We pay money. TVS is scamming. PEOPLE HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE RTR 200 BS6. I BUYED IT BECAUSE I THOUGHT THEY HAVE AMAZING SERVICE CENTER. BUT THE SERVICING IS TO PATHETIC.Bolts are not properly tightened. Spark plug not checked properly, oiling not done properly.We are paying for this. Waisting our time. Unexpected. Im gonna take action.

The infrastructure was good enough. Its is situated just at the slight right corner from the chowk. They have a medium amount of space around 100sq ft.( Approx).They dont have a wide variety of bikes (the time i visited) but according to the area they might have decent no of variety. But if youre looking for service center of tvs. This is not it. For that you have to ask them( it is around 700-800m from there). The employees of the tvs were helpful.Pro Tip :- You can search syam tvs (google it) near that so get genuine tvs parts at a good price.Follow me on instagram @ishumauryamusic for more ;)Take Care !

It was so bad..... on daily basis service tellicaller making call to me and saying come fast for the vehicle service. If you come tommorow you will get 25% discount on total bill but after reaching there they said i was not told this to you on call.... they are fake peoples...

Post telling them about the service needed, youll have to stand there to make sure everything you mentioned is being done. Secondly there are only two three folks who have hands on experience, rest others are novice.One of the most experienced person the master (middle aged man with spectacles) is great he maintains a great relation and ensures a good service experience.Overall a 3 star service. The sitting area is not that clean and is quite unhygienic
The staff is very good and polite. Service time if the vehicle may take little longer but its worth waiting. I will recommend it to TVS bikes owners to get the vehicle serviced from bulland motors .
Use open engen oil ,wash is also bad not clean scooty filter and spark plug not have proper trained staff scooty performance also not good after service
After lockdown this was my first service. If you have old apache rtr 160 model, mine was 2008, dont expect parts to be available for the old model.

Good service and very polite staff. For bike servicing I went on Saturday and unlike at other centers there was no waiting here. Returned back in 20 minutes. Overall good.
The dealer cheated not refilled the engine oil in scooty due to which scooty engine is damaged and also not ready to show CCTV by giving excuse of CCTV is not working.And tvs customer care also seen not helping with the issue.

Very Poor Customer Handling...Never Ever Buy anything from here.I purchased my TVS Jupiter last year but Insurance is still not updated or submitted in Insurance Company.
Service center is loosing its quality works as does not have well trained professionals. They work like road side mechanics.Poor facilities for customers almost can be termed no toilets.Only 1 or two mechanics are doing satisfactory work.
Pre sales services were good and probably a two rating is for that only. It is been more than 2 months that I am waiting for permanent number, contacted dealership and customer care but result is only to wait for it. When RCA was done, it came to my notice that they have not even applied for number in last 45-50 days and they were keep on telling me that the file has been applied twice. They were unable to provide me with application number. Hope to receive better response when i get my vehicle serviced here.
No servicing for RR310, but when you will search in google it will show you the same service center for RR310

Buland TVS was really good about staff and services. But they had huge workload and due to that minor mistake was never treated as resolved by these guys. I appreciate that they called you after your service for feedback and really coordinate. Overall experience with these guys more than average.
Price is so high
No call back from dealer in two months. Have not even provided RC book yet.Non responsive staff.Also have not received call for servicing as well despite been two months.Definitely will not recommend.
Tvs brand motors
Really bad experience this time. I bought warranty card and my petrol tank was not working properly, I asked them to replace but said that warranty cant be used. Also, there are no items in their workshop, from last 1 year, they are not able to give me seat cover. Earlier it used to be a good place with nice staff, now there is no good response

