We had a great time there especially the dinner was good which we had with our family. For this would like to give a shout out to Naveen who was our server and Mr Vijay Kumar Chauhan who was the restaurant manager. They made my birthday memorable.

A very clean and well maintained hotel . The food and ambiance is nice .The best part of the hotel is their staff , Manish was so polite and generous at serving breakfast.Just a tip Grill the chicken properly!

Overall a good dine in experience. We had a morning buffet at the place. Service can be be bit improved. Sone items were not ready to serve. Otherwise it was great, food quality was amazing. Loved the omlette and hash brown. Hospitality was good too. Proper sanitisation and great ambience.

It was my first and last visit to this place.It was a special day for us and we went for a family dinner being a five star you expect buffet dinner to be lavish and full of varietiesBut to my surprise they were offering only two veg and two non veg starters and same was the case with main courseWhen I was taking main course then the guy at the counter offered me inadequate qty of Rogan Josh which seemed like left over.I asked the ground staff for letting me speak to the manager but manager also didnt took any appropriate action and was not courteous at all.Then in the last they offered me to pack the food for take away as if I was there for freebies.One of the worst experience I ever had in any restaurant.A big no to this place 😡😡

Booked Sunday Brunch from Nearbuy. They closed their dinning Area. And we were served in the reception/waiting. Staff poorly trained. You will have to call them again and again whenever you need water, spoon, plates, tissues. Menu was not same as listed in the Nearbuy Deal

I went there few time it was awesome experience. The food was delicious and perfect, look and feel was also very nice. Once I went on theme night and I will never forget that day.. As a place for breakfast buffet I found this place rather limp. It lacked the energy and vibrance that one would expect in an early morning place. Also the spread, if compared with the other hotels in the area, was rather dull. While the buffet had a cold section, bakery, Indian, Chinese and Continental but the options are not well thought through. It was all there but lacked the drama or excitement expected from such a venue. The experience was mildly satisfying but not exhilarating.

A perfect place to chill in gurgaon. Food and beverage options are good. The location is just near to leisure valley and many important offices.

This was my fourth visit in five years. I always love the buffet surved at Cafe G. But this time I think they have changed the seating arrangement and the buffet was also not grand like it use to be.We went on Thursday dinner buffet for 1+1 offer via nearbuy.The salad station was cool, we enjoyed the cold cuts and salads. My favourite was the Sushi counter. Although you can call them mini Sushi , just the bite size. But again you can have as much as you want. The Chinese was ok and Indian and mughlai was ok too but we didnt enjoy the European menu.The dessert counter was good , specially the cup cakes and apple pies.It was a working day so less people and the dishes were kept on for long so they looked dried out specially the European menu.Overall it was good but not great.

Weekend buffet used be good earlier but the service and food quality has deteriorated significantly. Veg - Non veg mixup in buffet dishes, poor service and untrained staff. Avoid.

The service is beyond expectations and mind blowing!!Sher Singh bist and his team was amazing. Starting off with the table which was reserved for us .The food spread was amazing which included soups along with different salads, steaks, wide variety of breads and desserts!!!! In fact our daughters had a great time as Sher Singh bist & his team took great care of them by offering or rather bombarding them with different flavors of ice cream .Thank you very much Sher Singh bist & Team for making our day!!!

It was on a pleasant evening in Faridabad when we chose to risk the traffic towards Gurgaon for a lavish luxurious dinner...It was a special occasion which deserved to be celebrated, hence we were sure we wanted to splurge.. Our search ended up at this Crowne Plaza hotel where we opted to try out Cafe G, after hearing many reviews... Cafe G is all-day multi cuisine restaurant and is just as luxurious as its hotel. The restaurant is a complete package when it comes to service, food and ambience. The moment you step into the foyer, you get the gist of what the place is all about...Once you decide to indulge, money should be no hindrance. Cafe G is unpretentiously expensive so have a care...Thanks to my wife as she managed to get us deal on special discounted price. Their menu is global and covers a lot of base by tackling Asian, Caribbean, French, Indian, Italian and many more beautifully... The food is spectacular and the service is second to none. We feasted on food that was inspired from many countries... I dont remember all the menu as it was very exaggerated.. Few dishes were: Roster chicken with duet sauce, sliced fish with bok choy, rosemary stenced potato wedges, veg Ratatouille, risotto, balsamic infused vegies, toast with variety of cheese(emmental, brie, cheddar, edam and many more) and vast variety of dessert... was an amazing experience to feel like you were travelling world from the dinner table. A great night by all accounts - dont miss out !

Good food ,nice ambience

What a bad experience at Cafe G . We went there today for a family dinner buffet . It being so pricey we expected it to have the quality of a luxury hotel . But to our disappointment, the food tasted bad . They had variety for the sake of increasing the number of dishes . I couldnt like even one of the dishes . Pathetic food . No use of ambience and staff if the food tastes bad . It is good for the expats who dont care much about the flavours .
