Store is in a decent location & of decent size, plenty of variety available but store is not well managed, staff is not coperative, cleanliness is not there, most of shoes were dusty & even when asked to dust-off it wasnt heard by the store manager. Hope they improve on that part then my ratings might change. Better to visit Hush Puppies on first floor or some other brand. Good luck shopping.

Worst customer services i have ever seen. Actually no staff is bother to attend you. If you are going there you have to help yourself and do not hope that they are concerned for you. Store manager simply ignores if you complaint about this.

As a regular patron of BATA shoes, I can vouch for the reliability and timelessness. However, BATA must improve on its customer service and management at retail stores.

Bata also started to have budgeted shoes in their store, staff is not much helpful, they might be clearly say no about more options if you expecting more designs or colours

Dont Purchased in future i have bed experience in this store all shoes is old & bed quality, i was purchased shoes but within 8 hour shoes pates remove in base not life in one day this bata customer care & show room Manager not support positive and refund my amount only exchange and after more amount exchange time take dont purchasedbatter purchased local compny shoes life is 1 year and cheap price

A little cramped up place. Footfall is good but store size is not enough to accommodate that footfall. This is the case on all weekends. People keep bumping into each other. Also not a lot of variety available.
