Food quality of Kaiser has become worst!! The kind of packaging & food they are sending to customer is third class!!

I love this place... tonight I ordered dinner from here.. Mutton and chicken with some tandoori roti.. Mutton Nihari was awesomeGravy taste was yummy... chicken jahagiri was also upto the mark..so overall it was great experience..I would like to recommend this place for the authentic muglai food...

When it comes to mutton delicacies, Kaiser is one of the best restaurants in gurgaon. The food served here is just great with superb flavours, taste and aroma. I would personally suggest you to try dum biryani, nihari and haleem. The place is tastefully designed with good interiors.

Visited this place for the first time based on the reviews I had read on Zomato. A really amazing place for good Mughlai food. The Kaiser Haleem and Khameeri roti is a recommendation!

Ive been to Kaiser around 15 times - guess I can stop writing here but Ill write more. The foods amazing. Almost all occasions the order includes Nihari, Haleem, Seekh Kebab and Korma. Some occasions they are out of Firni. The Shahi tukra is average. Most of their business seem to be on online delivery so its generally empty whenever we reach there.

Keema Kaleji was superb but that Mutton Korma was too sour. Khameri roti also very hard.

The food had a cooked fly. It had cooked along with the food. It was a very very bad experience. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It used to be good but this time it disappointed me to the core. During a time when we are anyways apprehensive about ordering out, we expect the basic hygiene to be met. Forget corona virus , the food had a fly. I have pictures to prove. Its a mark on a restaurant when such incidents occur.

The most worst restaurant in Gurgaon they are feeding non veg to Vegetarian customer i have order soya dum biryani and after eating i found 2 chicken bone pieces i have complained it restaurant owner accepted that it is chicken SHAMEFUL STAFF THIRD CLASS RESTAURANT

My one go place Kiaser for kebabs and mutton nihari and the famous haleem biryani.

I have order food from here many times I like there butter chicken tandoori one but breads are not that good.

Its one of the best restaurant you can order any food from there menu they all are delicious. Cause I order from here like everyday only price is little bit higher than others.

Kaiser was a nice experience last night when we ordered food from here. We had ordered butter chicken and mutton rogan josh. It was so yummy and perfectly cooked. They provided with a good quantity at such affordable rates. I loved butter chicken the most. I would love to order their biryani next time definitely. Kaiser was good experience since they have good food with good delivery speed .

Ours was a zomato order, food was good quality wise and decent quantity wise.If not the best chicken curries cerrainly not something you curse spending on.Had noticeable flavour.

My Last Visit in Gurgaon was Memorable, Coz i had Very wonderful experience with this Place and I had There Special Soya Malai Chanp Which was so Smooth In Taste and Perfect in Flavours.I also had Paneer Tikka Which was Buttery and So Nice with Taste.

I ordered just 1 item of the menu, Tandoori Chicken to taste and it was nice and juicy.. Only problem is they have hiked the prices on Zomato as compare to the prices in store, so minus 1 star for that.. Rs.410 in store vs Rs.520 on Zomato plus taxes and delivery.I reckon that Zomato is influencing all partners to increase their prices so they can offer more discounts, 1+1 or have more revenue..

Quality has drastic fall. I was an addict to this place at sometime. But now they broke my heart and trust over biryani. After their divorce with Chinese restaurant, kaise is all about delivery now. Maybe thats why quality has been compromised. This is the message to all biryani lovers. Kaiser - abort mission.

Can have more options... not that much exceptional taste

This place caters with literally the best food with good quality and good quantity as well. The kebabs and rolls are amazing too. I had ordered Tawa changezi and Chicken gilafi seekh they were beyond tasty. They perfectly cooked and packed. Had a perfect mouth watering aroma.Their delivery services are also quite quick and prompt. Do try it out.

We had Butter Tandoori chicken that was totally assalam style. But more tastier then that some different and unique flavour that making it more tastier. The quality of chciken and butter were truly amazing and combo of spices with butter and chciken are taste like heaven. We really enjoyed alot must try dish.Totally recommendedSure will order again from them

Well the outlet is located in gurgoan, the outlet is very nice place to order food for chicken lovers, the delivery was fast and on time and the delivery guy was very nice, the packing of the food was very well done.Must order for1) tandoori chicken2) chicken Tikka masala.

