My family and I visited the French Farm yesterday and had a fantastic time. The owner, Roger, was so incredibly hospitable and welcoming. Such a lovely gentleman. He showed us around his beautiful farm, taking time to explain the history of it and showing us all his wonderful produce.
The impression one gets after interacting with the owner of this place is that he thinks he is in 18th century colonial France and his being in India is a blessing to the country and its people. He is condescending, rude and abrasive. What he provides is nothing extraordinary and can be found in several outlets across Delhi/NCR, whose owners have a much better and customer friendly approach.
Very rude. Has no respect for customers. God knows what he expects. I altered the quantities and his response was dont keep changing order!I called a number given in his menu card and he said I was a fool to call on that number!
It is a farm in the middle of nowhere ) But if you are lucky enough to find it you will enjoy it. Real farm with chicken, turkey, ducks, rabbits, pigs, quails. And all this in India! Moreover you can have a nice party arranged right on the farm. Contact the owner and schedule a visit. You will love it!
There seems a mental issue with the owner of this business, He makes and changes rules for delivery, starts to scream and shout once you question him regarding the order. Manner-less man, not worth doing business with such people and businesses. Expats please stay away from this man. Matter of fact he never delivered the product despite 3 weeks of consecutive order. He talks down to women and highly ill mannered. i am-surely never giving our Business to him. Would never recommend any freing or family to buy anything from him. If he can do this to us i am sure the negative reviews above are real. This is Meat from HELL..
Worst experience of my life. I don’t recommend anyone to go there even by mistake , first they invite you and then they misbehave with you before even greeting you.Ridiculous!! Had to give a star here to write a comment otherwise this place does not deserve to be rated also. I don’t know what are they doing in the service industry.I wish we had read the reviews before. Shameful that these kind of shady places are out there advertising on the net and inviting people just to humiliate them.A big ZERO
The owner is quite ill mannered . While the stuff is good.. Its still veggies and meat from a farm. Many other options available in gurgaon. We just couldnt put up with his cocky and rude attitude. Doesnt know what he wants and keeps changing his rules for ordering with every order.Couldnt take his nonsense. So stopped.Hope better sense prevails and Roger learns some etiquette and customer service.
Very bad, they don’t know how to handle customer and they’re very rude!!!! It is hard to talk to them and they need to be patient to their customers but what’s wrong with these people, don’t have any mannersVery very bad and so disappointed
Great for fresh duck, cornfed chickens, pork seasonal lettuce and other vegetables.
Delivered the wrong goods, refused to take them back and and screamed at my maid. Very rude behavior and subpar service.
Great for Duck, Pork, Rabbit, Quail and Chicken. You could also get really good bacon and sausages and quail eggs. The vegetables are also good, but can be expensive. In short, great fresh produce for a price, and most important, you have to abide by Rogers (the boss) rules - call only between 8am to 5pm during the week.It is not an easy place to find and many of the roads are not on google maps - in fact, they are more pathways than real asphalt paved roads. The easiest way to get there is to find the Golden Turtle Farm (which is on google maps) - note: there is a turnoff from the Delhi Ajmer Highway onto Lemon Estate Road, but the latter is not really a road at all but a rough dirt track (but there is a sign beside the road shoulder for the Golden Turtle Farm to let you know where to turn off). Once you reach the Golden Turtle Farm (on your left), go straight past uppal farm and turn left into small lane after B14, turn left at the end of the lane and turn right into another small lane between B24 and B25, follow the track as it winds till you hit a T junction then turn left, and then right and keep going on a rough road till a junction where you take the left track until you reach the French Farm (on the left).Another way to get to B14 is to turn off the Highway into Tauru Road, and then turn left into Ansal Main Road towards Pioneer Industrial Park. Turn right at the Nagata Building and go straight until the end at C501, then turn left into a small lane (this is where it gets tricky) - infront of you (on your right) is a small dirt track off the road - you need to follow that dirt track till you reach a wall, and then take a left.and then your first right into Lemon Estate Road and B14 lies ahead.
Excellent for fresh meats
Poor Experience, people doesnt know to speak to customer
Terrible experience with delivery timings and meat quality.
