The worst place to be, the staffing is so low that billing counter will be a hell to go through, for cost cutting ac is shut off, no ventilation someone with breathing issues will surely faint. The current condition of Biyani group isnt good and thats reflecting in the store.

The store is good however, the staff is not helpful. One has to find them and push them to help.Also, I was told to shop for a certain amount and get some free items. Free items were not available and they asked me to visit again. Very bad coordination.

As per customer visit there is biq queue for billing. In offer time the big bazar team should increase billing counter and should have some option of stiing for pregnant ladies and senior citizens.

Visited this big bazar many times and it was a good experience. You can find everything as per your needs but i found that Electronics stock is limited.The stock of bazar has up to date timely. If you are looking for clothes then you can find many variants.This big bazar also has a bakery where you can buy fast food, cakes and other bakery item.

Daily needs at sohna road, i worked at jmd megapolis and big bazaar is just opposite of it. so, we use go over there almost every saturday to purchase home stuff . almost everything is available there you need in daily use

It is the nearest Big Bazar store to old gurgaon and sohna road societies. It is not that big as compared to Ambience Mall and Sahara mall. Only one floor in all and also very few variety of clothing. However good variety of groceries and house holds items. Parking is also free if you shop for atleast Rs. 500.

They have almost every groceries be it frozen food, sea food, meat, vegetables, fruits, home stamples, cosmetic, dry fruits, cake, pastries, dairy products,Packed food etc. Apart from this they have Electronic appliances, mobile phones, clothing (but very old style clothes and not fashionable nor wearable at all, I dont like big bazar clothes), kids toys, stationery, games, home decoration, crockery and kicken accessories. Stock out for food items and all.Clothing colection is ok but a bit highly priced. Due to covid support staff were limited. Got some issue with the bill but supportive in resolution of the same was done effectively.

Worst experience. There was nothing much available except clothes. The entire FMCG stock was empty. They didnt stock anything due to takeover by Reliance. I had to waste a lot of time due to incorrect discount mentioned on some shirts and billing issues. Better stay home and order online.

One of the biggest hypermarket on sohna road as of now. You can get anything and everything at reasonable prices here. The clothing section is very limited though,but it has plenty of options for household items and groceries. It has got dairy products and vegetables too.Overall a good place to shop for daily essentials

All in one shop but billing is very slow as they keep asking customer to pay through different mode of payment to get them discounts which could be plus for some but not for the one who come there to just do small purchase. Hence they need to maintain separate counters for it. They had smart billing handy machine which get you billing as fast as possible but you should told them to do so. Otherwise they keep themselves busy in gossips.

Good place for quick groceries but not for vegetables. Vegetables are not fresh. You can find good collection of daily wears. It has free two Wheeler parking but four wheeler parking is chargeable. Staff is little less co-operative in terms of guiding customer. It is on road and easily noticeable.

This big bazaar outlet is far better than the one at Sahara Mall. Even the staff is also very cooperative. If you have equal distance from your place to this outlet and Sahara Mall outlet than prefer this one.

Its nice and big. You can almost everything here from groceries, handloom, fruits veggies to toiletries, sports, gym equipments, grooming things. Their service is fast and its easy to locate what you are looking for . Only problem is during rush hours on weekends there is big queues. Rest everything is good.

For a change a big bazar which is spacious. It is usually not very crowded. There is ample parking space and for a change the parking is free. The billing was quick and efficient. The only issue I faced was that the bar code on several items was not readable by their machine.

FBB at this place is quite small FBB at Ambience Mall is bigger in compare to this place.Big bazaar is also good for customer having Big Bazaar Membership Card and future pay users. You can get cash back in terms of future pay wallet cash for some items that are credited in next month and will expire at end of month.

Big Bazaar is a mostly visited place by the people for there monthly kitchen s requirements. The price and quality of products are very good specially the Golden Harvest products. So plg try one this company products if you are in big Bazzaar.

Very poor customer service here at Big Bazaar in Spazedge Mall, Gurgaon. However, the other Big Bazaar in Omaxe Mall Gurgaon is far better. Also lot many times issue with prices in bill has been observed. I have raised many times concern with the Manager and customer service of Big Bazaar.They have live pasta corner here, but the quality of pasta is very poor. Earlier pasta was being sold at price of Rs90/-, but now they have increased the price to Rs120/- Also the parking charges of Rs30/- is not adjusted against the food counter.While getting items billed, they usually have long queues and all counters are not open. So this is very irritating and billing takes considerable amount of time.So guys, I would strictly not recommend you to visit this big bazaar store. Instead you may visit biz bazaar at Omaxe Mall Gurgaon which is hardly 500 metres ahead from here.

Nice place to visit in evening specially if you are working in any of nearby malls. You can collect all the items of daily needs and if you will visit very often you can grab very good sales offers which keep on coming time to time.

Since, my last visit to this place, It has drastically changed or rather improved its collection. Reasonable yet an amazing display of clothes, shoes ,stationary, essentials and yes of course grocery. The range of stuff available for kids is fascinating and of a satisfying quality.

As usual u can find all the stuffs for daily purposes and also apparels which are OK but not fashionable. But Ill suggest its one stop for all the groceries and with good discounts. ☺️

There is a huge variety of products and you can almost find what youre looking for. But my personal experience of billing was not very good. You should be very careful during billing of your products and dont forget to ask for the products that are free with your purchase. Otherwise, its fine.

Went on Sunday. 3000 pe 3000 offer was going on .on the road near to everyone. Its just for parking and to get out from there by car is a lengthy work. There was so much rush because of weekend and offer. Got everything there as I just shifted here.

Nice place for groceries shopping

We usually go early in the evening not in rush,and if you go straight to big Bazaar around 9.30- 10.00, the place is empty and well stacked. Its easy to move around and no waiting in long lines on the cash counter. They issue you a free parking token as well. The place is big and well stacked.

Great variety, helpful and patient staff. Good value for money. Only downside (that i have seen so far) is that billing takes a very, very long time.

Big bazaar stands for low quality both in product and service.. this store is a height of it. Be careful while buying the products as most of them close to expiry date. Looks like they get some special deal on such products to liquidate and hence they keep mostly such items..