If you are a big time non-vegetarian lover and north Indian food is your favorite then this is the place I had ordered for Dal Makhani and Chicken korma they taste so well the Dal makhani was creamy had with jeera rice totally yummy. Korma has big chicken chunks and gravy is little spicy yet tasty with naan or roti.The place is really good I totally recommend this place

This time we tried there chciken angara tikka and chciken Banjara tikks. Both seems unique by name so. It was totally good to have this dish. They were taste really good as soft and juicy to. Both dishes are different from each other but one thing was same that chciken was so juicy and fresh. Flavour are totally awesome in this. Must try highly recommend.

A very small but mainly take away restaurant for Mughlai food-loving people.Right now as of Nov 2019 this place is under construction and not serving food in have it here mode, its take away only.Since I am a vegetarian person I like to order -1. Veg Biryani2. Soya Tikka Masala3. Khameeri Rotias my one meal.

Amazing muglai food...Wanted to give more than 5 stars but thats the max... Best item which no one should miss is the butter tandoori chicken and afgani chicken... Restaurant ambiance not great but the food makes it for everything...

The food mostly tasted very nice from here but I have completely stopped ordering from here after my sister got food poisoning and I heard similar complaints from some of my friends. It is also most definitely overpriced for the quality so I’d definitely recommend you to skip this for the health risks alone.

A beautiful place to spend your winter evenings. The Biryani is brilliantly cooked. I would not recommend anything else. The Biryani is genuinely the highlight.

This outlet is complete useless. They accept orders and then dont deliver. Neither they decline the order timely nor inform that they cant fulfill order. They keep making false commitment. In my case I ordered at 9 PM with delivery time at 10:18Pm. They kept telling me that it is reaching in 10 min and after 2 hr of waiting they didnt delivered. Moreover the zomato is useless as dont have any commitment level. Just dont use it.

This place is very close to my heart. I have been here plenty of time and each time the feeling and satisfaction remains constant. Just had the delicious Haleem biryani and chicken nihari which was totally bomb. Must visit this place for yummy food.

I went there to dine in assuming there was a restaurant. But now the place is just a cloud kitchen and you can only get the food delivered, hence no comments on the food.

Uncooked chicken , and kabab . Pathetic food Same gravy used in all veggies, taste less and very badly prepared food. Never ever order from this restaurant. They have added fake reviews so you order food and they can fool you.

I have heard a lot about Kaiser which is famous for its North Indian Cuisines. I always love to try food from different place & this time I decided to order from Kaiser.On-time delivery and with great packaging. Being a veg, I ordered Veg biryani,Paneer 65 & Shahi tukda as desserts (veg options were less though).I am going to order again from here.

If you like mutton I have heard so much about Carnatic Cafe so i went here yesterday for my dinner. I tried their famous Bombat Dosa. It was served cold and the taste of it was so disappointing. I did not like it at all. Next i had was obattu, it was also okayish in taste. I found this place totally overhyped. and you reside in Gurgaon, you must order food ince from Kaiser as their mutton dishes are so damn good that after eating those, you will not order mutton dishes from any other place. Regardless what mutton dish you are gonna order the taste will be heavenly. The sheer quality of their mutton itslef is outstanding. I have ordered food multiple times from this place and i am yet to get disappointed. My favourite in mutton dihses here are- Mutton Tikka and Mutton Burra. I absolutely love both of these dishes. When it comes to chicken dishes, their Chicken Hi 65 is absolutely mst try. So spicy and flavourful and no matter how many pieces you eat of it, youll still be left wanting for more. Also their garlic naan is amazing. In desserts they dont have much options but their Shahi Tukda is so delicious, it totally makes up for that.

Why is the roll so spicy???? Do you want your customers to have a stomach upset or ache????

Very bad experience. I have ordered paneer tikka many times and found it good.. and today ordered it again, but it was just paneer with tomato. It was nowhere close to tikka. No crunchiness... Nothing.. will give you 5 stars if you do something about this... You ruined my weekend...

This is amazingly excellent place.to visit, what a taste . Great food quality, so tasty and yumy.Bamboo tooo is great place, I visit regularly for Chinese at bamboo and for muglai jahangir Kaiser.

Went for a veg dinner. Very less options in main course veg. Just Dal makhni and no other beans or dals. Some types on paneers and that’s all they had for main course.This restaurant is adjoined by another called Bamboo boat. It is Asain cuisine and quite expensive for the place.

Been a biryani lover, i keep trying new places for Biryani. However kaiser is famous for its north Indian and Mughlai food which most of it is non veg. But my friend told me about kaiser so have tried it last night.We did home delivery and was happy with on time delivery and packaging. We ordered Veg biryani,Paneer 65 in main meals & Shahi tukda in desserts (veg options were less though)
