Let me say, I faced most horrible professional experience with Orange Mantra. Where everyone is worried due to the lockdown of COVID19. Orange Mantra harrassing their employees by not crediting the employee salaries. They asked me to resign from job for salary credit. Neha Hr called me if you want to process your salry resign from job. But they are not ready to give me in written anything.As per government norms, In India and many other countries, we are forced to sit at home and do our work from home, so that it will not affect any person or any companys work. As per indian government, no company will able to deny or stop any of their employees salary. But orange mantra is doing so, they are not crediting salary of 80% of their employees. Dont know why those people are still there.If you are using your phone in case of emergency too, you will be asked for so many times why using phone and give you warning not to use phone on the floor.Coming to management: Worst HR department I have ever meet with. You will not allowed to leave 1-2 hour early in case of emergency. HRD Manager do not know how to talk with an employee (ill-mannered).Organisation will ask you to resign and if you mention the reason i.e. asked for resign, they will point out your performance, your skills and your salary will be hold without any reason.I DONT KNOW HOW THEY HAVE MANAGED THEIR REPUTATION IN MARKET BUT ONCE YOU WILL BE PART OF ORGANISATION, YOU WILL GET TO KNOW WHAT IS THEIR REPUTATION.NOTHING MORE THAN A LALA JI KI DUKAAN.

Worst Interview Experience ever. After waiting 2 hours.. Wired wrestler taken interview with less then 2% knowledge of web development.Asking Irrelevant question about exact servers version and trying to me down. Trying to speak in English.. Asking me previous VERSIONS of software i used to work. Even they self using pirated windows OS and cracked software. Didnt even ask single question about the profile i came for.
