Please don’t buy Nissan car you will really regret after buying it. Services are so bad in Delhi or gurgaon no parts available if you get damage your car have to wait long time to get it rectified,service centres are so bad no one going to bother you they will make money to include hidden charger .If it is a small fault they will tell you a bigger, please guys think twice if you are buying Nissan products, don’t go for cheap go for best ok , see around you means on road ,you will definitely get the right Choice ,go for Hyundai,go for Tata,Mahindra ,Suzuki .prefer Indian brand first you will get all part available services are so good .I regretting to buy Nissan car really ,all staff are untrained no skills of talking lots of judgment about their customers,making unnecessary money.I really writing this feedback after a frustration .

Very unprofessional after sales attitude. The car was delivered with a temperory number a month back. The sales representative is not responding on by when will the permanent number be issued. Have followed up multiple times. The standard response is will check and let you know.

Very much irritating and irresponsible staff always make fake commitments and misguide to coustmer. Staff does not behave like a sales person. Eating always guthka or PAN masala. Very disappointing.

I am having a horrible experience with them. I had book the Magnite XE at the beginning of December from this branch and they just keep extending my delivery date again and again and fail to call or every pick up call. In the meantime they are delivering other variants booked in January February March April even May. Their game plan is to force everyone who had booked the base version at introductory price cancel the booking after generating all the hype. terrible. if this is their attitude pre-sale, god help us with their services post sale. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more and buy another car

Horrible experience. This is a useless and fraudulent showroom - a namesake extension of their main branch. People who book here never get delivery or update while people at other locations are getting same week deliveries. Those of us who had booked in December - our calls are ignored by the sales people while we know people who have booked the same car (Magnite XE) on 15 May and got delivery on 18 May. If this is not fraud then what is? The main sales guy here, Dishant Chaudhary, never ever pics calls post booking. Apparently hes always driving when you call - has been driving from last six months after defrauding customers.

Very disappointed by the dealership. Nissan should consider finding new dealers in Gurgaon. The main sales guy here, namely Dishant Chaudhary is very irresponsible. He never picks calls or answers queries post booking. Avoid him like a plague.
