Staff behaviour is very good.
Date 11th March 2021Fraudulent practices used by Service advisor(SA). Mr Pritam.My vehicle had some problem in AC. Cooling was not happening.Sent my vehicle for checkup via pick up and drop which was an excellent experience.Once the vehicle reached service centre, trouble began.Had informed them in writing to get the AC system checked properly but they did not get it done. I got to know this when I called the SA to know the results of checkup done.He informed that head gasket has to be replaced because vehicle has heating issues. Repair would cost around Rs17k and will take 4~5 days.When I asked for evidence or the process followed to conclude this he had no answer but then also kept on repeating this like a parrot. Even when asked, he did not mention any checkup done to understand cooling problem.I told him to stop behaving like a roadside garage employee and get the cooling system checked properly.I did not get a call back. I again called after few hours but he had nothing new to say. I understood that they are hell bent on minting money and are suggesting something which has no logic. No evidence shared by them. No AC checkup done.I took online help from another service centre. They asked few questions about my vehicle and I understood that Maitri SA is trying to loot me unnecessarily.I told SA to return my car post washing.Request management of MSIL and Maitri service centre to retrain Mr Pritam.His shady tactics of dealing with customers are pathetic. Even roadside service centres have better manpower.I had a pathetic experience. Others may go there at their own risk. Better be safe than sorry.2 positives+pick up and drop+Washing quality*Problem solved in Panchkula*Took my vehicle for checkup.Within 15min cooling issue was sorted out.Technician did some basic checks and found that the AC filter was choked with dry leaves.He checked the temperature with a thermometer and found that cooling was perfect.Money charged = Rs0Thats why I say, stay away from inexperienced staff at Maitri.

I went walk in yo quick fix engine cover. Operator did it within 5 minutes.
Service cost seemed to be on the higher side. I paid 9k for servicing my WagonR.
Unprofessional staffff..... specially body work shop, due to most of are locals.They make u feel that u r in trouble, but they dont.
Fraud ,theives,used their service to get my cars armset changed but they stole my 1 month old disc break pad saying they are old and need to rplaced,even though i proved i got my disc pad changed 1 month back ...please dont use their service 100 of custmer with same problems

4 star. But added 1 star for being underrated.Normal service station, might seem small. But fully functional as any other service station.Best thing: service advisor didnt pushed for additional Nick and nacks. He never said sir yeh kara lo woh kara lo, which happens at every service station I visited.Keep up good work.
