My experience with them has been below average. They claimed that all their workshops are owned by Gadizo as compared to their biggest competitor which works on franchise model. But Gadizo also works on franchise model.The quality of service is also average. I had been getting my car serviced from Maruti authorized service center till now and one can clealry experience the difference between Gadizo and Maruti Authorized.The work done is shabby and the task was not even completed. The person committed that the pending thing will be completed in a day but after 10 days and multiple follow-up no one bothers to close the open action items.Overall I wouldnt recommend them to anyone

First theyll call you to service centre, after pushing too much sales. Then theyll evaluate your car and keep the customer waiting for hours. Later theyll tell you that well email you the estimate of your car repair expense. Its been more than a week Ive been chasing them to share the estimated repair cost but they did not bother to share. Totally waste of time. A local garage is better than their setup and services.

Gaadizo is my only stop for any car related issues. Their services are just soconvenient and amazing. I was assigned a service buddy, who provided me withreal time updates of all the work.

Bad experience, they have given me package of 2650 aftr discount, in which engine oil was some cheaper one, when i asked to use my recommended, but instead they were rigid to use their own and so i bought my own and they charge me 500 rs for labor of 2 hrs... extremely bad customer service.. I heard a lot about them from the internet so finally one day i decided to visit them for just regular service i thought it would be okay but it turned out be quite nice.

Gaadizo team charged me Rs. 3300 for car service, when my car was delivered, I found that neither the coolant nor brake oil is changed. They charged for the air filter but they did not replaced it, rather cleaned and reused it. When i put a complain against the issue, they stopped communication with me, they are cheaters. I would never recommend Gaadizo to anyone. Stay away from this fraud company.I had a repeated communication with Gaadizo executives but sad to say that they do no attend the problem. I have also shared the photos with the service centre and Gaadizo but they do not even bother to attend the problem. I would advise other people not to get service your vehicle from Gaadizo, they are the cheaters in the market. We have not received any support from Gaadizo til 01-03-2021, I urge individuals to kindly avoid this company for car service, people hardly check oil, coolant, filter after car service and they cheat customers on the same.

I tried 2 times with them and both the times they took 2-3 days for some fixes but they could not resolve as they do not have enough talent.They were never on time for delivery and not able to fix all issue.

Nothing more than an incapable agent app for car workshops. Everything is at the mercy of workshops. This company doesnt, or say cannot do anything if workshop cheats you.I was billed for spare parts and addit work by workshop. I asked for bill and service record for the work done on my car. Workshop is not providing it even after payment and gaadizo is not able to do anything. Infact their application is still showing the status as pickup assigned even after one week of car service. Booking id: GZDAG7451.Live feed service on app doesnt work. Since even after 1 week of car service, app is showing incorrect status tells a lot about how this company works.My advice is to avoid this.

I have had a terrible experience with Gaadizo. In my opinion, even a roadside taxi workshop would be a better place to get your car fixed or serviced.I had sent my skoda superb for servicing which was to be delivered on the same day but was instead delivered at 9 pm the next day, that also after repeatedly called the service advisor who kept on making excuses.And my horror story didnt just end there, after a few days of getting my car back, the car started leaking engine oil which forced me to tow my car to skoda workshop, where they diagnosed that the oil filter they used was for a Hyundai car and because of that all engine oil lines need to be flushed.In all I paid 7k to Gaadizo for servicing and then i pad 25k + towing charges to skoda to get my car in running condition.On top of this they had the audacity to stick a Gaadizo branded sticker on my rear windshield without my permission.IMHO, never go for these start up car workshops like gaadizo, go mechanic, etc. All they have is a tie up with local workshops that cut every corner to scam you.

Pathetic response after car pick up. Multiple people seems to be involved in the work. Gaadizo People told me to do some work whereas the workshop person was saying the other things. Had given my Honda Accord for Denting Painting. They took 2 weeks to complete it while they told to do it in one week and the work done is also poor. They have broken the windshield which is worth more than the paint work. Earlier they had been saying to replace it but not responding to the calls now. They seem to be fraud people. Thinking to file a police complaint against them to recover damages.

