Showroom situated on main sohna road... Good location.. But parking issue is there... Staffs are good... But I felt they are little casual..

Very bad experience of buying a santro from SUPERON Hyundai, the dealer delayed the delivery date then increased the price for the car saying the new price as per revised rates we waited for almost 45 days for the delivery till the last moment. Well do not wanna take names here of staff but worst experience at last moment they refused to add accessories which they had promised as difference in prices.

Bad location with no parking space. The showroom carpet area also does not justify it to be a car showroom

To tell the truth, I did not even know that I am taking the car from any showroom because the behavior of all the staff of the showroom was very good and Sanjeev Kumar ji whom I started calling brother because his behavior was so good because after hearing all my problems, he Assisted me very well and due to being about 400 km away from my showroom, it was not possible to come to Gurugram again and again and I changed the models of the trains thrice but their good behavior did not change, they always replied, no problem sir I I will change, because of which I bought a car from about four hundred km away from my home because the car can be found from anywhere, but understanding the problems of others so well, assisting workers will not be found. It is my good fortune that I got the car from this showroom. And I would like to say to the owner and manager of this showroom that you are also fortunate to get an employee like Sanjeev Kumar, people like him should encourage people like you to stay with this simplicity, who are not only for their company. They are working for the purpose, but they are honest towards the person who buys them.Thank you
