when that would happen . I had set my hopes up too high as I had to call him twice in to days just to ask if he had a chat with the guest who were making us uncomfortable and now my calls are being ignored . We had 4 rooms for a night which were upgraded to deluxe suite on our arrival.The suite had a kitchen with refrigerator and microwave, a living room, a bed room, a small seperate closet, and a bathroom with a bath tub in it, all of which was clean.Breakfast buffet was nice but the Dinner buffet could have been better in terms of variety and taste.Some of the staff members cannot hear and speak, but are extremely helpful, which is a really nice initiative by the hotel group.Overall the best value for money you can get.

Hotel rooms are nicely architectThey have created a separate space for Mini Bar Counter. Its AwesomeHotel occupancy is always high so getting a room and desired room becomes challange. But once you enter in room you will feel its worth it.Dinner is ok types but can be better. Breakfast is their USP I can say. So many options that you need big stomach and atleast 2 hours to try all items comfortably.Prateek and Rahul were very helpful and other hotel staff was also good.so * For Hospitality* For Breakfast .. yes they should focus on dinner quality as well but it may be one odd day* For swimming pool, gym, lawn, children area and other facilities they have* For checkout process and giving opportunity to a Differently abled person to be part of staffingThey loose 1 star as I did not got my 4 rooms on one floor and they have this strict security where your room key card is used to activate the lift only for the floor your room is located. I lost my movement to half my family that got room on separate floor. Rest everything is okay. since they are over occupied on weekends ..expect a slow service.

Closer than what can be called as the outskirts of Gurgaon city the place is amazing and located at a quiet place (for now). The current construction work on Sohna Road makes it difficult to reach the destination as theres too much traffic. Try to avoid office hours if you want to have a smooth ride to this place. Parking is available and free 😁

Went to citrus cafe, ordered veg biryani and dal. The food was good and quantity of food was also enough for two people. The staff was very courteous and cooperative. Hospitality is phenomenal in this lemon 🍋 tree 🌲 branch. There is a restaurant called citrus. They make amazing food as per your wish. I prefer this one than hifi lemon tree branches. Kudos folks!

My Stay at hotel was good. Everything was well organised. Rooms are good. Hotel staff is also supportive. Its a new property and very well maintained. Swimming pool is also good, but is of same depth from all the directions which is 5-6 feet. So children who dont know swimming cant use. Food quality was also good with decent options.One thing to remember is that hotel is on Gurgaon Sona highway itself. Google map showed me a longer route. I was traveling from gurgaon and hotel was on my right side. When I was just 500 metres away Google map made me turn Left, took me inside some village and then I had to drive in a semi circle and then dropped me again on same highway to the first u turn that was after the hotel. From there I took a right turn. There was no need for they, but dont know why map did that...

Understanding the current situation we compromised on several things like the meal spread was very less,under staffed,basic amenity like dental kit were not available and we had to ask for it again and again but the most disturbing situation was that we ordered body shower gel from our different rooms several times there was no response..so booking a four star hotel was in vein i guess...I would not suggest anyone to go with a expectation that their basic needs would be fulfilled..not happy with this one...

The hotel is little away on the Sohna Road - you feel that you have come far off. The corridor in which my room was located (first floor) is carpeted and gives out stale smell. Unless you specifically ask, you will not be provided with any toiletries. Sometimes, even if you ask, you may not. No minimum stationery in the room. Spread of food in dinner buffet was absolutely minimal. If you go with an expectation of low budget hotel, you wont be disappointed

Chic interiors. Nice landscape. Little further away from Badhshapur. Food taste is just ok. Desserts are awesome. Staff is courteous. No valet parking but abundant self parking space. Attended a get together here, the banquet is decent for a gathering from 50 to 150 people.

Its situated in outer arae.so difficult to visit the place ....very poor experience.