There are few things I would like to bring into your knowledge upon which my service and repair experience is based which are as follows:1.I have spent my whole day at workshop to keep eye on work & was continuously following up with advisor to deliver my car on time however by the end of day they told me that I have to come again tomorrow for rest of the work and they denied for the pickup service. Which mean I have to travel to and fro which is around 45 km. In the inception of day, they assured me that everything done by end of day.“They delayed just because of their laziness & unwillingness to work. Somebody’s time and money not matter for them”.2.I had told service advisor multiple times not to use any other engine oil expect Mobil however they used some cheap quality engine oil.“This did this just because they don’t want to listen customer and not to act accordingly”.3.There were small 2-3 problem like sound from bonnet & replacing some fuse as they were out. I had specifically pointed out them what need to do since start of the day however no problem got sorted by end of the day. Finally, I get it fixed from road side mechanic, who took not more than 10-15 minute.“This happen because lack of knowledge & unwillingness to work or get the work done by service advisor”.4.Pathetic washing and dashboard cleaning. They without removing dust put the cream and rub with cloth which left whole dashboard dusty.5. My extensive service package includes alignment & balancing however they argued & shout on me for extra money for weight (I don’t know what it is) as such no extra charge was specified in the package.“This shows there is no transparency, what they have offered and what they charge”.6. I Followed up around 20 times through call and whatsapp for the bill then after 4 days they shared the bill and found that they had charge me more amount than billing amount. I had informed them still no response from their side.“Neither they gave any response nor they accepted their mistake”.Further, Person-in-charge of the workshop i.e. Mr. Puneet is responsible for all the above-mentioned acts. I would highly recommend to management of Gaadizo to teach him some professionalism & ethics. Give him some training how to deal and address the concern of customer.Message to owner of this companyDear Sir, I would appreciate for your hard work to bring this online car servicing platform however you must be aware that unprofessional & unethical behavior only leads to reputation of company down. I will never ever suggest anyone to get their service done from them.. They are the worst in the market. I was facing some serious engine problem in my car and they told me that I will get my car the next day. They kept repeating that they will deliver my car next day everytime I called.. It took them 6 days to give my car back.. and that too with some problems still there. Never ever trust them if they will say they will deliver your car on time !! Trust me.. worst ever.. My local automobile shop could have sorted out that problem in just 2 hours.

I booked my car for Dry clean and the coordination between gaadizo customer vendor is not good. I got explanation from gaadizo that they will do interior cleaning, buffing and exterior wash but when I reached at service center they asked what I required and then did what they provide. On call they explain charge of 708/- and after service vendor asked for 1000 and gaadizo said to pay 800/- . The service I got is worth of 500/- rs only.

They use aftermarket products and call them original and charge a high amount. Gaadizo is simply a lead generation company that brings business to mechanics. Its better to take your vehicle to your manufacturers workshop. The price is the same, plus no stress about local parts and mishandling. Even if the price is high at manufacturers, its worth it. These Gaadizo mechanics will make sure youve to visit them again, in order to make you pay more and again and again.P.S I tried to get in touch with the contact person of Gaadizo, but he turned a cold ear to my calls and even WhatsApp messages. Not worth the money. Got my car service from them twice. Both times they charged 10k+ for the service stating one or other part is damaged. One time I can understand, however how come same parts can wear out within 9k km including cluch brakes and clutch wire? I am driving from last 10 years so I have a fair idea about parts life. Just trying to make money one way or another. Service center which did the servicing was Perfect Car Care, Gurgaon.

