Very very tasty and quality food. Nice ambiance but it is suitable for small gatherings..if you are thinking of over 150 persons in this one roof then you need to think again. Also, I dont there is a DJ floor, because there are multiple speakers hanging on the roof.. they are playing songs from their laptop and all speakers are making very loud noise which will surely blow your head.You will not face any parking related issue..overall good but not excellent experience.

This place is basically a banquet hall to organise parties or functions where decent gathering of people is expected. Complete place is indoor and ventillated by good air conditioning. This place offers place along with food and music system arrangements for organisers. It can accomodate 100 people easily. I would say I am very impressed with its services and arrangments. Management is really good and no worry of hospitality for the guests. Last but not the least the food quality and taste is pretty nice as compared to any other place. Infact food is a USP of this place

This club was used as an banquet hall for one of my friends marriage and I must say staff here was awesome with services. It was a day wedding.. so crowd was good I near by location. I can not recommend about night life. But it was very very good. The food was awesome. Ambience and arrangement inside was of next level. You can use it as banquet hall too. Its in outskirts of the city. So its good to be away from traffic jams. Overall as a place and facilities it was very good.

This is an awesome place to host your functions. Rishabh and his team were extremely professional and took care of our requirement even after the events. Their kitchen team is wonderful too, the meals for both our events were delicious. Would recommend this place for sure.

What a formidable place has opened up on the golf course extension road, this was so missing in this area. Smart move by the team!We hosted a party for 60 of my closest family members and everybody had a memorable time at the venue.All the factors were marked checked to make it a good party. Be the place which has a high end feel to it then coming to food which was finger lickin good to the courteous staff which was prompt at their service.I strongly recommend this place to everyone in the vicinity for their private affairs.See you soon!!

The moment one steps in, one can possibly figure out that a lot of time has been spent finalizing the ambience- which, hands down, is nothing short of being extra-ordinary. Have had the privilege of attending 2 events there. Both the times, the experience was lovely with the right attention paid to every detail. Right from the management, the staff, the service- everything was up to the mark. Extra care was taken by the management to make sure everything went smoothly. I would be failing in my duty if I do not mention the food part. Clearly, their chefs know what the guests want.Overall, a must try experience!!

The place is far away from the center of Gurgaon. The parking is small but sufficient. Unfortunately, the entrance and exit are from a single driveway. That is a little inconvenient. Otherwise, the place is okay. Being very out, you feel somewhat out of place. Good place for small family gatherings and functions.

Very bad, staff is completely ridiculous, they talk nicely with people who is looking in rich otherwise they will ignore or not seem to be interested to talk. I went there and they hardly talk with me just for a 1mint and stated that we cant negotiate.. If you want to give them 1700₹ per plate its better to book 5 star hotel like lemon tree etc

Booked Club Tivoli for my wedding on 16th Jan. It was a pleasure to deal with Pankaj who is a manager there. Everything was great except their decorator guy. He made the experience horrible. Didnt do what he promised and made the whole process a nightmare. He was recommended by Club Tivoli thats why I am giving 2 stars or else I would have given 5 stars.I have shared my feedback with Pankaj but I dont know what action has been taken.

Traumatic experienceI am writing this feedback with extreme displeasure and disappointment basis my horrific experience with Club Tivoli.Despite having sent the requirements well in advance, sending a message cancellation text just 3 days before the event is an act they should be ashamed of.Given their ridiculously low regards for customer experience and satisfaction, I dont know if this review is of any use, but it would be in their best interest to refrain from the below dubious activities in the future, especially in a service industry as this.1. They raised an issue with the number of people 3 days before the event. If you had asked for the menu well in advance and we had sent you the requirements a week in advance, why was there a delay in stating this issue?We had to inform all our guests 2 days before the event that it is cancelled. By any standards, this is totally unprofessional.They expect their clients to be on their toes always, pick up all your calls (even from unknown numbers), give you the menus 2 weeks in advance, they should follow the same ethics.2. Simply putting the blame on your potential clients will not suffice. Stating the reason for cancellation as I was not reachable is completely false and a lie. I got no missed calls, no notifications, nothing. They had 3 mobile numbers, still, we got no calls on any of them. COMPLETE LIE.We had been talking on whatsapp earlier as well. All of a sudden they say that your messages were not delivered to me even though I received all the other broadcasted messages from them earlier. ANOTHER LIE.3. Cancelling over a text? I wish they were classier than this. I got no call/ missed call message/whatsapp anything. atleast they could have sent me a message that they want to talk.They are not even apologetic and empathetic towards for potential clients.
