Poor quality service maintenance. AMSL( Ashiana Maintenance services Ltd) staff are only trained to say No. They have 100 excuses to not do a job, they havent learned to complete the work. The staff comprised of bouncers who block the way of residents. Ashiana slogan mark should - you are not in safe hands.

Very good Residential apartment. Focussing on the kids, it gives extra attraction to it. Well maintained society with proper parking and security arrangements. Though the occupation is not at its fullest but its a nice residential complex worth giving a look. As far as its distance from delhi is concerned, one has to think about it as its approx 50 kms away.
