Everything was excellent. Hygiene and cleanliness was excellent. Rooms, service and staff. Mr. Deepak and Ravindra was very cooperative and nice. Mr. Deepak provided me check inn very fast. It’s a five star within the low budget. I recommended it to all of you. I give 5/5.

Good environment for private space. well maintained room, staff behavior was good, food was quite normal, easy check in, washroom was clean, easy to reach from huda city metro station, location was also good, early check-in was also available, bed was comfortable and furniture was well furnished.

I checked in at 09:30 and there was no food available as the restaurant hadnt reopened. there was no hot water available in the night and no WiFi. TV doesnt work and staff arent wearing masks. I requested for hot water at 7am the next day which didnt come. I complained the next day to the manager who again was sitting in the lobby without a mask. He said the menu was limited and I managed to order dinner from that. I realised the housekeeping staff wasnt wearing masks and Ive no clue if my room is sanitised. Overall, Im not going to recommend this place to anyone at this stage. On a brighter note, the staff were courteous and polite.

Good hotel at an affordable price. The hotel was earlier Leisure Inn Hotel. Clean room, nice ambience, good food. It offers good breakfast. Nice people with good courtesy. At Sector - 14 and hence near to Airport at a reasonable timing of 45 min from it. Nice access to market.

Booked hotel through Agoda. When I reached hotel to check-in they started asked double the booking cost. I had 2 days stay and in ticket it was clearly mentioned two nights stay, but hotel said its only two 8 hours stay. They are fraud hotels. Never ever book room in these hotels. Cheaters or I can say day time robbery.

I had been there for my Bank Audit Seminar and I found Leisure Inn West breathtaking from inside. Decoration inside was good. I can only imagine how good rooms will be by looking other things. I think if someone visit gurugram and need to stay in a hotel one can try this out and please tell me too how you felt about rooms. I had dinner there with my Institute mates and Food was definitely 5 star hotel like. I had Paneer Makhani with Butter Naan and Manchurian with Noodles.

Property is well maintained.the staff is really nice.we checked in 2 hours early and they made sure the checkin was smooth and quick.there was some miscommunication for the pool access timings. when we raised the query and talked to staff, they gave us the access to pool after the regular hours. Staff is very courteous and the rooms are well maintained.we enjoyed our stay at this property. will surely book the same from the next time.

This is premium hotel among others in same location, which is great. Just nearby the market of business hub, Gurgaon, it provides you a decent room with great breakfast.Rooms , I found were at par with standard. AC and other amenities were good. Room service, as per me, is quicker.Breakfast was also good with enough variety for a breakfast.

Amazing experience. This was the first time i had stayed in Leisure inn though i was a bit confused with the address that states old gurgaon but it is located at a good location near to all MNC’s. Route is feasible and is completely safe to travel with female passengers. Hotel staff was well trained and courtegious. Rooms were neat and clean with all basic amenities.Food was good and is at reasonable cost. Variety in breatfast buffet was good.Special thanks to Priyanka ( Housekeeping Manager) for co-operating and making my stay memorable.Recommended to everyone.

Not at all how the name sounds. The parking space is not separate and more like an empty alley. If there were more than 8 guests with cars, I believe they would not be able to park and leave.On the staff, they really are not bothered much if there is a guest sitting in their reception. I agree we were not guests of the hotel but of another company who had booked an event at their place. But I should have atleast enquired because it is ultimately their place that is being used and would leave a really bar impression.Coming to the meeting area that we used, it was a shabby room smelling like the curtains were wet after monsoon rains. I am not sure what type of arrangement this company had with them, but they provided them with 2 round tables in a dark room with possibly curtain used as table cloth.Not going there anytime soon.

Good hotel but swimming pool was closed when I visited. So make sure you enquire about it before booking. They did not even have bar license at that time. But rooms are nice and staff are very responsive. Small restaurant but good tasty food.

