It was very bad experience for me. There is a Long queue outside the jio store. And only one person is doing all the work. 5 persons are doing nothing, thats why long queue was there

Jio store now a trusted brand but no communication through their contact no .Seriously its matter u cant contact a telecom company store through their serviceNot at single store all most of them and if phone ring they dont pick

They only have mobiles and for accessories need to visit another shop... Post purchase one needs to find another shop for tampered, charger etc...

Not so much stock of smartphones, as well no quick service to handle clients

Location wise its placed well.Store is small and cant handle pool of 10 people at one time, accessories and mobile jio handset supply is also short most of the time.The sim card related services are good here team here always help, whether to buy new sim, port the sim, activate, recharge etc., services are good.

All things are available for issue / reissue of SIM or new connection but space constraints, second must have two persons for attend the customers because for your turn you have to wait for 2:30-3 hours really..However, customer representative is good , curtious but he have his limitation due to CORONA 19 Pandemic- for maintaining the social distance..🌝😊

Very very bad experience, the retailer is more interested in selling his own mobile phones rather than attending the JIO customers.There is safety concern, the space is very small for a JIO service center. People are getting accumulated inside and outside the stores.The staff does not know how to handle the crowd.

Though the workers are friendly but only two workers are not enough to process requests of a large crowd which gathers there.My suggestion would be to go there early morning or when its about to close.

Staff was not focusing on his work. Not respectful about customers. There were chatting with each other about their personal matters and also they forget to give invoice to me and later called and said collect bill whenever you visit again meanwhile if you receive any call then say I have received bill.
