We had our baby girl delivered here and booked a super deluxe package in which Cloud nine sec 14 promised us for wow services which includes car decoration and when i left for my house I found that my car is having dirt n dust on it as they dont have a basement parking and no car decoration was done .It was very disheartening as these moments will not come back again. Even I got a confirmation from the hospital staff that car is decorated which was a huge lie and fraud or mismanagement from their staff.Dont trust the commitments given to you by Cloud Nine as far as wow services are concerned.

My experience with Cloudnine was not that great. The service they provide is very poor in comparison to the money that they charge. There is lack of co-ordination among their staff. Sometimes, you keep on calling the nurse, and the nurse would come only after 30 mins. This is just one example, there were many lapses from all the team there.

Worst experience...dont even want to give one star but I dont have any option. I expect cloud nine as brand and they will provide me good service as I had very good experience with cloudnin9 Bangalore. But this was my mistake. There is no proper service, no proper care ...one has to call sister, nurses, doctor for everything. My sister in-law had her delivery in this hospital and they mis handled the clild. There Insurance and bill clearence team misbehave with customers. After the operation they even dont give sanitary pads aur adult diapers to c section lady they give cotton bandage .....this was sooo soo bad.....

I went there for getting my vaccine done. Although waiting line was outside the premises but they had made some good arrangements of tent and cooler for the people in line. The staff outside was cordial too and helped in smooth vaccination.

Horribly managed covid vaccination. The hospital wasnt ready to start verification on time, gross mismanagement, no covid safety protocol or social distancing. Even if you are fine, there are more chances for falling sick when you come here for vaccination. And this is during the first morning slot.

Without doubt best gynaecologist in gurgaon and a great human being. Had an amazing experience and never felt like worrying about anything throughout-the pregnancy as ma’am was always there to answer our queries and gave us the best treatment. She treats her patients with so much care, very friendly and makes her patients very comfortable.

Had my worst experience with them. It’s un necessarily a hyped hospital.I went there to get my level 1 blood test done, without even ensuring the availability of test they took my blood sample and after 4 days they ended up telling me that the test is not available with them. It gave me a lot of in convenience and till date they haven’t refunded my amount. It’s been a month that I’m chasing them to give my refund but thr staff is highly irresponsible.I don’t even want to give them a single star.Forget about delivery and I will not even go for any test there.

I am surprised by how casual the staff at Cloud 9 is keeping in mind that this is a child specialty hospital. I had submitted my daughters blood sample but did not get the report even after 5 days whereas the commitment was that the reports will be delivered within 3 days. The response that i got from the lab executive was that they are working on it but still did not commit any timeline to deliver the report. Will never be using cloud 9 services. You may have good doctors but pathetic service quality.

1 . We did opt for a twin sharing room and i dont know why it was a three sharing where as the bill also shows twing sharing but 3 patentens were sharing the same room .2. TPA department is a big fraud they took approval for Auto debit for PDC process . They are using it in a wrong manner - i got charged 2483 which i did areday pay a day after discharge . Wheni checked it from bank it was made as an EMI which i never approved .3. No proper support , i was promised a solution in 3 days , its 8 days now and no update from hospital yet .

I had visited Cloudnine Sector14 today at 9:15 AM.The reason I opted for a private hospital instead of free vaccination in a Govt. hospital was to avail the comfort and ease in the process. However cloudnine admistrative staff is untrained and unprofessional. I will never recommend anyone to visit cloudnine for any treatment ever.The person sitting on the cash counter 1 at 9:00 AM today was remarkably unprofessional, rude and arrogant.My observations:1. Was making fun of a conscious 22 year old girl along with another lady staff.2. His cigarette pack was popping out of his shirt pocket. Even though it does not make a difference to us but one doesnt expect a hospital staff to be so blatant about smoking while working3. My total payment was Ra.1410 and I had Rs. 1500. I WAS IMMEDIATELY DENIED VACCINATION BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE RS.10 CHANGE. There was no attempt from their staff to even try to arrange the change amount and I was immediately refused vaccination because I did not have change.4. His behavior was very rude to everyone in the queue.5. You will be made to stand aside and other behind you in the queue will be vaccinated if you have not done the payment through their QR code.If you want to opt for paid vaccination and you are expecting a good service from the hospital please dont even think of opting for Cloudnine. Their management is incompetent and unprofessional.

We had high hopes of having a safe experience of vaccination at the Hospital but unfortunately the overall experience at the Cloud nine sector 14 was horrible.The staff at the venue were biased and were giving prefence to few people who came later and directly sent them at the vaccination booth when many of us were standing in line outside..When few of us objected to it a group of bouncers came and tried to push us out of the venue..and tried to bully us by saying they would cancel our vaccination.The maintenance manager name Sanjay was the one who was the main person for creating this rucuss along with the bouncers who seemed to be like goons at the site.Somehow the people who were there for vaccination tried to control the situation which seemed going out of hand, and we managed to get our shot..God only can help people who visit the venue and object on discrepancies with such goons around who dont understand ethical behaviour.

Horrible experience. No covid protocols been followed during the vaccination drive and more over I went for my 2nd dose of vaccination and got a certificate of 1st dose again. Even being informed and given the details, the staff is not fully trained. I have been chasing for my correction in certificate but there is no response.
