Had Gone for interview,multiple rounds happened.HR round,Telephonic 45 min ops (technical) round,Written test !!3rd round with Sales Head!!Cleared all the rounds as theSales head told me that now last VP round will happen, but next day, as he is not available..!!HR will contact me..But didnt receive any call from the HR and when I contacted, said I have been rejected..!!Haha Amazing unprofessional behaviour.Is this how all startups works !Sales head says you will have to meet the VP for the last round and HR says: rejected !!:)During interview these start ups ask questions like, you have worked with all brand companies, will u be comfortable working with startups??I am sure, no one would like to work in this kind of unprofessional environment.
