Chocolate truffle cake is just amazing 🤩 must try once.

Best bakers in town. They have huge variety of cakes and keep on inovating new ones.. Recently this valentines tried their heart shape chocolate along with my all time favourite cheese cake (thats their best).. Loved both.. They never let me down when it comes to taste

Great bakery in Gurgaon.. My always go to place !The savouries we get here are freshly baked and straight from their oven. Love their Mushroom cheese bread the most !In cakes, you can get a huge variety too.. They also have a decoration items dept which has many options but a lil expensive.

All the stuffs available here like cake, pastries, sandwiches are very good in tasteThe only issue or problem what I can call is behaviour of staff.Not for the first time but for the everytime I visit at any outlet their behaviour is very very rude.They are in impression that there is no competitor which they think is correct.But they need to speak softly and on well mannered way to every customer including senior citizens

I ordered chicken puffs and chocolate chip muffin from this place. The puffs were hot, crispy, and tasty I must say. The muffin was good too but it had some scope to improve in taste. Good food if you have evening craving for a funky snacks. They have wide menu to serve you.

Have good bakery item collection, havent tried much bakery items from here. Would definitely want to try some bakery items likes breads, cookies etc. though I dont go there often. Went to have some snacks, there were standard snacks collection e.g. patties, sandwiches, burgers etc. Patties were quite nice, crispy flaky with good filling and good taste. Burger however didnt taste, looked almost stale.Its well located in highly active and famous sector 31 market as in the middle of residential area, which is quite well established place with eateries. There are not many bakeries in the market or nearby. Bakers oven is quite liked generally by people and very frequently visited by the nearby residents at least.

Third class people and their product. I ordered 600 worth cake through Zomato on a special occasion. At first place, it was very hard to get this delivered. They took almost 3 hrs for preparing after multiple follow up, calls. But more surprising the order which is received like Khachra. Never expected such a worst product from a 4+ star rated restaurant. Please be aware and dont place any order from here. See attached pic.

Its our prefered choice when it comes for Birthday cakes. Never disappointed. Cake tastes very good. Always delivered fresh. The puffs and other fresh bakery items are also delicious. Though never tried the cookies.

This outlet offers good cake, but this time I ordered some snacksThe Margherita pizza and chilli garlic bread are amazing with right amount of cheese. The garlic bread was crispy and well cooked.The red sauce arrabbiata pasta, had good sauce mixed with generous amount of veggies and penne. The flavour is nearly authentic ItalianBrownie and red velvet cake was amazing as always, brownie earns brownie point for walnuts, perfect texture not too hard, not too soft. Pathetic ppl they didn’t help in any way , when SWIGGY guy didn’t deliver my order and canceled it, the delivery guy ate my ordered food.I spoke to baker’s oven they were well aware that SWIGGY is doing this again and again.

Well I am using this bakery from past 8 years. I have get to introduced into it whilst ordering cake for official use like official birthdays, farewell etc. They have good variety of cakes and evry cake taste good. If you visit their Bakery you can buy large range of party products and most sort of chocolates they have inhouse chocolates too.Their ready cakes are to order when you have less time span and need quick delivery. However, if you do have time please order their fresh cakes also it needed to be order 4 hrs in advance. However, if you visit their Bakery do try their dry and tea cakes too.

We placed an order for pizza. The guy didnt inform us anything but after the payment he told us that it will take 25 minutes. He didnt bother to tell us prior hand . Also the drinks took 15 to 20 minutes to come and after which one of the drink had an ant flying on the top. Such pathetic services. No bill was being provided to us.

I have tired different cakes made by them like truffle, fruit cake, butter scotch, roasted walnut etc. Lately I ordered choco hazelnut and choco snicker cake, I like hazelnut more. I ordered red sauce pasta, triffle cake and patties from their 31 sector branch. Patties product they changed and red sauce pasta was tooooo spicy despite of instructions. I would not recommend this bakery for snacks ...only good for cakes like truffle or fruit cake. They dont have return or refund policy also as we find in reputed eateries these days.