Got my Scooter serviced within an hour and waiting area was quite comfortable with coffee machine and a huge screen to pass time
They took 5 months to provide RC and no plate as they did not pay RC charges on time. They kept saying sir , you will receive a message today after RC will be delivered within 15 days. This was their patent dialogue and everyone keep saying this whenever i call them. Sale representative (Ashok) told that he was only responsible to sell vehicle and cant do anything. I tried to escalate it through TVS customer care but guess what i never received any response from them not even acknowledgement of my complaint. After visiting multiple times finally i got my RC after 5 months which normally takes only 20 to 30 days.i will never recommend to purchase any vehicle from Bulland. If you r doing so then make sure you receive RC payment message within 10 days from date of purchase.
I am very very dissatisfied for Buland tvs services staff because hi was thif( chor). because i visited 29/07/2019 for service my Jupiter at Buland tvs services center sector 11. i forget my wallet in my Jupiter trankbox( Diggy). after some time washermen is coming and give me my wallet and after that i check my wallet i am shocked 1000 rupees missed in my wallet. i asked for service manager to check cctv camera who thifet 1000 in my wallet. but hi say cctv is no working. and he not give any satisfaction answer. also hi say do anything what you want.... i am very disappointed... i suggest to all people that if u going to Buland tvs services center frist check your all items carefully because his staff is thif otherwise Which may happen to me with you...

Pre Sales Service is very good, post it they dont care of the customers. Its more than one and half month but still no update on the permanent number and RC.They keep on telling lie that they applied long back but its pending with the authority.

Been here 3 times. AVERAGE AT BEST. First about simple amenities - dirty washroom and sitting area for customers. About service - all work well done. But advisors are neither courteous nor helpful. Last time, the advisors focus was on increasing bill by including useless items in service (such as nulon oil). This time, the advisor made me wait 2 hours extra for one small indicator switch (which he should have told me was not in stock at the very beginning). Only reason to go here is that this is an authorized service station.
Its not a pleasure to have bike serviced here.. mechanics are not very skilled or experienced. Its just ok nothing more.

Some of them trying to fool the customer (me) by telling parts are damaged and anytime anything can happen. And you would be at risk if not done. !!!He wanted to earn money by unnecessarily change bearing of my rare and front tyre but I havent changed till now almost a year since they said.

Worst ever place to buy any vehicle from them. I bought a Jupiter from them in the month of April2017 and till date I am struggling to get the number plates for my vehicle.All the issues started when I thought of buying a Jupiter and that from Buland TVS.- For Pre-sales I used to get multiple calls in a single days (around 5-6) at any time time of the day.- The day I finalized the product, my troubles started.- I submitted all the documents required and very well before the timeline suggested by the sales person.- However, then I had to wait long before I could finally get RC.- In this complete process, I had to visit the showroom 4-5 times and when I raised my concern that they could have shared this information via phone I got a very lame excuse we have so many customers and we can not call everyone not sure how they manage during Pre-sales.- Finally my RC arrived but I was not given any information, when I visited the showroom then only they told me that RC had arrived. When I raised the concern the lady kept lying that she called me once. Not sure, how much it could have costed to them for giving a repeat call.- Still number plates for my vehicle did not arrive, and when it did the lady forgot to call and said sorry simply like nothing happened.In overall process the concerns I had are:- Delay in completing the process of RC and number plates by 4 months.- Not sharing the information, every time had to personally visit their showroom- My vehicle was without RC for 3 months, generally a new vehicle is issued a temp certificate for one month however they never cared for issuing temp certificate after it expired- After receiving RC I had to wait for another month for my number plate, when I asked for alternative arrangements I was asked to pay Rs 500 which I did not like as it was a temp arrangement for paying 500 did not make any sense to me.Thank you so much for treating me like this, I vow to never visit your showroom in future.
Third class service.i have given my jupiter yesterday dated 30 oct 2017. First they closed the service centre early without any notification, so i need to come back without getting scooty and then need to go again. My friends visiated again (on my behalf) and the scooty which i got was having worst condition with oil spillage and traces all over the body. Looks like even the scooty is not washed at all. No one should trust them