It was a nice hotel with good connectivity with nearby Sector 29 market. The restaurant is really good and highly affordable pricing. The staves were really friendly and helpful. They have in room items such as drinks and snacks for consumption on chargeable basis. The rooms are spacious and really clean.

Ambience is great. Staff is very polite and friendly. Comfortable and hygenic environment. They have good arrangements for party as well for 10 to 150 easily. I was there for enquiry for booking hall for party. There open house area in ground floor is very cool. Overall my experience was good.

This is extremely ridiculous, i had a booking on 17th june 2019 (Gurgaon branch), i clearly told the VALET PARKING people to very carefully park the car. I even told about the same to your guard. I have taken home my DENTED car. This is how you take care of your customers. Your food quality has degraded so has your services. God dam why the hell i relied on your parking guys. They suck and i have ended up being so awfully upset as you guys are equally incompetent in taking care of what you should have valued the most. Extremely upsetting and ridiculous.

Property / Infrastructure - 5/5 - very well built, beautiful building. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Location - 3.5/5 - I personally didnt like the surroundings. Service - 4/5 - No complaints - Just wasnt offered the welcome drink mentioned in the invoice. Food - 3/5 - narrow choice for the food menu. Not in par with the competitors. Didnt like the taste either. A point where the managers need to focus. Food quality needs to be improved. Overall a reasonable stay at the offered price.

The property is slightly off in terms of location but built and maintained nicely. They do not precisely follow the package you booked for. For instance, we were not given the wifi password and welcome drinks as we didnt ask for it. Other than that. Everything seems fine. Decent staff, prompt service, decent room size and food. Very good rooms and service. Food in breakfast buffet is not good. They have a sky pool and bathrooms have bathtubs. Cupboards are well built but lack hangers. Its a good business hotel. Good place to stay. Rooms are well maintained and hygienic. It does life up to the expectations of an Australian hotel Chain in terms of amenities. Food and restaurant, on the other hand is a (esp breakfast) is a big let down. Restaurant Staff need to be managed well as they stand in groups and chat amongst themselves than helping the customers who have a day scheduled with meetings or appointments. I had left the breakfast halfway on a couple of occasions due to the reason that there are no food items left and the staff doesn’t even care to refill.

As expected all the services are awesome. Tasty meals with lots of variety. Ill recommend this Hotel to all my colleges and relatives.

Hotel is typical 4 star aid with all amenities required in such hotels. Especially the food in restaurant Nd the services of restaurant staff is commendable.Housekeeping is quick and always ready to help. Worst Customer Service ever ...a big NO for stayDue to unavoidable circumstances I wanted to change the booking date but the hotel manager didnt and was not at all adjusting to the needs of customer ...my money is wasted now but you have lost a loyal customer and the day you realize the value of a loyal customer you will start to grow as a individual, person or firm because its customers which help you run your business and if you dont value your customer then you know your future. So keep looting people and you will face the circumstances.

The rooms are small people at reception are ill mannered. Stayed there for 5 days with and our organisation had booked around a dozen room. Then too the people at the reception continuously had a frown on their face as if they were unhappy with the guests received. The day our group checked out the guy at the reception insisted that 7 of us should sit in a six seater vehicle. Despite the fact that there was luggage and not more than 4 people could sit with luggage. After we told that we would get down from from the taxi and arrange our own commute, the people at the reception desk agreed.

Reception was ok. They waited us for approx 2 hour. Wasted a lot of time. However staying experience was good. Swimming pool was awesome.

The hotel is centrally located in sec 14 Gurgaon. The room was decent. The outer view of from room is not so good but all other the hotel amenities are quite decent. Pool area is situated at the roof top. Also the breakfast was good. Service quality is good.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. However, had a bitter experience while checking out where my ring was picked up by the room service personal. Later, I informed at the reception and got it back saying It was picked up by mistake.

