The room are really good with all required amenities with 24/7 room service. Both Cafe central and brewhouse are awesome locations to spend evenings and have one of the most hard working staff. It was a wedding in the hotel the day we checked in and the breakfast area was common and shared with wedding guests more than 50 people I believe. A horrible experience with the Radisson hair Gurgaon Sohna Road hotel.Please don’t get confused with the above line as hair/s is what you least expect when you check-in for a five-star hotel that too for such a big brand called Radisson.In case you had an expectation of a clean and at least a hygienic room and you prefer to pay a little more from your budget and choose Radisson, Your Expectations will soon wash away when you will find long and short hair/s on the table counter of your room, on the side table or on the telephone keypad.I’m sure no one wishes to handle the dirt left by the last guest in the room but it was our first Radisson hotel experience, that we found at least 3 hairs in our room and washroom.But if you expect that your bad luck was just limited to finding dirty hair then just get into the bathroom and take a shower you will soon realize that in the chilled cold winter the boiler of the hotel doesn’t work that effectively.You will get hot Lukewarm Hot water for few seconds to 1 minute and after that, it will be chilling cold, From the washroom, I have to call the housekeeping and they informed me that I have to wait for sometime before the boiler is on again. The room had a lot of dirt and if you look around the lights on the ceiling you will find there are a lot of extra additional fit-outs that they have put which looks a little creepy in terms of privacy for a couple. Check the snaps taken.With great dissatisfaction, we had to spend the night there and we were expecting at least the breakfast will have some good menus to overcome our terrible experience. Now, this was not a surprise to us anymore that do cost-cutting, The hotel has put tiny CHAI TAPORI SMALL GLASSES For fruit juice and shakes.