Worst brakery in the town. Order for Birthday cake day before birthday. They promised to delivered cake upto 9. P.M on 19th Nov 20. But on 19th at 8.30 p.m. they are saying they will not deliver the cake today and try to deliver cake on 20th Nov. Refused to return the money and advised to celebrate birthday on 20th Nov. Shameless employees.

Tried pinky pasta today. It was recommended by a friend so went with high expectations. My wife liked it, she is a white pasta lover. I prefer red one. It was supposed to be a combo of red and white pasta, but when we tasted it , it tasted almost like a white one. 5 star from my wife and 4 star from my side. I liked lemon ice tea.

Awesome place. The atmosphere is quite soothing and a wide variety of products just adds to the table. The wide range of flavors that they flaunt along with the n number of designs mean there is a cake for every occasion. The snacks and live menu items do help embark on a journey for your taste buds.

If youre ordering anything from their own website, check delivery twice. they missed delivering some of my items and have not even acknowledged to complains. forget refund. have been chasing them for 5 days now.

Compare to advertisement, you will find very small bakery shop when you physically visit. I visited here from DLF phase 3. I found as per the distance is too long and also find nearby best shop bakery suitable for me. Taste wise good but display quantity was very few.

I dont want to take chance with the completely new vendor.. but as our regular cake supplier was not be able to supply on given time, gave order to Bakers Oven with with delivery Deadline. and guess what,they deliver before time and the cake was awesome. all my seniors and team mate like it. Cakes nd pastrys are good but other stuff was not fresh when I ate. I shopped for 20,000 rs but no discount was offeredThey gave us juices which are only 1-2 month away from expiry with no discount. I ordered for the chocolate flakes cake II on Feb 15th. The cake was extremely delicious and fresh. One star I am deducting because of the presentation as the one shown on website has flowers all over the cake but the one delivered to me had only one flower on it. The look was little disappointing but overall it was great. Highly recommend it to others.

Poor quality, overpriced. I had bought the pineapple cake from the outlet. The lady on the counter confirmed its a fresh cake. But that was not true . When we cut the cake after almost an hour of buying , it was smelling little strange.Taste was also not fresh , not sure about the quality . Never going to buy again. Cannot be recommended.

Fresh and tasty cakes, every-time! I have tried many cakes from their fresh cake menu, they never disappoint. Try the Dutch Chocochip Cake.

The cakes are always very good in taste and now they have fresh breads also, which are as good.Always a treat when you visit the shop.

Good Bakery. Majority of the items are eggless. The cakes are all eggless and the rates are at par with any good bakeries around. Almost all items are fresh. A minus point is staff isnt too friendly (esp the owners).

Worst experience of till date....For making my wifes birthday special; have scheduled 3 devileries at intervals of half an hour, first at 02:30. Whereas my first delivery was at 4:00...what a delivery....and the other 2 came immediately after 10 mins... top of it Chocolates were scheduled first but were delivered last and were melt...wow..product quality...Will never come back for any order and will not recommend to anyone...

I have not been to this place. But have had the cake from Bakersoven on my birthday and a friends Bday. Must say the cake was very very very tasty and no wonder why few team members who are from gurgaon rate this place the best for cakes. And sweetness is just perfect to the taste of the bread base in the cake.

Ordered chocolate truffles cake for my 10 years old son.Hopeless taste, very dry inside, had some pinching smell- cake delivered and no birthdate candle delivered along with , even when it was speacially requested. I had been buying from #bakersoven for more than 8 years , when shop was new , quality was excellent and customer service was good because owner handled it.But now pathetic. Better choose other bakery , now bakers oven don’t need repeated business from old clients. 😪

Bought Red Velvet Cake, Taste was just other cake not as Red Velvet. Also While Packing they forgot to put Happy Birthday Cake. Messed up service and quality.

Over all good experience but yesterday i asked for Rainbow pastry to get packed if you guys dont have the pastry size packing then you should inform customer before.

I am fine with cake but disappointed with flowers. i have ordered 30 rose heart shape but it was basket and flowers was not that much fresh. Even design was not same as i havw ordered.
