The closing time was 6:30. We came from far and reached at about 6:15. We wanted in depth enquiry about some particular features and financing of a car. However, the attendant was agitated and didnt give us time. He told us to sit, however, neither did he thought of sitting with us, nor he cared. We had make extra efforts to dig out some answers we needed, and we are grateful that atleast he spoke few answers.

Be aware of these fraudsters. They’ll claim that they’ll be helping you in every best way to get your car delivered with a smooth process as compared to the other Hyundai outlets.But the fact is that these bluffers will only be nice to you till you are not paying any amount for the booking, after that they’ll play commercial games with you (so never ever pay the booking amount to them without having everything in written)Take everything in written about delivery time, loan process , total cost inclusive everything and all d other stuffs u could imagine or else you will be wasting ur months chasing them. I wasted my time with them & then I switched to an another Hyundai outlet, and they took only 5-6 days to get everything done.I dealt with Mr. Yogesh Jha & his team leader as wellAnd the irony here is that due to their lack of knowledge in there process, I was charged a cancellation fee which I was really amazed of
