Good Option for Oriental FoodDefinite Must Try: Tom Kha Soup,Tom Yum, Szechuan Grilled Chicken Open Bao, Thai Green Curry Bowl Meals, Kung Pao Chicken and Sticky Garlic Fried RiceArea of Improvement: ServiceAmbience: The restaurant is located on top floor of Good Earth City Center. We went there for lunch. There is an open area as well for seating but being winters we preferred sitting in. The restaurant décor and ambience is nice. There is lot of natural lighting which feels good on winter day.Service: The service is a little slow. We noticed that people who had ordered before us got their food and we still were waiting. Having said that whatever we ordered came out hot and fresh which was a plus for sure.Food: We started with Tom Kha Soup (Seafood), this was bang full of flavor and got a nice enough kick to it. It was correctly spiced and not overloaded with chilies. We also ordered the Tom Yum again which was light and very refreshing. The veggie broth was flavorful and hit the spot on a cold winter afternoon.We had ordered a Veggie Dimsum platter which was good, some of the dimsums were very good and a few were misses. I am a huge fan of Bao’s as as soon as I saw the same on the menu I had to order a portion. We went with the Szechuan Grilled Chicken Bao which as delicious, an awesome mix of sweet , sour , spice and tang just a sensory overload.For the mains we went with a Thai Green Curry Bowl which comes with a serving of boiled rice. Although I am not a very big fan of green curry, this one I liked . It had a good mellow coconut milk flavor in it with again correct amount of spice. With that we ordered the Kung Pao chicken ( you cannot go wrong with it) which I like but what stole the show was the Stickly Garlic Fried Rice. I am not a very big Garlic eater and was hesitant in ordering it but with the Kung Pao chicken the combination of divine. The rice has a hint of Garlic and not overloaded with it.All in all I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to eat a good Oriental food.

This should one of the destination if you place authentic asian cusines destination. Amazing food, location is decent and ambience is good with both indoor and outdoor seating option available. Service is a bit slow keeping in mind it was not completely full, but took time to get our stuff. But once the soups, starters came it compensated for delay.

Oriental speciality restaurant at Good earth city centre, gurgaon.I understand there quite a few such kylin experience restaurants in delhi ncr.Food is pretty good, still has scope to become awesome.Decor is also decent. Expectedly oriental. But the importance of rods was not clear.Music could have been much better.Staff was also ok to helpful. But in my view , the staff at such restaurants must be super at most of the patrons depend upon the staff for making an informed food decision.

The food was nice, I didn’t like the prawn tempura sushi much, but overall the experience was good!

I been here twice. Place is quite and ample sitting arrangements. Food quality is good both in case of veg and non veg .I just loved there soup and veg platter. Staff was polite .Service was quick . However, they can add few more dishes of chicken thats what I think. Nice place for office lunch or family get together.

Absolutely love dining here! Service is great on most days and the prawn tempura is the most delicious comfort foods ever! The dishes we order are always delicious and the soups are light and flavourful. Really recommend eating here for a nice dinner.

Food is good. both quality and taste wise. Price is reasonable. However cocktails are costly .adding vat on alcohol, cocktails come at 500 per serve and serve size is small. They take 10percent as service charge but donot give proper service. They dumped foods on table. They should serve it as well. My bill was 2500 and hence service charge was 250..Question is what for when I got water after several followups. Water is chargeable.

Ordered a plate of vegetarian sushi rolls. The pieces were completely messed up on receiving it. Attaching images. Also just the amount of sides (wasabi and soy sauce) was really low in quantity.Strong suggestion: do not order from this place even of you are a fan of the actual Kylin experience. Disappointed.

I can never tire of praising Kylin Experience at The Good Earth City Centre as every time I have been here, the food has lived up to my expectationsAmbience and service is great and the soup is a warmer for the heart. Into the main course, we love their Chicken (Shezwan or Black bean) and the Chicken Pan Fried noodles can just be a meal on its ownWith winter setting in, the deck with the night sky watching over you can be a romantic setting for many a union of hearts while their food touches your soul

I was a regular customer of this place staying close by had a very bad experience 4 months ago and had a very bad experience of the service and food but tiday after 4 months I thought I will retry but it has gone from bad to worse and more over the staffs attitude

This is not even a real Kylin. Substandard food quality, poor service and the worst food experience I have ever had. The waiter had to ask my order 3 times and still got the wrong order! Not only that, even when he got it, it was very poor quality. Teriyaki chicken was cooked in honey chilli sauce, vegetable fried rice hd no vegetables and kung pao chicken had almonds on top of it. Great experience with ultimate taste of Japanese cuisine as ive ordered veg tempura(idk full dish name) and it was quite appreciable. Apart from starters weve ordered teppanyaki chicken with hakka noodles in mains which was really delicious with juicy and soft chicken. In case of ambience, the lighting design and overall wooden texture theme completes the overall decor of the restaurant. In short I would surely recommend you to visit.
