Pathetic attitude of the sales person. Not at all customer friendly and worst to talk to. I never had expected such behaviour from such shop. They do not allow customers to even explore the products in display..... If this is the case they better starts over the counter selling and stop putting the products on display... Will never visit again...After the reply from the owner , I would suggest the owner to check the facts that the pack was not open and the scratcher was not actually used at all even over the clothes, ( and no need pandemic to teach these things)I thought this review would matter to improve the customer service but....alas.

Sold us a broken glass in a set of 6. We came back for a replacement as I had to go to a salon as well. Now you would expect a basic courtesy in 21st century for these small things. Instead, what we got was an extremely rude staff who first blame us for breaking the glass and refused replacement according to some out of date company policy, but more concerning is this -- We told them we dont want to carry the broken glass with us and they can discard it. Instead, they harassed us and told us we have to take it back. He almost threatened us that we better take it back. I think the staff is disoriented, frustrated and lost sense of customer service or ... basic common sense.The stuff is out of date and half broken. Buy from amazon or Home center in City Center mall. They have good products of all brands and take care of customers. I cant believe we went through this sort of experience for a small piece of glass with these 3rd grade people... but hey you learn everyday! They dont even realize its their loss.. for a small piece of glass. I am all for small local businesses and helping them in these tough times, but this sort of behavior puts a bad name on everyone. I can assure you no one will be buying their products from Exotica next door....

Well managed store and staff is very friendly

Complete Fraudster ..people plz be aware of this place....they do unfair and unlawful trade practise... I went to buy edible color which I know is of 100 rs/-. Thinking me as some amateur, he tried charging 300/- for it. Since I already know ccds gel colors cost and asked how is charging so much, he said these are americolor filled in ccds gel color bottle. Worst trade practise I have ever seen.. very very bad store. Never buy anything from there.

Their after sale service ls are very disappointing. They dont give complete information while one is buying the product. I will never go to that store.

Be careful of this store when buying stuff from them. We have had the misfortune of dealing with their Service team, Totally polite and accommodating before making the sale and absolutely disappointing when it comes to post sales service. The tone of their Service department, specially Ms Ayesha Khanna changed to aggressive after being unable to assist us for 7 days on a faulty kitchen processor they sold us. When we followed up we were dealt with harshly, our review removed from Social Media. Please save yourself the trouble we have been through. But from someone else.

Store well managed staff is very frindly

I wanted to buy cream cheese from CCDS as I had bought it in the past. However, this time the salesman handed me the box that was due to expire the same month even though there was a recently packed box refrigerated right in front of me. When I asked why I couldn’t buy it, he said the old stock needs to be cleared. That’s PATHETIC!! I used to spend close to 2k every other week in this store just to be treated like this. Never am I ever going to this store again. The employees are total whacks and have no clue on what they’re selling and avoid you when asked any questions. And yes, highly overpriced products (including CCDS brand) when compared to what you get on Amazon.

The store has a great collection of bakeware and cake decorating items. I could easily find all that I was looking for. The one stop shop for all those lovely Wilton products :)

Fancy store. But completely avoidable. Cheats customers by removing the price tag and marking their own. Overly expensive. Picked up muffin liners for 350, futher a store had the same thing with more quantity for 150!! Horrible place.

Very poor , dont buy everything over priced . When I say overpriced it means they indulge in unfair trade practice by striking off mrp and selling at higher price which is. Not 10 percent or so but 70 percent . So save your self from such shops. I bought morde chocolate compound at 200 rs whereas mrp is around 126. They had struck off the mrp and put there own rate . Very bad

The store guy kept intruding in our personal space and creeping up behind us in the pretext of “keeping an eye on customers”. Not only was it extremely uncomfortable and disturbing, it was only compounded by his abrasive nature “who’s staring at you” “it’s our job to watch customers”. When we objected, he said we could leave the shop.