Located on the old delhi gurgaon road and can be easily seen from the main road. Rooms are decent enough but the room we stayed in had a weird smell. And there is no good view from the room. Staff was courteous and room service was quick. However the buffet spread has a scope of improvement. Overall a decent place to stay.

Worst experience. The staff didnt seem professional. There were lot of issues with the rooms like AC, the complimentary drinking water was not cold, service was slow, food & drinks both were below average.We came late night and there was no one on the gate. You have to say it explicitly to the staff to handle the luggage.There was too much heat in the hallway and in the lift.2/5 is just for the ambience like outdoor seating, pool, dining area.

The place was worth my money. We booked twin sharing room but since it was unavailable we were upgraded to a studio room. It was really good for the price we payed. Fooding was according to the price. Nothing fancy but reasonable.

Worst experience ever . I have stayed at many 4-5 star properties. This was not even upto 3 star. Firstly after check in we were alloted a room . When we went inside the room already a person was checked in . It was so embarassing for everyone.Then when i asked girl at reception to see her manager then she said sorry I will upgrade you to to bigger room.To be honest it was 101 and it was tooo noisy all day all night and even more smaller then previous one.Then food was good. Again a bad experience happened at check out time, they said that i have taken a 10 rs lays from mini bar which I never took. Hahahaha , what a joke . I said i didnt took any lays , then he said we trust u sir. Wow , first u say that i have taken and then say that we trust you.Really too frustrating. I would recommend not to even think about to stay at this hotel. Cafe is too small. Morning breakfast you wont get it because only 10 chairs to sit and thing are too less and they get consumed too early.

Property is pretty good but as its build in year 2011, so you might feel the oldness somewhere. Rooms are pretty well equipped but the linen smells not good, it must have been changed. Food quality is good, you get enough choices for your breakfast. Its located little far from cyber hub.

I had asked for a room with bathtub but not given when checked in. the food we ordered was for 3 guest and the cutlerry given was for 1 person. The bed was queen size. The hotel staff denied extra bedding stating small size room. My booking had an offer of 15% discount on fnb however was not given. Hotel staff said it is only in their resturant however no where it was written. on asking for a written policy document the staff claimed nothing in written is available. All in all i had a bad experience and the amount i spent is not worth spending..

The hotel was good. Swimming pool was small. In pictures it looked huge. There is no changing room near swimming pool.

The person at the reception was nothing less than hostile. we didnt feel welcome . the bathrooms tiles had cracks on it cupboards were shabby spots on bedding. there were no toiletries . when we asked for it . it took too long to be sent across. all this was still fine but the breakfast buffet was pathetic. it looked stale and had zero taste without any variety whatsoever, I can get better food at a street hawker even the cutlery wasnt properly washed. A very bad experience and money down the drain.

Staying at Leisure Inn is always a pleasure. This must 10th booking at this Hotel and I think I would rate this as one of the best value for money hotels in NCR region. Only thing is that they need to slightly improve their breakfast management.

A plug point in the room wasnt working. Bed moves forward if you lean on the bedpost as they are not attached. Cleanliness was not upto par. Hot water wasnt available when I needed it. Biggest con was the hot water. Breakfast selection abysmal.

They prefer corporate bookings over private bookings. For corporate extended bookings they deny/delay other check-in. But for personal booking extension they will not cooperate with Even 1hour.For lunch buffet, they delay chapati / breads for up to 20 minutes and there waiters dare to say plz have rice first!!1of the 2 Lift is dangerous. Door sensor not working bangs the person very hard, management dont care for it.There manager and staff carry a rude and arrogant behavior.

Its a nice place to stay, the service is quick, rooms are clean and the entire ambience is really lavish. They also provide with party halls for small gatherings, with pretty decor, good food and snacks which I personally really liked.

We visited the Butter Chicken Factory, a restaurant inside the hotel. Although it was under renovation, we were served in the Coffee House. The food was good, and the service was great. Good experience!