Gaadizo has given me a headache on multiple occasions. Despite their very many problems the ones that bothered me the most were i) not delivering the car on time despite several fake promises and exchange of messages and ii) not sharing the bills of the services taken. Hi All,Below write-up is all about the crooked experience which I faced with Gaadizo while having the AC work in my Elite I20.I contacted them somewhere in the end of Feb 2020, there was an issue with my AC, as it was not cooling. They picked up my car (booking number GDZAG3188) & after reaching the workshop they diagnosed(after 4 5 hrs) the problem that there is an issue in the AC cooling coil & condenser the same needs to be replaced. Also they told me that all work which they perform comes with an assurance of minimum 3 to 4 months. I agreed with them to fix it Second day I received my car in the evening. the total cost of all the repair sums up to INR 7000/-.After verifying & driving it for some odd kilometers, I noticed that there are some new issues in my car which was not earlier, same has been highlighted below.1. AC was tripping after driving for some time.2.There was a sound in AC while starting the car (mainly from the dashboard).3.One part which was not assembled properly was in the front armrest.4.Clip of the AC vent was missing.5.Sound in steering which seems due to not fitting it properly while dismantling & placing dashboard.After contacting them again I informed them about all the above concerns, they assured me that they will get all the issues resolved. No one came to pick the car in the next consecutive days. When I contacted Gaadizo they said that the guy is not able to pick-up your car due to violence in Jamia.In the month of June I again started contacting them but the aligned supervisor (Mr.Jeet) was not picking up the call, after N number of attempts I communicated to their main helpline, from their a new supervisor (Mr. Harshit) assigned to me, he first understands all the issues & asked me to go to the workshop, on June 20 when I went to the workshop, the personnel were not aware that I am coming today and a new story started their that they too are facing issues with the Gaadizo as they have blocked their payments & so on… I updated this to Mr Harshit & after their discussion over the call workshop guy told me that he will pick my car tomorrow. No one came tomorrow for pickup and after contacting Mr Harshit again & again he was also not attending my call. Then through the main helpline now a new supervisor is assigned named Mr. Ashish. He asked me that they had contacted their partnered workshop and they will pick your vehicle & get your issue resolved. On July 8 they picked my vehicle (Booking ref- GDZAG5902) . After a day I received a call from the workshop & he updated me that for this issue we need to open your dashboard. I told them please contact Gaadizo (as I don’t know them) as they have sent the car to your workshop. 2nd day when I enquired with Mr. Ashish he told me that there seems to be an issue with the cooling coil, I asked them to rectify this as I have paid and the issue still persists.He agreed upon that & told me that we have started working on the problem (on 10th July, weekend lockdown started in UP). When I contacted them again on Monday they told me that they will send my car today, this story went till Thursday with apologies that its a delay from their side. On 17th July a new story comes into picture which is that I need to pay some percentage then only they will be able to resolve the issue. I completely differed on this & after escalating, Mr. Yogesh comes into picture, this guy was also not listening to this issue after some discussion he updated me that they will be now starting the work on my car and will get it delivered today (as there is lockdown on weekend). They were still not able to deliver on that day and apologized again.Today on July 20th when I contacted them again they told me that there is an issue with the AC compressor. I simply asked them to return my car ASAP.Lastly, I lost 7000 rs & too many new issues in my vehicle.I request all of you please beware of this CON company as they will ROB your money and will never solve your issue.

Ive had a very bad experience with Gaadizo. I had given vehicle for a full denting and painting job. The car is making ugly sound now that it has been returned after a month, when they had promised me only 10 days. The car accessories have been destroyed. The dry cleaning job is extremely shoddy, with piles of dust accumulated in the car. Many existing parts have been destroyed and broken completely. I have not paid them a penny for now. Dont fall in the trap of their advertising, unless you want to ruin your vehicle. These people dont pick calls, I wrote several messages asking them to call me back but no one has called me.

It was a great experience with Gaadizo. I m very happy to get my alto 800 car service by Atul Auto Care under Gaadizo canter. They have done good quality work and also have good quality customer dealing.I would recommended everyone to use their service.

I would like to say dont go for service with Gaadizo. they send you at third party which works for Gaadizo as well. after service my car is so hard to drive. they dont resolve my issues. they dont do anything in servicing except oil and filter change. My service id is GDZAC8145 workers doesnt have experience. also they put duplicate parts and claim as original. Please dont visit them.Thanks

Got my car repaired by them 3-4 months back. Apparently they outsource all the work to local mechanics. I came to know that they gave my car for repair to a local shop near my home. I could have given car to same mechanic. There was no point giving car to them.Not recommended.

Okay for the charge .. they provide pickup and drop .. staff is nice too
