Having prior booking we were asked to shift to another property, it wasnt cleaned since many days, bathroom was dirty, mud on back of bed,untidy room.

Peaceful property with spacious rooms. Though sofa covers need drycleaning.

It was not choosen by wish, accommodation provided whih ultimately turned out to be a horrible experience.Not at all recommended, it may ruin your evening, the way it is maintained semms to be horribly disastrous.The barhroom facilities are worst I ever came across, even the tabs are having mechanical faults.The room service was poor, food served was below standard.I personally put it in the lowest bracket as far as the options available in this area.The support staff was behaving inertly expressing no concern.Big NO NO NO NO....it was poor.. horrible.. bad... dont plan for it.

The hotel has three adjoining plots converted into different hotels all named Asian Suites, each one having its own Reception Desk, billing n dinning area. The rooms are okay types. The staff is not professionally trained n lack basic manners to handle a client. The food is not up to the mark n service lazy. The check in and check out were time consuming and to adhere to ones time schedule n honour commitments were difficult due to staffs casual n unfriendly attitude.

I came at hotel on 3:00 am and hungry so much..i told about it to hotel staff and they make tasty food on that time... really great service and very polite behaviour of staff. Room also very good...

Highly disappointed. Checked in around 9:30 and around 11:10 i am waiting for receive wifi details. After 4 follow ups and 2 unanswered calls from reception they confirmed that there is some technical issue and it wont be available.Coming to infra and interiors, it doesnt even look like any hotel, its worst then seen in public dormitory (adding photos to support my saying).Broken doors, dusty floor, fused sockets, AC not working, unhygienic toilets clubbed, spitted walls, no doormat, no fridge with unprofessional room service.One of the worst experience ever.And let me confirm, this is the premium service they offer. God knows how the inferior segments would look like.

Good place to stay this one . The facilities at this guest house ranges from good to very good and most important thing is that it is just a few 100 meters away from the metro station so can easily reach here. If you wish to stay in Gurgling then you might consider it. Rooms have enough space TV Wi-Fi attached bathroom, there is tub as well for bathing, geyser as well. Overall a rating of 3 out of 5.

The overall experience was good, the staff was very kind and cooperative. the cleanliness at the hotel was up to the mark. They offered us the dinner even after we checked in at the hotel quite late. The tariff is very reasonable and worth staying.

Good hotel with decent food for the price, it is better to book online for better offers. The staff are friendly and courteous and the rooms are clean well setup. Even the TV is recharged to have maximum number of channels.

We stayed in Asian suites, for 1 night, its around 400 mtr form IFFCO Chowk, takes around 5 to 10 mins to Metro station walking, stay was awesome, food was good,GHAR K Khaana type, not spicy at all, room was clean, bed with clean linens, we stayed in room 102,room service was quick, staff was very friendly, KULDEEP at reception wears smile all the time, responds to any query/help quickly.check-in/check-out was smooth,there is ample space in front of this guest house to park ur vehicle, we had requested an early check-in, as we reached IFFCO CHOWK by 9 30 am, our room wasnt ready but these guys at reception provided us an alternative room, a bit smaller but has ample space for 2 persons,. this room had all amenities, so didnt face any issue, we had our 2 breakfasts n dinner inside the room, food was delicious 😠. overall it was nice stay.

Good place to stay in Gurgaon. There are few things they should work on, especially the pool table has to be repaired.Otherwise, its a good guest house. Food quality and quantity is awesome.

I would recommend not staying in the A wing. B wing is so much better. There was a lot of dust and bugs in the room. The bed was worn out. It was so saggy. I had to get them to change the sheets, which looked like they were very old. Food was OK.

Real value for money.. The rooms are spacious.. Clean.. Service is prompt.. Just need to improve the breakfast spread though I dont have any complain against the current spread too.. I am a regular.. Its an home away from home.. Keep it up guys

Pros: Location is perfect, right in front of Iffco Chowk metro station. Food provided is sumptuous. We even ordered Tea at 1 am and was provided w/o any whining which is very rare in Gurgaon hotels. The house keeping guys did a splendid job. Ask for room 3003 to get bath tubs and solitude. :-PCons: Lift wasnt functioning.Recommended for corporate and business travellers.

This is a new place very close to the iffco Chowk metro station. Well maintained facility. Food here is fine but they dont have a dining area, you gotta order and eat at your room.

What i felt after staying is that they have good and clean rooms for stay.room service was awesome as their accent was sweet. idk why but i felt they speak very cute hindi and english. overall it was a comfortable stay, i may visit again.. :)

It was a good decision of choosing Asian Suites hotel for business stay. We are served with warm hospitality and uptown amenities. We get everything we needed here with lowest turnaround time. Staff was nice and great atmosphere to stay out.

This is more like a guest house rather than a hotel . Previously called Pearl. However room service is available. The rooms on the 1st floor with balcony is airy and spacious. Basic amenities with WiFi.

Not a Good Experience. For the First time I saw that rooms are allotted on the Ground Floor. A lot of disturbance because of people talking and shouting on the reception till midnight. I could not sleep well. Breakfast was served in a different building and that too not as per the expected standards. Room service very poor. Even for water I had to call thrice. Tea Kettle was kept but there were no Tea Sachets, Sugar pouches and Milk Sachets. The Hotel was reluctant to provide the same. Instead they insisted that they will provide Ready made Tea to me. NOT EXPECTED. Overall a Bad Experience. I would not recommend it to anyone.

It was my one of the worst experience staying in hotel. i stay in their hotel once so this time i upgrade my room and bought their premium room but it was my biggest mistake. AC was not working from first time when i enter. When i told them then they told that it will work. Then again i complain at 4 PM, 9 PM, 11 PM and 2 AM and nothing happen.. electricity plug was not working. i need to move fridge and microwave here and there to make it work. I will not suggest anyone to go there. Dont go with pics. Even early they ask me to put in a room where recent smell of paint was coming. Overall it was worst experience.

I booked a room for my parents. The room was in good condition and service was prompt. The location is near to the metro which is a plus. It is kind of a guest house with basic facilities.
