Very rude employees, liars asking for interest charges at the time of possession, giving EMI since 4 years but never asked for the interest charges and now suddenly asking for possession charges as well.earlier they said no interest charges or possession charges will be charged.

Builder construction very bad, Before buying go and see Global Heights Sohna next to Ashiana Anmol, NO RWA, NO IGL, Breez Builders Charge very Heavy when you take posessesion , No Support When Issue raised, They will say one thing in BBA but when you take possession you will not find it, poora bakvas builder

Before spending your hard earned money, first go and see this builders first project Global heights next to Asiana Anmol.. Worst construction quality, pathetic builder and its staff. They will start charging you like anything... Never respond to customer queries. Breeze builders is the worst of worst. Never ever buy property in their project.

I booked a flat in Breez Global Hill View in Sector 11, Sohna Road, Gurgaon, a VKM Motors (P) Ltd unit. While booking, I was informed that until the keys are handed over, the interest would be payable by the builder, hence we are not supposed to pay anything till the possession. However, the builder stopped making payments towards the interest and the bank (SBI) started withholding EMIs from my account. I tried contacting people from their team, to name a few: Shishir, Sandeep and Abha, however, none of them responded to the phone calls. I even wrote numerous emails (As attached) but all in vain, since nobody bothered to reply on these emails.It was once when I was asked to share my bank statement, I had that shared even though I had lack of trust in this immoral company, but thereafter there was no response from them whatsoever.The only time they arranged calls from new representatives was when they needed funds to be released from the account, and I told them every time that I didn’t have any issues instructing the bank to remit the funds, however, I needed in writing how they would be adjusting the interest which they were supposed to pay till the possession is provided. Last time, a lady named Vasudha called me and confidently asked to pay the demand raised by the company (Second last), and asked me to hold the last demand until they provide clarity on how the interest needs to be paid and I finally got that on email (Exact same verbiage as copied below:Dear Sir,Greetings!As informed earlier as well PEMI would be adjusted at the time of offer of possession. Please wait for 6th call once its released u can submit the payment proof to Mr. Shishir and we will do the needful.I immediately (Same Day – 21st May 2021) shared the instructions copy to the bank to release the funds, and to my surprise, I received another demand letter from them asking to pay the total amount, i.e. 3,07,217/-. Moreover, they also added interest on delayed fees (Which eventually was caused by them because of no response) for an amount of 37,539/-.This matter has caused me immense mental pressure and during these hard times, my family is traumatized because of this behavior which is uncalled for. Ideally the interest amount is duly paid by the builder and the interest applied because of their own delay in responding to their emails and phone calls should not be borne by me as a consumer, but instead the builder himself.

Such a immortal Company it is,they are just stealing money from their customers.They are charging interest without informing the customer plus at the time of possession they give a big list of delay payment and say you have to pay interest on every delay and give a threatening the customer by saying do whatever you can do we are not afraid of you.I think Haryana Government should intervene into this matter.Otherwise it will cause a huge trouble to the Customers.

Listen not once but a thousand times, anywhere you hear the name of Breeze Builder or Orion Realtors, stay away and if you find someone nearby, hit it with a shoe and run away like a dog!!
