Good to see social distancing being followed so religiously, although it gets a bit crowded after 6pm. Even if the one stop for all representatives are busy, they follow an app based call to the counter for customers. The decor is good. The representatives are very helpful, especially Ms. Kirti for having so much of patience in dealing with customers. I had sims to be ported and glitches made the procedure look so damn impossible leading to frustrating moments for me (must have been the same for the rep too). However, her calm, composed, ever smiling and balanced dealing made the whole deal smooth. Kudos!!!

Airtel must thank Kriti, the customer service personnel at the store, else the rating would have been 1 star. The rest of the staff’s behaviour was plain rude, Specially the girl at the first counter. Airtel should think about behavioural training.

The staff member was very rude and irresponsible. There wasnt any structured assistance and I had to wait in the middle of the shop to be called without any token or roll number and the information provided was also not clear and they just want to get rid of whosoever.

Outstanding service. Yes we have to wait for some time because there is always a queue but its worth a wait because of their excellent service. This is for Airtel store Sahara mall as i experienced it myself.

Very big store with nice and trained staff. Also anyone can easily reach due to known place Sahara Mall, MG road.Just because of this, sometimes walkin is high so waiting time can increase but staff manage the floor very well.

It is really bad. All executives have no same opinion. They behave like government organization. You have to wait for long time to avail any service. We are trying to reactivate my organizational number for 1 month. I think that the future of this company is not good if it doesnt improve its service.

Worst service by airtel Store. I visited for conversion of my Airtel no prepaid to postpaid. She promised for three days but after six days no connection has been started yet. Normally everyone dont believe in their statements.I will suggest everyone this store not provide services property.

Worst store I have ever seen in my life. I went to them to change my corporate sim on my name. I provided them company NOC and they told me that it will be done within 24 hours. Now after 6 months my mobile service suddenly got suspended then when I went to another airtel store they told me that sim is still on companys name it has never converted onto your name. Now in this epidemic situation I am running here and there to change my number on my documents. They have got the same reputation as Sahara Mall and working accordingly. Worst services ever now even they dont have a number online to contact them

A lady in the counter promised me that my SIM will be activated in 24 hours time but its now more than 80 hours yet to be activated...no work ethics and integrity!! How many times should I hire UBER from friends phone to come and return back from your office?? Surprisingly, my friend got his SIM activated today which was applied the same day at a same time....do u activate only 1 SIM in a day?? Wish they had 0 star rating and further towards negative side so that I can give them - rating. .frustrated customer

I went to Sahara mall to resize my airtel sim, other shops suggested that they cant cut it, and asked to go Airtel store for new sim. I went and lady at counter no 3 says do take token and I am busy, wait for their call. I waited and asked to change sim, they says keep a mobile where sim is working. I asked if they have old mobile having big sim, they had but rejected. I ran back to office (vipul Agora) and arranged one and returned. Then lady at counter 5 started the process, later says sim is in fathers name so have to do Postpaid, in that meantime the person at counter 4 says no need to go postpaid and arrange NOC and document, will do MNP to prepaid only to Delhi. I asked father(aged and in Assam) to arrange the same, he did what they asked. When I approached with that to them, they flipped and says have to do postpaid only, to change sim from prepaid to postpaid the original owner has to be here with document and live photo. My question is that is this how airtel harrases people? Wasting so much precious time and then flipping?I am porting all my three nos to other network. I was using for so long. Its enough now. Worst service ever

Cant give zero ratting.Save yourself, dont go there. Worst staff, worst service. No guarantee of work done. No ownership. Jwordt than govt office.If you are reading this review 8-10 months later and think that situation may be different then u will be disappointed as me. I used there service in August 2016 and again may 2017. Things became worst with time.

The service is pathetic at this store. The employees are not trained enough especially in service. They keeps you waited on the chair and roam around themselves for nothing. I have gone there for Porting request twice there and invested 2 hours each visit, it has been 14 days now and the problem is still unresolved. The staff I interacted with Arbaz. Total false commitment. Never got such experience . They even dont receive the call.There is no - MINUS rating, I would have given that. It is worse than the rural airtel store
