DONT TAKE IT. LIAR AND UNPROFESSIONALOwner itself is a big liar and thug. They have not refunded my security money even after 3 months of regular followups. Service is worst than anyone. Every second day their fibre is broken. They jusy lie and lie and lie. Better go for touchnet. I am very happy with touchnet now.

I totally agree with Mr. Manoj Yadav and Ms. Smriti Verma. These guys are highly unprofessional. My net got disconnected and for two days my complaint was not entertained... Now I am using a good professional internet service and I am satisfied with the service and their attitude...

Worst Service provided by the broadband company. Took the security and one month deposit and never came to setup the connection.

Mr Ajay and the service providers are the most unprofessional people you can find. Hasnt been returning my security and even took a months advance which he is now delaying in returning from over 10 days now. I dont think he will return that ever though.Also, giving threats of hurting me while on the call.Please beware of such goons.

Very unprofessional people. Change plans whenever they want. They dont have your payment details. I took plan for 3+1 month but they call every month to pay. Then every time I have to show recipt of my payment to proof that I had already paid.

Very unprofessional . The guy Ajay has taken the money but he is not coming to set up the connection or even returning the money. Also the security for modem is never returned
