How can one give 5 star for such a irresponsible company ???I purchased an Olive Pad VT100 in Oct,2010 and within 10 months it started giving problem with touch screen, since then fighting with company service center and call center...Its sept. 2013 almost 2 yrs still problem exists and NO ONE Bothers to respond...AVOID BUYING OLIVE PRODUCTS...

I have Olive pad VT-100 which is not working from last few days i am trying to get in touch with Olive team & service center for repair but not one is able to repair this equipment.Even service center engineer is saying that they are not providing a service from last three year and Olive still showing same service center name with wrong address. Due to this reason customer will never found service center location.Even Olive Telecom employee Mr. Gaggan deep also not able to resolve this issue.I tried to contact senior person but service center person also not providing a any details.Olive Telecom only know how to sell the product. After selling the product Olive Telecom will forget the customer only.I will suggest before buying please try with different alternative company only. Do not go with Olive Telecom other wise at the time of repairing or servicing you will also face so many challenges as per me.RegardsNarendra Bhati
